As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer edge of the pot cover 2 of this embodiment is provided with a curled edge 21, and the locking surface 321 is tightly abutted against the curled edge 21 during the movement of the holding block 32 in the direction approaching the pot body 1, so as to ensure that the two parts can be smoothly contacted.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, the locking surface 321 is located on the upper grip block 324. As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 12 to 15, the upper grip block 324 is provided with two screw holes 381, and the lower grip block 325 is provided with two connecting through holes 382. The two first bolts 33 pass through the two connecting through holes 382, respectively, and are screwed with the two screw holes 381. Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the upper end of the pot body 1 is provided with an opening 11 which is opened outwards, and the side wall of the pot cover 2 is provided with a water filtering hole 22. During the whole process of tilting the pot, water in the pot body 1 flows out through the filtering water holes 22 and the opening part 11. In this embodiment, the material of the holding block 32 is phenolic resin, so as to ensure that the holding block 32 has a good heat insulation function, and the holding block 32 is black. The positioning shaft 34 is made of nylon and has a red color. The material of the connecting piece 31 is stainless steel. The handle 23 is arranged in the middle of the pot cover 2, and the handle 23 is made of phenolic resin. And the handle 23 is fixed at the middle part of the pot cover 2 through a gasket 24, a second bolt 25 and a silica gel bushing 26.
In the assembly process of the pan with locking function of the embodiment, the connecting piece 31 is fixedly installed on the side wall of the pan body 1, the holding block 32 is placed on the upper surface of the connecting piece 31, and the upper installation hole 326 corresponds to the positioning hole 312; then, the button 341 of the positioning shaft 34 passes through the positioning hole 312 and the upper mounting hole 326 in turn, the upper end of the first elastic element 35 is embedded in the positioning groove 343, and the elastic sheet 361 is embedded in the upper elastic sheet accommodating groove 371; then the lower holding block 325 is embedded in the holding block groove 320, at this time, the limited part 342 of the positioning shaft 34 is embedded in the lower mounting hole 327, the connecting piece 31 is embedded in the connecting piece accommodating cavity, and the elastic piece 361 is simultaneously embedded in the lower elastic piece accommodating groove 372; finally, the first bolt 33 passes through the connecting through hole 382 and the guide hole 311 in turn upwards and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 381, so that the connection between the lower holding block 325 and the upper holding block 324 is realized, and the assembly among the holding block 32, the connecting sheet 31 and the pot body 1 is realized.
