Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,以重量份为单位,所述各组分包括藜芦碱5~8份,苦参碱2~10份,楝素5~8份,血根碱2~10份,狼毒素0.1~2份,蛇床子素2~8份,鱼藤酮0.2~5份,除虫菊素1~5份,羧甲基纤维素0.1~1份,助溶剂1~2份,润湿剂1~2份,渗透剂1~2份,乳化剂1~2份,钾盐0.2~0.8份,氮盐0.8~1份,磷盐0.2~1份,维生素0.1~0.5份,油相溶剂1~3份,水80~90份。本发明植物源杀虫型生物农药,毒性大,触杀、抑制害虫生长发育,对农作物无要害无残留、不污染环境及农产品,高效安全,成本低廉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药领域,尤其是一种植物源杀虫型生物农药。
背景技术
由于病虫害的传播途径多,范围很广,危害大,防治困难,在农作物的生长过程中病虫害严重损害农作物的生长。目前,枸杞上的蚜虫、瘿螨、负泥虫,甘蓝、菜心、花椰菜等十字花科蔬菜上的菜青虫、小菜蛾、猿叶虫、菜蚜,小麦、水稻等粮食作物上的麦红蜘蛛、小麦粘虫、麦蚜,稻苞虫,果树、茶树等上的害蚜、害螨、茶尺蠖、茶小绿叶蝉分布于全国各地,对农作物的影响非常之大,作物一旦被侵害就会导致植株矮小,发育不良,重者干枯死亡。为了解决以上问题,现有技术采用涂喷化学杀虫剂的方法,这种方法虽然简单快捷,但是时效期短,容易对环境造成污染,同时对植物也有不同程度的影响,产生药物残留问题。因此,化学杀虫剂的使用,一方面造福于人类,另一方面也给人类赖以生存的环境带来危害,由于大量施用化学农药,空气、水源、土壤和食物受到了污染,毒物积累在家畜和人体当中引起中毒等。植物源农药因其高效、低毒、低残留、选择性高、害物不易产生抗药性等特点成为人们关注的焦点,然而现在市面上可用的植物源性农作物高效杀虫剂还非常稀少,难以满足农业生产所需。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中农作物生长杀虫过程中化学农药时效期短,对环境造成污染的缺陷,本发明提供一种植物源杀虫型生物农药。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,以重量份为单位,所述各组分包括:
上述的一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,所述润湿剂为异丙基萘磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠或丁基萘磺酸钠中的一种。
上述的一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,所述助溶剂为无水乙醇、甲醇、正丁醇、二甲基亚砜、乙二醇或异丙醇中的一种或两种。
上述的一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,所述乳化剂为卵磷脂、油酸聚氧乙烯脂、吐温、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种。
上述的一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,所述渗透剂为聚乙二醇酸烃基醚、有机硅渗透剂或氮酮渗透剂中的一种。
上述的一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,所述油相溶剂为大豆油、矿物油、松节油中的一种。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下优点和突出性效果:
本发明的有益效果是,本发明植物源杀虫型生物农药采用藜芦碱、苦参碱、楝素、血根碱、狼毒素、蛇床子素、鱼藤酮、除虫菊素有效成分,有效地消除了传统化学农药杀虫过程中时效期短,对环境造成污染的缺陷。本发明植物源杀虫型生物农药,毒性大,触杀、抑制害虫生长发育,对农作物无要害无残留、不污染环境及农产品,高效安全,成本低廉。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明的内容,下面对本发明做进一步的说明,但是以下实施例仅用于说明本发明,不用来限制本发明的范围。对于本领域的普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,根据实施例获得其他的实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
【实施例1】
一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,以重量份为单位,所述各组分包括:
所述润湿剂为异丙基萘磺酸钠;所述助溶剂为甲醇;所述乳化剂为卵磷脂;所述渗透剂为聚乙二醇酸烃基醚;所述油相溶剂为大豆油。
将上述藜芦碱、苦参碱、楝素、血根碱、狼毒素、蛇床子素、鱼藤酮、除虫菊素有效成分与甲醇混合加入到大豆油中,然后加入卵磷脂、羧甲基纤维素,40℃搅拌加热至完全溶解,冷却至室温,加入异丙基萘磺酸钠,聚乙二醇酸烃基醚继续搅拌混合均匀,然后加入水搅拌,继而加入钾盐、氮盐、磷盐、维生素、搅拌至混合均匀,得到植物源杀虫型生物农药乳剂。
【实施例2】
一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,以重量份为单位,所述各组分包括:
所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;所述助溶剂为二甲基亚砜;所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述渗透剂为氮酮渗透剂;所述油相溶剂为大豆油。
将上述藜芦碱、苦参碱、楝素、血根碱、狼毒素、蛇床子素、鱼藤酮、除虫菊素有效成分与二甲基亚砜混合加入到大豆油中,然后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、羧甲基纤维素,50℃搅拌加热至完全溶解,冷却至室温,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,氮酮渗透剂继续搅拌混合均匀,然后加入水搅拌,继而加入钾盐、氮盐、磷盐、维生素、搅拌至混合均匀,得到植物源杀虫型生物农药乳剂。
【实施例3】
一种植物源杀虫型生物农药,以重量份为单位,所述各组分包括:
所述润湿剂为丁基萘磺酸钠;所述助溶剂为异丙醇;所述乳化剂为油酸聚氧乙烯脂;所述渗透剂为聚乙二醇酸烃基醚;所述油相溶剂为大豆油。
将上述藜芦碱、苦参碱、楝素、血根碱、狼毒素、蛇床子素、鱼藤酮、除虫菊素有效成分与异丙醇混合加入到大豆油中,然后加入油酸聚氧乙烯脂、羧甲基纤维素,50℃搅拌加热至完全溶解,冷却至室温,加入丁基萘磺酸钠,聚乙二醇酸烃基醚继续搅拌混合均匀,然后加入水搅拌,继而加入钾盐、氮盐、磷盐、维生素、搅拌至混合均匀,得到植物源杀虫型生物农药乳剂。
