Abstract

本发明提供了一种可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定与冗余连接结构,包括一个带锁扣功能的集成电路管座、两个柔性电路板、两个90度单排弯头插母、两个90度单排弯头插针,所述集成电路管座焊接在PCB上,用于固定集成电路;所述集成电路管座的两端分别连接一个柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的另一端连接90度单排弯头插针的弯头端,所述90度单排弯头插针的另一端与一个90度单排弯头插母对插,所述90度单排弯头插母焊接在PCB上。本发明通过对集成电路连接结构的合理布局与设计,采用双向冗余连接技术,能够消除横向、纵向两个方向振动引起的集成电路管脚信号接触不良。利用传输信号的冗余连接技术,保证了集成电路管脚与PCB的可靠连接。

Description

一种可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定与冗余连接结构
技术领域
本发明属于军用装甲车辆的电子控制技术领域,尤其是涉及一种可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定与冗余连接结构。
背景技术
全天候、全地域是对军用装甲车辆环境适应性的基本要求,装备在军用装甲车辆上的所有电子控制产品随时都面临着由于道路环境可能带来冲击、振动。较强的冲击、振动往往会导致一些非焊接模式的集成电路芯片与母板PCB的信号接触不良,致使电子控制产品的控制功能失效。对电子控制产品的关键芯片进行抗振动设计尤为重要。
安装在电子控制产品PCB上的集成电路大致分为两种,一种是可以直接焊接到PCB上的,其抗振动能力强;另一种是由于知识产权的保密需求,不能直接焊接到PCB上的程序芯片,需要用可重复插拔的管座连接方法,这种安装方法抗振动能力较弱。
对可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定的传统方法,都采用单一的集成电路管座连接方法,这种连接方法仅仅依靠管座自身锁扣装置的锁紧压力来保证接触可靠性,但由于没有采用焊接方式,很难保证集成电路管脚与管座的可靠接触。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定与冗余连接结构,以实现装甲车辆电子控制技术的可靠性。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定与冗余连接结构,包括一个带锁扣功能的集成电路管座、两个柔性电路板、两个90度单排弯头插母、两个90度单排弯头插针,所述集成电路管座焊接在PCB上,用于固定集成电路;所述集成电路管座的两端分别连接一个柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的另一端连接90度单排弯头插针的弯头端,所述90度单排弯头插针的另一端与一个90度单排弯头插母对插;所述90度单排弯头插母焊接在PCB上。
进一步的,所述柔性电路板的一端为适合焊接集成电路管脚的过孔;另一端为适合焊接90度单排弯头插针管脚的过孔。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优势:
(1)对集成电路管脚信号采用冗余连接的技术,能够保证军用装甲车辆电子控制单元在强振动环境下控制性能的可靠性与稳定性。
(2)在纵向方面,采用带锁扣功能的集成电路固定方法;在横向方面,采用单排弯头插母与插针的互连方法;这种双向冗余连接的技术,可以分别消除横向、纵向两个方向振动引起的集成电路管脚信号接触不良。
(3)采用柔性电路板连接技术,能够利用有限的空间内实现集成电路信号冗余。
(4)采用带锁扣功能的集成电路压接方法、插母与插针的互连方法,能保证集成电路的可重复插拔。
(5)采用90度单排弯头插母与插针的互连方法,能够减少柔性电路板与PCB连接时可能产生的弯曲应力,提高互连连接体的整体疲劳寿命。
(6)采用可重复插拔技术,特别适用于需要经常进行紫外线擦除、重复编程的集成电路芯片。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
一种可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定与冗余连接结构,如图1至6所示,包括一个带锁扣功能的集成电路管座1、两个柔性电路板3、两个90度单排弯头插针4、两个90度单排弯头插母5。
所述集成电路管座1焊接在PCB上,用于固定集成电路2;所述集成电路管座1的两端分别连接一个柔性电路板3,所述柔性电路板3的另一端连接90度单排弯头插针4的弯头端,所述90度单排弯头插针4的另一端与一个90度单排弯头插母5对插;所述90度单排弯头插母5焊接在PCB上。
所述柔性电路板3的一端设计为适合焊接集成电路2管脚的过孔;另一端设计为适合焊接90度单排弯头插针4管脚的过孔。
所述集成电路管座1选用与集成电路2管脚数量相等的专用集成电路管座。
所述柔性电路板3的信号通道数量与集成电路2单边管脚数量一致;柔性电路板3的长度尽量短。
所述90度单排弯头插针4的插针数量与集成电路2管脚数量相等,所述90度单排弯头插针4焊接在柔性电路板3上,焊接后的管脚尽量剪短,以防短路。
所述集成电路2为可重复插拔的可编程程序芯片,比如可紫外线擦除、电编程的eprom芯片。
安装集成电路2时,将集成电路2压接到带锁扣功能的集成电路管座1内,用锁扣锁紧集成电路2;将90度单排弯头插针4与90度单排弯头插母5对插。
拆卸集成电路2时,按压集成电路管座1的锁扣,集成电路2自动从集成电路管座1弹出,将90度单排弯头插针4从90度单排弯头插母5中拔出。
本发明实现集成电路2通过柔性电路板3以及焊接在柔性电路板3上的90度单排弯头插针4与焊接在PCB上的90度单排弯头插母5相连,实现集成电路管座1、集成电路2、90度单排弯头插针4、90度单排弯头插母5的互连。
本发明实现集成电路2管脚数量相等的多路传输信号冗余;集成电路2通过集成电路管座1与PCB连接,为第一组互连网络信号;集成电路2通过柔性电路板3与PCB连接,为第二组互连网络信号,这两组信号冗余连接。
纵向看,带锁扣功能的集成电路管座1焊接在PCB上,集成电路2插入集成电路管座1中,用锁扣压紧集成电路2;90度单排弯头插母5焊接在PCB上。
横向看,柔性电路板3的一端与集成电路2管脚通过焊接的方法相连,另一端通过焊接的方法与90度单排弯头插针4相连,90度单排弯头插针4与90度单排弯头插母5对插。
本发明通过对集成电路芯片PCB固定与冗余连接结构的合理布局与设计,通过纵向锁紧压插模式,消除了纵向振动可能带来的信号接触不良隐患;通过横向连接的设计模式,消除了横向振动可能带来的信号接触不良隐患;通过柔性连接的设计模式,实现了互连信号的冗余。
当装甲车辆工作在纵向颠簸状态时,产生的纵向振动可能会引起集成电路2在纵向方向的信号接触不良,90度单排弯头插针4、90度单排弯头插母5的横向连接方法能够保证信号的可靠连接。
当装甲车辆工作在横向颠簸状态时,产生的横向振动可能会引起集成电路2在横向方向的信号接触不良,带锁扣功能的集成电路2纵向固定方法能够保证信号的可靠连接。

Claims (2)

1.一种可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定与冗余连接结构,其特征在于:包括一个带锁扣功能的集成电路管座、两个柔性电路板、两个90度单排弯头插母、两个90度单排弯头插针,
所述集成电路管座焊接在PCB上,用于固定集成电路,当集成电路插入集成电路管座中,用锁扣压紧集成电路;
所述集成电路的两端分别连接一个柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的另一端连接90度单排弯头插针的弯头端,所述90度单排弯头插针的另一端与一个90度单排弯头插母对插;所述90度单排弯头插母焊接在PCB上;
集成电路通过集成电路管座与PCB连接,为第一组互连网络信号;集成电路通过柔性电路板、90度单排弯头插针、90度单排弯头插母与PCB连接,为第二组互连网络信号,这两组信号冗余连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复插拔集成电路芯片的PCB固定与冗余连接结构,其特征在于:所述柔性电路板的一端为适合焊接集成电路管脚的过孔;另一端为适合焊接90度单排弯头插针管脚的过孔。
