The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
In view of the problem that a part of content provided by a terminal device is prone to cause user addiction, the related art may prevent the user from being addicted to the part of content by prohibiting an application program containing the part of content from running. However, it is considered that the main function and/or other auxiliary functions of the application program itself may be affected after the application program containing the part of content is prohibited from running, for example: instant messaging Application (APP) with instant messaging function, instant information push function, financial management function, game function, novel reading function and other functions, when content related to game function and novel reading function is predetermined to be content which is easy to cause user addiction in the APP, if the operation of the APP is directly forbidden, the instant messaging information, the instant information, the financial management information and the like which are required to be presented to the user by the APP are enabled to be difficult to be timely notified to the user, and then negative effects are caused to social contact, financial management and the like of the user.
In addition, in some scenarios, users are not subjectively willing to indulge in content that is prone to cause indulgence at some times, and in other times are subjectively willing to entertain through content that is indulgent, such as: the user is required to work from eight morning points to six night points of Monday to Friday, subjectively, the user does not want to be addicted to games and novels to influence work, other time is rest time, the user may need to release working pressure through games and novels, and bad experience can be caused to the user if the APP is directly forbidden to run in no time.
In view of the above two situations, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling terminal content. In the method for controlling the content of the terminal provided by the embodiment of the application, the content which is easy to cause the addiction of the user is different according to different application scenes and/or users. In practical application, the user can make a reservation by himself or herself, the designer of the scheme can make a reservation, and the application service side can make a reservation for the user portrait according to big data analysis.
In the embodiment of the present application, the functions of playing each television program in the television terminal, the functions of various APPs installed in other intelligent terminals, and the like are also collectively referred to as function objects, and furthermore, the function objects related to the contents that are likely to cause the user addiction may be referred to as objects for restricting the activation.
According to the control method of the terminal content provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the enabling request for the functional object in the application program is received, the functional object is not directly prohibited or allowed to be enabled, but only the functional object is prohibited from being enabled when the functional object is determined to be the functional object with the limited enabling and the current time is in the valid time with the limited enabling of the functional object, and the disabling processing of the application program is not involved. The following describes a control procedure of terminal content according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling terminal content according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment may be applied to a terminal device, and may include the following steps S101 to S104:
and step S101, receiving an enabling request aiming at the functional object in the application program.
Step S102, based on the preset limited starting object information, judging whether the function object is a limited starting function object, if yes, executing step S103.
Step S103, if the function object is the object of limiting the starting, whether the current time is in the effective time of limiting the starting of the function object is judged, and if the current time is in the effective time of limiting the starting of the function object, the step S104 is executed.
And step S104, forbidding the enabling of the functional object.
The terminal device applied in the embodiment of the present invention may be various electronic devices, such as a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular phone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a media player, a learning machine, and other smart devices, and the electronic device mentioned herein may be equipped with various application programs, such as: financial application, payment application, shopping application, instant messaging application, reading application, travel application, video playing application, and the like.
In addition, if the enabled object is limited to be enabled or disabled, and an application server response needs to be obtained, the terminal device applied in the embodiment of the present invention may also be an application server corresponding to various application programs installed in the electronic device.
In addition, the terminal device applied in the embodiment of the present invention may also be an electronic device that is dedicated to play a television program in real time, such as an intelligent television that plays television content, a set-top box associated with the intelligent television, and the like, where a program for controlling playing of the television program is run in the electronic device. In other examples, it may be an electronic device such as a personal computer, laptop computer, cellular phone, camera phone, smart phone, media player, learning machine, etc. that can live the program content of each television channel. The electronic devices may have an application program with a live tv content function installed therein, where the application program mentioned herein may be an application program dedicated to playing tv, or may be various live application programs in a live scene.
The above-mentioned terminal devices may provide functional content or television program content (which is summarized as terminal content in the embodiments of the present application) that is likely to cause user addiction, and this part of content may be different according to application scenarios and different users, and may be predetermined by the user himself or by designers in the present solution, and may also be predetermined by user figures obtained by analysis of big data by an application service side, and specific setting manners may be various, as long as the purpose of preventing user addiction can be achieved, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. For example: the user time may be consumed more than the predetermined time threshold, but contents that have no positive influence on the work, life, learning, etc. of the user or are not related to the work, life, learning, etc. of the user may be predetermined as contents that easily cause the user to be addicted.
For the function objects related to the content which is easy to induce the user addiction, the written information of the part of the function objects can be stored as the preset starting limit object information and stored in the local nonvolatile storage area. Accordingly, the restricted object information may include: attribute information of a function object within the application relating to content that is prone to cause user addiction. An example is listed below in connection with a specific application scenario:
in the application scene, related application programs are an instant messaging APP, a payment APP and a shopping APP, wherein the instant messaging AAP has an instant messaging function, an entertainment information pushing function, a money managing function, a game function, a novel reading function and the like, the payment APP has a payment function, a money receiving function, a money transferring function, a recharging function, a money managing function, an entertainment function, a money managing function and the like, and the shopping APP has a product classification function, a product searching function, a product marketing function, an order processing function, a payment function, a money managing function and the like.
In one example, the designer of the scheme can reserve the entertainment information pushing function, the game function and the novel reading function in the communication APP, the entertainment function in the payment APP and the shopping APP product promotion function as the function objects for limiting the starting. The name, code number or other attribute information of the functional objects is added to the preset information of the start-limiting object corresponding to each APP, so that the embodiment of the invention judges whether the functional object requested to be started is the function object which is limited to be started or not according to the information, and if not, the start request is normally responded.
After the information on the limit objects is set, considering that it is impossible to limit the function objects all the time, a limit enabling time may be predetermined for the function objects whose enabling is limited, and the validity period of the predetermined limit enabling time may be additionally set to a predetermined validity period, for example: the period from eight am to six pm is configured as a predetermined limited enabling time, and the working date, monday to friday, half month, half year, monday to friday within half year, and the like are configured as a predetermined validity period. In determining whether or not the time is within the valid time for restricting the function objects, the time value and the date value in the current time may be compared with the predetermined restriction enabling time and the predetermined valid period, respectively. It is also possible to separately compare the current time with the predetermined limit-enabled time, and to separately compare the predetermined limit-enabled time with the predetermined validity period.
In some examples, whether the current time is within the valid time for limiting the enabling of the functional object may be determined by:
and acquiring the local current time.
Acquiring a preset limit enabling time of the function object and a preset effective period of the preset limit enabling time.
Comparing the current time, the predetermined limit enable time, and the predetermined validity period.
If the predetermined limit enable time is within the predetermined validity period and the current time is within the predetermined limit enable time, determining that the current time is within the validity period.
Further, if the restricted enable time is not within the predetermined validity period, the functional object is restored to an unrestricted object.
Enabling the functional object if the current time is not within the predetermined limited enable time.
In other examples, the working date, the hour of a week to friday, half month, half year or eight morning hours to six evening hours of a week to friday in a half year can be directly set to limit the effective time of the functional object. When determining whether the time is within the valid time that limits any of these functional objects, the current time may be directly compared to the valid time.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the valid time or the valid period is set, mainly to prohibit the user from randomly changing the function object whose activation is limited and the activation-limited time thereof within the valid time or the valid period. In actual operation, in order to avoid the failure of the limitation enabling due to the loss of the preconfigured information caused by the upgrade of the application program or the system, the limitation object information and the valid time or the predetermined limitation enabling time and the valid period may be stored in a local nonvolatile storage area. And after the valid time or the valid period is invalid, the limitation of the function object which is limited to be started can be removed, and the function object is recovered to be an unlimited object. When the function object is released, the attribute information of the function object whose validity time or validity period has expired may be deleted from predetermined start-up object information.
In addition, in consideration of the fact that the requirements of different users may be different, when configuring the information about the limited-enabling object and the valid time, or configuring the information about the limited-enabling object, the predetermined limited-enabling time, and the predetermined valid period, the information may be configured according to the requirements of different users, and the configured information may be stored in correspondence with the user information, where the user information may be identity information such as account information, face image, age information, and fingerprint information of the user. And when determining whether the function object requested to be started is the object limited to be started, acquiring user information of the current user, acquiring the information of the start-limiting object stored corresponding to the user information, and judging whether the function object requested to be started is the object limited to be started according to the acquired information of the start-limiting object.
Through the configured information, the function object requested to be started is determined to be the function object limited to be started, when the current time is within the effective time for limiting the starting of the function object, the starting of the function object can be directly prohibited, and after the starting is prohibited, an application program is difficult to jump to an interface corresponding to the function object, or an access interface of the function object is hidden.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order not to affect the application itself and other functional objects except the function object whose activation is restricted in the application itself, when a request for the function object of the application is received after the application is started, if it is determined that the function object whose activation is requested is the function object whose activation is restricted and the current time is within the valid time for restricting the activation of the function object, the operation of the application may be continuously maintained and the activation of the function object is prohibited.
In order to inform the user that the function object requested to be enabled is the limited-enabled object, after the function object is prohibited from being enabled, a prompt message may be sent, and the prompt message may include information indicating that the function object is the limited-enabled function object.
In some scenarios, when the application program is not started, the application program may also directly request to enable a part of function objects in the application program, and in this scheme, before the application program is started, an enabling request for the function objects of the application program may be received, and when it is determined that the function objects requested to be enabled are function objects whose enabling is limited and the current time is within the valid time for limiting enabling of the function objects, the application program is allowed to be started, and the function objects are only prohibited from being started.
The following describes a practical application process of the scheme of the present invention, taking a terminal device with an operating system as an android system as an example.
The method comprises the steps that a designer of the scheme can embed implementation codes of the scheme into codes of an android system, functional information describing functions of the implementation codes is placed in a setting list, when the implementation codes run, the user is prompted to input functional objects of application APPs which need to be limited to be started, then limited starting time of the functional objects is input, finally the user is prompted to input the valid period of the limited starting time, and the limited starting time and the valid period jointly form valid time for limiting starting of the functional objects.
After the user sets the information, the system reminds whether the information is set or not, the limitation on the function objects cannot be canceled in the valid time after the setting, and pops up confirmation or cancellation, and after the user selects and confirms, the system stores the relevant information, the limited enabling time and the valid period of the application APP and the limited enabled function objects into an NV (non-volatile) data partition nonvolatile partition, and the partition cannot be erased when software is upgraded and factory settings are restored.
In addition, because the function fragment part of the application APP is inherited from the class parent class of activity or service of the system, and the function of the application APP is generally started by the StartFragment () method when being opened, a corresponding judgment is added in the StartFragment () method, whether the function object of the application APP is limited to be started within the valid time is judged, if not, the function object of the application APP is normally started, otherwise, the starting of the function object of the application APP is prohibited, and an "XX function of the application APP is limited to be opened within the XXXX time period" is popped up to prompt.
In other embodiments, if the terminal content is specific to program content that may be played in the television terminal, the embodiment of the present invention may not directly prohibit or allow playing of the television program when receiving a play request for the television program in the television terminal, but may prohibit only playing of the functional object when determining that the television program is a program whose playing is limited and the current time is within an effective time for limiting playing of the television program, without involving a play prohibition process for the television terminal or other television programs. The following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method for terminal content according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment may be applied to a terminal device that plays tv content in real time, and may include the following steps S201 to S204:
step S201, receiving a broadcast request for a television program in the television terminal.
Step S202, based on the scheduled broadcast-limited program information, judging whether the television program is a program for limiting broadcast, if so, executing step S203.
Step S203, determining whether the current time is within the effective time for limiting the playing of the program content, if so, executing step S204.
And step S204, prohibiting the playing of the television program.
The terminal device applied in the embodiment of the present invention may be an electronic device dedicated to playing a television program in real time, such as an intelligent television for playing television content, a set-top box associated with the intelligent television, and the like, in which a program for controlling playing of the television program is run.
The above-mentioned terminal devices may all contain tv programs that may easily cause user addiction, and these tv programs may be different according to application scenarios and user differences, and may be predetermined by the user himself or by designers in the present scheme, and may also be predetermined by a user portrait obtained by tv service according to big data analysis, and specific setting ways may be various, as long as the purpose of preventing user addiction can be achieved, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. For example: the program content that consumes the user time exceeding the predetermined time threshold but has no positive effect on the work, life, learning, etc. of the user or is not related to the work, life, learning, etc. of the user may be predetermined as content that is liable to induce enthusiasm of the user.
For the television programs related to the content which is easy to cause the addiction of the user, the information of the part of the television programs can be stored as the scheduled program information of the limited broadcast program and stored in a local nonvolatile storage area. Thus, the limited play program information may include: attribute information of a television program relating to a content which is liable to induce a user addiction in the television terminal. An example is listed below in connection with a specific application scenario:
in the application scenario, the television channels involved are a local station 1, a local station 2 and a local station 3, wherein the television programs played by the local station 1 every day include animation programs, adventure programs, sports programs and the like, the television programs played by the local station 2 every day include fighting programs, ball game programs, chess game programs and the like, and the television programs played by the local station 3 every day include news programs, soap opera programs, comprehensive entertainment programs, game advertisements, game competitions and other game propaganda programs and the like.
In one example, the designer of the present solution may reserve animation type programs in the local station 1, chess type sports programs in the local station 2, and comprehensive entertainment type programs and game promotion type programs in the local station 3 as the television programs for limiting the playing. The name, code number or other attribute information of the television programs is added to the preset broadcast-limited program information corresponding to each television channel, so that the embodiment of the invention judges whether the television program requested to be broadcast is the broadcast-limited television program or not according to the information, and if the television program is not the function object which is limited to be enabled, the enabling request is responded normally.
In some examples, type Information describing the type of the program content of the television channel may also be obtained from EIT (Event Information Table) Information of these television channels, and added to the limited broadcast program Information, where the EIT Information mentioned here may be provided by an associated television manager, issued at the front end of an audio/video stream (e.g., a digital television signal) of the television channel to further describe each section of the program content of the television channel, and may provide the name, the time to start playing, the playing time length, the running state, etc. of each Event (an Event may represent a section of the program content), and one channel may correspond to one piece of the EIT Information, where the type Information describing the type of the program content of the television channel may be provided by a program provider, and may generally include a primary program content category and/or a secondary program content category of the program content, the semantics of the partial content descriptors in the EIT information are exemplified below:
primary program content classification: content _ ribbon _ level _1, 4-bit field, representing the first level of program content identifier, encoded as per table 26;
and (3) secondary program content classification: content _ ribbon _ level _12, a 4-bit field, representing the second level of program content identifiers, encoded as per table 26;
user program content classification user _ nibble, 4-bit field, defined by broadcaster;
when obtaining the genre information from the EIT information, the characters may be extracted from the fields corresponding to the primary and secondary program content classifications.
After the broadcast-limited program information is set, considering that it is impossible to limit the tv programs all the time, a broadcast-limited time may be predetermined for the tv programs whose broadcast is limited, and a valid period of the predetermined broadcast-limited time may be additionally set as a predetermined valid period, for example: the time period from eight am to six pm is configured as a predetermined limited playing time, and the working date, monday to friday, half month, half year, monday to friday in half year, and the like are configured as a predetermined effective period. In determining whether the time is within the valid time for limiting the television programs, the time of day value and the date value in the current time may be compared with the predetermined limited play time and the predetermined valid period, respectively. It is also possible to separately compare the current time with the predetermined play-out restriction time, and to separately compare the predetermined play-out restriction time with the predetermined validity period.
In some examples, it may be determined whether the current time is within the effective time for limiting the playing of the television program by:
and acquiring the local current time.
And acquiring the preset limited playing time of the television program and the preset effective period of the preset limited playing time.
Comparing the current time, the predetermined play-out limit time and the predetermined validity period.
And if the preset limited playing time is within the preset effective period and the current time is within the preset limited playing time, judging that the current time is within the effective time.
And if the limited playing time is not within the preset validity period, restoring the television program to be an unlimited program.
And if the current time is not within the preset limit playing time, allowing the television program to be played.
In other examples, the working date, the hour of monday to friday, the month of half, the year of half, or the hour of monday to friday in half the year from eight am to six pm may be directly set to limit the effective time for playing the function object. The current time may be directly compared to the active time when it is determined whether the time is within the active time that limits any of these television programs.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the valid time or the valid period is set, mainly to prohibit the user from randomly changing the television program to be limited to be played and the time to be limited to be played within the valid time or the valid period. In an actual operation process, in order to avoid that the preset information is lost due to the upgrade of the television program or the system and further the broadcast limitation is invalid, the broadcast limitation program information and the valid time or the preset broadcast limitation time and the valid period can be stored in a local nonvolatile storage area. And after the valid time or the valid period is invalid, the limitation on the function object for limiting the playing can be removed, and the function object can be recovered to be the program for unlimited playing.
In addition, different users may have different requirements, and when configuring the broadcast-limited program information and the valid time, or configuring the broadcast-limited program information, the predetermined play-limited time, and the predetermined valid period, the different users may configure the broadcast-limited program information and the valid time, and store the configured information and the user information in correspondence, where the user information may be user account information, face image, age information, fingerprint information, and other identity information. When determining whether the television program requested to be played is the program limited to be played, acquiring user information of a current user, acquiring the program limited to be played, which is stored corresponding to the user information, and judging whether the television program requested to be played is the program limited to be played according to the acquired program limited to be played.
Through the configured information, the television program requested to be played is determined to be the program which is limited to be played, and when the current time is within the effective time for limiting the playing of the television program, the playing of the television program can be directly prohibited, and after the playing is prohibited, the playing picture is difficult to jump to the picture corresponding to the television program or is switched to the interface of the television program in a hidden mode.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order not to affect the television terminal itself and other programs except the program for which the playing is limited, when a playing request for the television program in the television terminal is received after the television terminal is started, if it is determined that the television program requested to be played is the program for which the playing is limited and the current time is within the valid time for limiting the playing of the television program, the operation of the television terminal may be continuously maintained, and the playing of the television program is prohibited, for example, the television program is switched to another channel.
In order to inform the user that the television program requested to be played is the program whose playing is limited, after the television program is prohibited to be played, a prompt message may be sent, where the message may include information indicating that the television program requested to be played is the program whose playing is limited.
In some scenarios, if the television terminal is not started, a part of programs in the television terminal can also be directly requested to be played, and in the scheme, before the television terminal is started, a playing request for the television program of the television terminal is received, and the television terminal is allowed to be started and the television program is prohibited to be played only when the television program requested to be played is determined to be a program which is limited to be played and the current time is within the effective time for limiting the playing of the television program.
