Description of the reference numerals
1. Spacing regulating member 2, frame side plate 11, body member portion 12, locking fixing portion 13, annular groove (locking unit) 21, mounting hole 22, hole portion 23, notch portion 24, engaging protrusion portion 100, body cabinet 180, and commodity storage rack.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a commodity storage rack of an automatic vending machine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Since the overall configuration of the vending machine and the configuration of the commodity storage rack are the same as those shown in fig. 7 and 8, redundant description is omitted and the description is given with reference to fig. 7 and 8 as appropriate.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a spacing restriction member 1 of the present invention. The space regulating member 1 includes a body member portion 11 and locking and fixing portions 12 protruding outward from both ends of the body member portion 11. In a state where the space restriction member 1 is mounted on the pair of left and right frame side plates 2, 2 (see fig. 2: one frame side plate 2 is shown in fig. 2, and the other frame side plate 2 is arranged to face the one frame side plate 2), the main body member portion 11 of the space restriction member 1 is positioned between the pair of left and right frame side plates 2, 2. In a state where the space regulating member 1 is mounted on the pair of left and right frame side plates 2, the locking and fixing portions 12, 12 protrude outward from the pair of left and right frame side plates 2, and a diameter R2 of the locking and fixing portions 12, 12 is smaller than a diameter R3 of the body member portion 11. An annular groove 13 is formed in the peripheral wall of the locking and fixing portion 12, and the annular groove 13 accommodates and locks and fixes a plurality of engaging protrusions 24 of the mounting hole 21 of the rack-side plate 2 shown in fig. 2. In the present embodiment, the gap regulating member 1 is formed into a hollow cylindrical body by crimping a rectangular steel plate as a raw material by press working using an upper die and a lower die so that both ends of the rectangular side of the rectangular steel plate are butted against each other.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the mounting hole 21 formed by punching a pair of right and left frame side plates 2, 2 according to the present invention. The mounting hole 21 is formed by a hole 22 formed in the center of the opening and a plurality of notches 23 formed by penetrating in a petal-open crown shape communicating with the hole 22, and an engaging protrusion 24 having a tip end projecting toward the center of the hole 22 is formed by the adjacent notches 23, 23. The distal ends of these engaging projections 24 are formed in a concave arc shape. In the present embodiment, 4 notches 23 are provided in a cross shape, and 4 engaging protrusions 24 are formed correspondingly thereto.
Here, when the diameter of the hole portion 22 of the mounting hole 21 is R0, the diameter R1 of the annular groove 13 formed in the locking and fixing portion 12 of the spacing restriction member 1 is set to R1 > R0. The diameter R2 of the locking and fixing section 12 is set to R2 > R1 > R0, and the diameter R3 of the body member section 11 is set to R3 > R2 > R1 > R0.
Next, a method of erecting the space restriction member 1 with respect to the pair of left and right frame side plates 2, 2 will be described with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a state in which the right end of the space restriction member 1 is mounted on the mount-side plate 2 located on the right side in the front view.
After the space regulating member 1 is disposed inside the rack side plate 2, the distal end of the locking and fixing portion 12 of the space regulating member 1 is opposed to the mounting hole 21 of the rack side plate 2. In this case, a cylindrical jig 3 shown in fig. 4 is disposed outside the rack side plate 2. The jig 3 has an inner diameter larger than the diameter R2 of the locking and fixing portion 12 so as to straddle the plurality of notches 23 of the mounting hole 21. In this state, when the tip end of the locking and fixing portion 12 is pushed into the hole portion 22 of the mounting hole 21 from the inside of the rack side plate 2, the plurality of engaging protrusions 24 of the mounting hole 21 are bent outward with the abutting portion with the jig 3 as the base end, and therefore, the pushing of the locking and fixing portion 12 into the hole portion 22 is allowed. By the next press-fitting of the locking and fixing portion 12 into the hole portion 22 of the mounting hole 21, the locking and fixing portion 12 penetrates the mounting hole 21 and protrudes outward of the bracket-side plate 2. In this case, the distal ends of the plurality of engaging projections 24 that flex outward slide in contact with the peripheral wall of the locking and fixing portion 12. When the annular groove 13 of the locking and fixing portion 12 reaches the tip end portions of the plurality of engaging protrusions 24, the tip ends of the engaging protrusions 24 drop into the annular groove 13 by the restoring force of the plurality of engaging protrusions 24.
Here, since the diameter R1 of the annular groove 13 of the locking and fixing portion 12 is formed to be larger than the diameter R0 of the hole portion 22 of the attachment hole 21, the plurality of engaging protrusions 24 that have fallen into the annular groove 13 of the locking and fixing portion 12 are maintained in a state of being deflected outward (see fig. 5). In this way, the plurality of engaging projections 24 that have fallen into the annular groove 13 of the locking and fixing portion 12 are deflected outward, thereby preventing the interval regulating member 1 from falling inward. That is, the plurality of engaging protrusions 24 that are bent outward function as stays (japanese utility model え sticks). The diameter R3 of the main body member 11 of the interval restricting member 1 is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the jig 3, and the main body member 11 of the interval restricting member 1 does not penetrate through the mounting hole 21 of the rack side plate 2 and projects outward of the rack side plate 2. The plurality of notches 23 located in the outer region of the jig 3 have a function of releasing stress when the plurality of engaging protrusions 24 are bent, thereby preventing the occurrence of cracks in the chassis side plate 2.
The left end side of the distance regulating member 1 is erected on the other side (left side in front view) of the frame side plate 2 in the same manner as the aforementioned erection method. In this way, the span of the space restriction member 1 with respect to the pair of left and right frame side plates 2, 2 can be performed only by press-fitting the locking and fixing portions 12 of the space restriction member 1 into the mounting holes 21 of the frame side plates 2, so that workability is good, and the span state can be stably maintained because the plurality of engagement protrusions 24 that fall into the annular grooves 13 of the locking and fixing portions 12 function to prevent the space restriction member 1 from falling off to the inside.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the jig 3 is used to assist the flexure of the plurality of engaging protrusions 24 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to the case where the jig 3 is used, and a plurality of notches (triangular holes) 4 may be formed in a portion of the plurality of engaging protrusions 24 that serves as the base end of the flexure, as shown in fig. 6.
Here, in the above-described embodiment, the case where 4 cutout portions 23 formed by penetrating in a petal-shaped open crown shape communicating with the hole portion 22 of the mounting hole 21 are provided in a cross shape and 4 engaging protrusion portions 24 are further provided in correspondence thereto has been described, but the number of the cutout portions 23 and the engaging protrusion portions 24 can be changed as appropriate. In particular, the engaging projection 24 projecting toward the center of the hole portion 22 of the mounting hole 21 may be bent toward the outside of the rack side plates 2, 2 in a manner allowing passage of the locking fixing portion 12 of the space restriction member 1, and may be locked to the annular groove 13 of the space restriction member 1 in a state bent toward the outside of the rack side plates 2, and may be appropriately modified within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention.
The interval regulation member 1 can also be applied to a pin member that holds the curved rail section 182, the top tray 184, the commodity discharging device 200, and the like shown in fig. 8.
As described above, there is provided a commodity storage shelf for an automatic vending machine which is disposed in a commodity storage compartment of a main body cabinet 100 and is configured such that a gap between a pair of right and left shelf side plates 2, 2 is kept constant by a rod-shaped gap regulating member 1, the gap regulating member 1 is passed through and bridged in a mounting hole 21 formed in the pair of right and left shelf side plates 2, the mounting hole 21 of the pair of right and left shelf side plates 2, 2 includes a hole portion 22 formed with an opening and an engaging projection portion 24 projecting toward the center of the hole portion 22, an end portion of the gap regulating member 1 includes a locking fixing portion 12, the locking fixing portion 12 is pressed into the hole portion 22 of the mounting hole 21 from the inside of the shelf side plates 2, 2 so that the engaging projection portion 24 is deflected toward the outside of the shelf side plates 2, 2 and the locking fixing portion 12 passes through the mounting hole 21, further, since the peripheral wall of the locking and fixing portion 12 is provided with the locking means (annular groove 13) which accommodates the distal end of the engaging projection portion 24 and locks the engaging projection portion 24 in a state where the engaging projection portion 24 is deflected outward of the rack side plates 2, the engaging projection portion 24 in a state where the engaging projection portion 24 is deflected outward of the rack side plates 2, 2 is locked to the locking means (annular groove 13) after the locking and fixing portion 12 of the space regulating member 1 is pushed into the hole portion 22 of the mounting hole 21 from the inside of the rack side plates 2, and the space regulating member 1 can be bridged only by passing through the space regulating member 1 in this state, and therefore, there is an effect that the bridging work of the space regulating member 1 with respect to the rack side plates 2, 2 is facilitated and the bridged state can be stably maintained.
In addition, the above description has been made of the case where the article storage rack of the vending machine according to the above-described embodiment has a meandering article storage passage called a serpentine type, and the present invention can be applied to an article storage rack called a tilted rack in which article storage shelves in which a plurality of article storage passages in which a plurality of articles are stored in a row in a horizontal posture in a front-rear direction are divided in a left-right direction are arranged in a plurality of stages in a vertical direction. The interval regulation member 1 is not limited to a hollow cylindrical member, and may be a solid member. In the case where the space restriction member 1 is configured to restrict the movement of the left and right shelf side plates 2, 2 in the outward direction (for example, in the case where the inward movement of the left and right shelf side plates 2, 2 is restricted by the commodity-accommodating shelf plate in the inclined shelf), the end portion on the one side of the space restriction member 1 may be formed as a head portion bulging outward in diameter (japanese: ヘッダー). Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
