Wherein the non-volatile storage medium of the computer device may store an operating system and computer-executable instructions that, when executed, may cause the processor to perform a method of policy printing. The processor of the computer device is used for providing calculation and control capability and supporting the operation of the whole computer device. The internal memory may store computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, implement a method of warranty printing as provided in the embodiments below. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 2 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with the present application and does not constitute a limitation on the terminal to which the present application is applied, and that a particular terminal may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
As shown in FIG. 3, in one embodiment, a method of policy printing is provided. The embodiment is mainly illustrated by applying the method to the computer device 110 in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 3, the policy printing method specifically includes the following steps:
s302, acquiring the policy type of the policy to be printed.
The policy to be printed is a policy which needs to be printed as a paper document by a printing device. The policy to be printed is, for example, an accident insurance policy, an endowment insurance policy, or a health insurance policy. The policy type is a basis for classifying the policy, for example, when classified according to the risk to which the policy belongs, the policy type may be accident risk, endowment risk, or health risk. In this embodiment, the computer device can print the policy to be printed in batch.
Specifically, when the administrator needs to print a policy, the policy to be printed may be selected first from the policy list. When the administrator clicks to select the policy, the computer device receives the policy printing request and acquires the policy type of the policy to be printed according to the policy printing request. For example: the policy is selected as "XXX accident insurance policy" from the policy list, and the type of policy retrieved by the computer device is "accident insurance".
S304, a plurality of insurance policy template sub-module identifications associated with the insurance policy types are searched.
Wherein the policy template sub-module identifier is used for uniquely identifying one policy template sub-module. The policy template submodule is a component of the policy template. The policy template submodule comprises: the system comprises an insured person module, an insurance information module, an insurance responsibility module, a cash value module and the like. The policy templates of different policy types are respectively obtained by combining a plurality of policy template submodules.
Specifically, the computer device stores the association relationship between the policy type and the policy template sub-module identifier. And after the computer equipment acquires the policy type of the policy to be printed, searching a plurality of policy template sub-module identifications which are associated with the policy type. Different policy types may be associated with the same multiple policy template sub-module identifications or with different multiple policy template sub-module identifications.
And S306, combining the policy template submodules to identify the corresponding policy template submodules according to the combination mode of policy type orientation to obtain the policy template.
The combination mode is the basis of the policy-keeping template sub-modules in combination.
In one embodiment, the computer device may set a corresponding combination for each policy type in advance. After obtaining the multiple policy template sub-module identifications associated with the policy types, the computer device combines the multiple policy template sub-modules corresponding to the multiple policy template sub-module identifications into the policy template according to the corresponding combination mode of the policy types.
In one implementation, the computer device sets in advance for each policy type the respective corresponding locations in the empty template of the policy template sub-modules that make up the policy template. After obtaining the multiple policy template sub-module identifications associated with the policy types, the computer device loads the multiple policy template sub-modules corresponding to the multiple policy template sub-module identifications to corresponding positions in the empty template, so that the multiple policy template sub-modules are combined into a complete policy template.
For example, FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a combined policy template in one embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, the policy type of the policy template is accident insurance policy, and includes four policy template sub-modules, which are an insured module, an insurance information module, an insurance responsibility module, and a cash value module, respectively. The combination mode appointed by the accident insurance policy is the combination sequence of the insurance template submodules, and the combination sequence is an insurance information module, an insurance responsibility module, a cash value module and an insured module in sequence.
And S308, adding the insurance policy data specified by the insurance policy to be printed to the insurance policy template obtained by combination.
Specifically, the computer device loads the policy template obtained by the combination, and then adds policy data specified by the policy to be printed to a corresponding position in the loaded policy template to form the policy template for printing.
And S310, sending the policy template added with the policy data to the printing equipment.
Specifically, after the policy data is added to the computer device, the policy template to which the policy data is added can be sent to the printing device, the printing device can start printing the policy, and the policy template can be used for conducting policy printing, wherein the policy printing refers to printing the policy according to a certain format. The size, style and alignment of fonts in each module can be freely configured.
In other embodiments, the printing time can be set, the printing can be delayed, the printing can be started only when the printing time is reached, and the printing can be temporarily cancelled when the printing time is not reached.
According to the policy printing method, when the policy printing is required, the policy type of the policy to be printed is automatically obtained, a plurality of policy template sub-module identifications associated with the policy type are searched, the policy template sub-modules corresponding to the searched policy template sub-module identifications are combined according to the combination mode pointed by the policy type, so that the policy template can be obtained, the policy data specified by the policy to be printed is added to the policy template obtained through combination, the policy data can be used for printing, and the policy template sub-module combination is used for obtaining the policy templates matched with various policy types, so that the utilization rate of the policy template is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, before step S304, the policy printing method further includes: establishing a policy template submodule matched with each service data type; generating corresponding policy template sub-module identifications of the policy template sub-modules; correspondingly determining the policy template sub-module identification associated with each policy type according to the service data type included in each policy type; and storing the association relationship between each policy type and the corresponding determined policy template sub-module identification.
Wherein, the service data type is the type of the service data in the policy. For example, the policy type is "child safety accident injury insurance", and the service data type may include: insured information type, insurance responsibility information type and cash value information type.
Specifically, the computer device may establish policy template sub-modules that match the respective service data types and generate policy template sub-module identifications corresponding to the respective policy template sub-modules. For example, an insured module is established that matches the insured information type for populating the insured module with insured information to refine the policy data.
Further, for each policy type, the computer device may obtain, according to the service data type included in the policy type, policy template sub-modules constituting the policy template corresponding to the policy type, and correspondingly determine policy template sub-module identifications corresponding to the policy template sub-modules, so as to determine policy template sub-module identifications associated with each policy type.
Furthermore, the computer device can store the association relationship between each policy type and the corresponding determined policy template sub-module identification and each policy template sub-module in the template database, and when the administrator prints the policy, the computer device can extract the policy template sub-module corresponding to the policy template sub-module identification associated with the policy type from the template database according to the policy type to combine to obtain the policy template so as to print the policy.
In this embodiment, by establishing policy template sub-modules matched with each service data type, and then determining policy template sub-modules combined into a policy template corresponding to each policy type according to the service data types included in each policy type, an association relationship between each policy type and a correspondingly determined policy template sub-module identifier is obtained, that is, when a policy is required to be printed, the association relationship is searched, and the required policy template can be combined, so that the utilization rate of the policy template is improved.
In one embodiment, step S308 includes: acquiring field information included in the policy template obtained by combination; respectively extracting policy data corresponding to each field information from policy data specified by a policy to be printed; and respectively adding the policy data corresponding to the extracted field information to the data area corresponding to the field information in the policy template.
The policy protection template sub-modules forming the policy protection template are preset, and each policy protection template sub-module comprises a plurality of field information. The field information is information containing a certain subject, such as a name field or a gender field.
Specifically, the computer device may obtain policy data specified by the policy to be printed, and extract policy data corresponding to field information included in the policy template from the policy data specified by the policy to be printed in a field matching manner.
In one embodiment, the computer device may perform the extraction of policy data by matching field numbers. The field number is used to uniquely identify a field information. Specifically, the policy data specified by the policy to be printed may be stored in correspondence with the field numbers, so that the data corresponding to each field information may be acquired by matching the field numbers.
In one embodiment, in order to increase the speed of policy printing, the same type of policy data can be stored in the same position in advance, the type of the policy can be quickly determined according to the position of the policy data storage, and since the policy templates corresponding to the same type of policy are the same, the policy templates corresponding to the same type of policy can be printed at the same time, and the policy templates do not need to be readjusted in the middle, which is beneficial to improving the printing efficiency.
Further, the computer device fills the extracted policy data into data areas corresponding to the respective field information in the policy template, respectively, according to the field information. Specifically, the computer device finds corresponding field information in the policy template according to the corresponding field information of the extracted data, determines a data area corresponding to the field information, fills the data corresponding to each field information into the policy template to complete configuration of the policy template, and then directly performs corresponding printing according to the policy template.
In the above embodiment, after the policy templates are obtained by combination, the policy data specified by the policy to be printed is added to the policy template obtained by combination, so that the accuracy of policy information filling in the policy template is ensured.
In one embodiment, before step S302, the policy printing method further includes: detecting whether an idle policy template generating thread exists at present; if detecting that an idle policy template generating thread exists currently, calling the idle policy template generating thread to execute a step of acquiring the policy type of the policy to be printed; and if the current idle policy template generating threads are not detected, detecting whether the number of the current policy template generating threads is smaller than a preset threshold, and if so, creating a new policy template generating thread to execute the step of acquiring the policy type of the policy to be printed.
And the policy template generation thread is used for generating a thread of the policy module. Being in the idle state means that no policy module generation is performed at the current time. Specifically, a plurality of policy template generation threads are run in parallel in the computer device, and each policy template generation thread is independent of each other.
Specifically, the computer device may generate a policy print job upon receiving a print request, and then detect whether there is an idle policy template generating thread at present. And if the computer equipment detects that an idle policy template generating thread exists, calling the idle policy template generating thread to execute the policy printing task.
For example, there are 4 policy template generating threads currently, wherein the policy template generating thread 1 and the policy template generating thread 2 are respectively executing the step of generating policy modules, and when a new policy to be printed is detected, it is determined that there are idle policy template generating threads 3 and policy template generating threads 4 currently, that is, the policy template generating thread 3 or policy template generating thread 4 is called to execute a new policy printing task. The policy template generation threads process policy printing tasks one by one, and the policy models are obtained through combination, when an error occurs in a certain policy model combination, the combination of other policy templates is not affected, and the error rate of the policy template combination can be effectively reduced.
If the computer device does not detect that idle policy template generating threads exist, judging whether the number of the current policy template generating threads is smaller than a preset threshold value, wherein the preset threshold value refers to the maximum number of policy template generating threads, and the preset threshold value can be set according to actual requirements, such as the number of policy printing, system resource allocation and the like. The maximum number of the policy template generating threads is reasonably set, so that the asynchronous concurrent processing combined policy module can be ensured, the combination efficiency of the policy module is improved, system resources can be reasonably distributed, and the resource waste is reduced.
Further, if the number of the current policy template generation threads is smaller than a preset threshold, a new policy template generation thread may be created, and the new policy template generation thread is called to execute a new policy printing task. For example, if the number of current policy template generation threads is 4, the preset threshold is 5, and the policy template generation threads 1 to 4 are executing policy print tasks, a new policy template generation thread 5 may be created for executing a new policy print task. If the policy printing task is newly added at the moment and no idle policy printing task exists currently, the newly added policy printing task can enter a waiting queue to wait for the execution of the idle policy printing task.
In the above embodiment, the policy template generation threads are called to execute the tasks respectively, when an error occurs in a certain policy model combination, the combination of other policy templates is not affected, the error rate of the policy template combination can be effectively reduced, and the policy module is used to generate the thread asynchronous combination policy module, so that the combination efficiency of the policy module can be improved.
In one embodiment, before step S310, the policy printing method further includes: determining a client label corresponding to each policy template added with policy data; clustering the policy keeping templates added with the policy keeping data according to the client labels; and adding a cover to the clustered policy template, and adding page numbers according to the time sequence of obtaining the policy template. Step S310 includes: and sending the policy template added with the cover and the page number to the printing equipment.
Wherein the customer tag is a tag for identifying a customer. For example, multiple policies of the same natural person correspond to the same customer label, and multiple policies of the same legal organization correspond to the same customer label. The computer device may print combinations of the policies to be printed that correspond to the same customer label.
Specifically, the policy template to which the policy data is added is the generated policy to be printed. When the computer equipment prints the policy in batch, the client labels corresponding to the policy templates added with the policy data can be determined firstly, namely the client labels corresponding to the policies to be printed are obtained, the policy templates added with the policy data are clustered according to the client labels, the policy templates added with the policy data corresponding to the same client labels are classified into one class, a plurality of policy sets to be printed are obtained, namely, the policy templates added with the policy data included in each policy set to be printed belong to the same client, namely, the policy sets to be printed are combined into the policy set to be printed by the same client. The computer equipment can add a cover to each policy set to be printed, and add page numbers to the policy modules included in the policy set to be printed according to the time sequence of obtaining the policy templates.
Among them, there are various types of page numbers. Such as the location of different page numbers and the alignment of different page numbers. The page number can be in the header or the footer. The alignment modes include left alignment, right alignment, and middle alignment.
The computer equipment can determine a corresponding page number adding mode according to the policy type and then calculate the coordinate position of page number addition according to the corresponding adding mode. Specifically, the computer device can obtain the coordinate position of the page number addition by setting the offset. Wherein the offset is an offset distance for a specific position. A particular position such as the upper left corner position, and the offset (X, Y) indicates a shift of X lengths to the left and Y lengths to the bottom on the upper left corner basis.
For example, the footer center display offset calculation: x (page width-width of characters to be displayed)/2, and Y (page height-20). Footer left display offset calculation: x ═ page width-width of characters to be displayed)/2 to 20, and Y ═ page height-20. Footer right display offset calculation: x is 20 and Y is page length-20.
In this embodiment, treat that to print the policy and cluster, add front cover and page number for treating the printing policy that corresponds the same customer label for the policy is printed more humanized, and the practicality is stronger.
As shown in FIG. 5, in one particular embodiment, the policy printing method includes the steps of:
s502, detecting whether an idle policy template generating thread exists at present; if yes, jumping to step S504; if not, go to step S506.
S504, the idle policy template is called to generate a thread.
S506, detecting whether the number of the current policy template generating threads is smaller than a preset threshold value; if yes, go to step S508; if not, the process goes to step S502.
And S508, creating a new policy template generation thread.
And S510, acquiring the policy type of the policy to be printed through the policy template generation thread.
S512, establishing a policy template submodule matched with each service data type; and generating corresponding policy template sub-module identifications of the policy template sub-modules.
And S514, correspondingly determining the policy template sub-module identification associated with each policy type according to the service data type included in each policy type.
S516, storing the incidence relation between each policy type and the corresponding determined policy template sub-module identification.
S518, searching a plurality of policy template sub-module identifications associated with the policy types; and combining the corresponding policy template sub-modules of the policy template sub-modules identification to obtain the policy template according to the combination mode of the policy type direction.
S520, acquiring field information included in the policy template obtained by combination; and respectively extracting policy data corresponding to each field information from the policy data specified by the policy to be printed.
And S522, adding the policy data corresponding to the extracted field information into the data area corresponding to the field information in the policy template respectively.
S524, determining the client label corresponding to each policy template added with policy data; clustering the policy keeping templates added with the policy keeping data according to the client labels; adding covers to the clustered policy templates, and adding page numbers according to the time sequence of the policy templates; and sending the policy template added with the cover and the page number to the printing equipment.
In this embodiment, when the policy printing is required, the policy type of the policy to be printed is automatically acquired, a plurality of policy template sub-module identifiers associated with the policy type are searched, and the policy template sub-modules corresponding to the searched policy template sub-module identifiers are combined according to the combination mode pointed by the policy type, so that the policy template can be obtained, and then the policy data specified by the policy to be printed is added to the policy template obtained by combination, so that the policy data can be used for printing, thereby obtaining the policy templates adapted to various policy types through the combination of the policy template sub-modules, and greatly improving the utilization rate of the policy template.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, there is provided a policy printing apparatus 600, the policy printing apparatus 600 including: an acquisition module 601, a lookup module 602, a combining module 603, an adding module 604, and a sending module 605.
