Description

Mechanical temperature control circuit and vertical refrigerator and showcase
Technical Field
The invention relates to household appliances such as a vertical refrigerator and a showcase, in particular to a mechanical temperature control circuit, a vertical refrigerator with the mechanical temperature control circuit and a showcase with the mechanical temperature control circuit.
Background
In household appliances such as vertical refrigerators and showcases in the prior art, a considerable part of temperature control circuits still adopt mechanical temperature control circuits. Take a vertical refrigerator as an example:
the door lamp and the temperature controller of the refrigerator are arranged at the top of the refrigerator body, and the compressor and the power plug are arranged at the bottom of the refrigerator body.
The mechanical temperature control circuit of the vertical refrigerator in the prior art is shown in fig. 1:
The control of the whole circuit requires three main cables, namely a power supply line L1 for supplying power to components such as an illuminating lamp 101, a temperature controller 102 and the like, a connecting line L2 for connecting the temperature controller 102 with a compressor 103 and a zero line L3 for the illuminating lamp.
Wherein, the three main cables L1, L2 and L3 extend from the top of the box body to the bottom of the box body, and have longer lengths.
In addition, in the mechanical temperature control circuit, a door lamp switch 104 for controlling the illumination lamp 101 is also provided, and in fig. 1, a compensation switch 105, a refrigerating chamber heating wire 106, a power plug 107, and the like are also shown.
The mechanical temperature control circuit with the structure has the following problems when being applied to a vertical refrigerator:
1. The lengths of the three main cables L1, L2 and L3 from the top of the box to the bottom of the box are longer, and the production cost is high;
2. the branch circuit where the illuminating lamp 101 and the door lamp switch 104 are positioned is controlled in parallel with the branch circuit where the temperature controller 102, the compressor 103 and other parts are positioned, when the door is forgotten to be closed, the illuminating lamp is turned on, and the starting and stopping states of the compressor 103 are not controlled;
however, continued operation of the compressor 103 may result in waste of electrical power.
It follows that there is a need for further improvements in the mechanical temperature control circuits of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a mechanical temperature control circuit so as to control the on-off state of a compressor while controlling the on-off state of an illuminating lamp.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a mechanical temperature control circuit comprises a power plug, an illuminating lamp, a temperature controller and a compressor; the mechanical temperature control circuit also comprises a linkage switch;
wherein, the lighting lamp is positioned on the first branch, and the temperature controller is positioned on the second branch;
the linkage switch selects one branch or two branches to be connected into the mechanical temperature control circuit, and the power plug, the linkage switch, the one branch or the two branches and the compressor form a series circuit.
In the technical scheme, the illuminating lamp and the temperature controller are respectively positioned on different branches, and the branches on which the illuminating lamp and the temperature controller are positioned are alternatively connected into the mechanical temperature control circuit through the linked switch and form a series connection relation with other components in the temperature control circuit.
When the branch circuit where the illuminating lamp is located is connected into the series circuit, the illuminating lamp is connected with the compressor in series, and the compressor can not reach the starting voltage, so that the compressor stops working when the door is forgotten to be closed (namely the illuminating lamp is turned on).
Preferably, the ganged switch is a single pole double throw switch.
Preferably, the mechanical temperature control circuit further comprises a compensation branch connected into the series circuit;
And a compensation switch and a refrigerating chamber heating wire are arranged on the compensation branch.
In addition, the invention also provides a vertical refrigerator, which adopts the following technical scheme:
A vertical refrigerator comprises a mechanical temperature control circuit as described above. Wherein:
The illuminating lamp and the temperature controller are arranged at the top of the vertical refrigerator, and the compressor and the power plug are arranged at the bottom of the vertical refrigerator.
Compared with the mechanical temperature control circuit of the vertical refrigerator in the prior art, the technical scheme omits the main cable L3, thereby saving the raw materials and the production cost for manufacturing the vertical refrigerator.
In addition, the invention also provides a display cabinet, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a display case comprising a mechanical temperature control circuit as described above. Wherein:
the illuminating lamp and the temperature controller are arranged at the top of the display cabinet, and the compressor and the power plug are positioned at the bottom of the display cabinet.
Above-mentioned technical scheme compares in prior art show cupboard's mechanical type temperature control circuit, owing to saved main cable L3, and then practiced thrift the raw and other materials and the manufacturing cost of manufacturing the show cupboard.
The invention has the following advantages:
1) The control circuit is simplified (a long fiber cable is omitted), and the raw materials and the production cost are saved.
2) After the circuit is changed, the logic control and the service performance of each component are not affected.
3) The logic control of stopping the compressor while the lighting lamp is operated when the door is opened can be realized.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a mechanical temperature control circuit in the prior art;
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a mechanical temperature control circuit according to the present invention;
The device comprises a 101-illuminating lamp, a 102-temperature controller, a 103-compressor, a 104-door lamp switch, a 105-compensation switch, a 106-refrigerating chamber heating wire, a 107-power plug, a 201-power plug and a 202-illuminating lamp, wherein the temperature controller is connected with the power plug;
203-temperature controller, 204-compressor, 205-linkage switch, 206-compensation switch, 207-refrigerating chamber heating wire.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and detailed description:
Example 1
This embodiment 1 describes a mechanical temperature control circuit.
Referring to fig. 2, a mechanical temperature control circuit includes a power plug 201, an illumination lamp 202, a temperature controller 203, a compressor 204, a linkage switch 205, and the like. Wherein:
The illumination lamp 202 is located on a branch, which is defined as branch number one Q1. The temperature controller 203 is located on the other branch, defining the branch as a branch No. Q2. The branch Q1 and the branch Q2 are different branches.
The ganged switch 205 selects one of the branches to be connected to the mechanical temperature control circuit.
For example, the ganged switch 205 selects the first branch Q1 to be connected to the mechanical temperature control circuit, and at this time, the power plug 201, the ganged switch 205, the first branch Q1, and the compressor 204 form a series circuit.
When the first branch Q1 is connected to the circuit, since the lamp 202 and the compressor 204 are connected in series, the lamp 202 and the compressor 204 need to share the voltage.
And the voltage across the compressor 204 is less than the starting voltage of the compressor 204 when it is operating normally, thus stopping operation.
If the compressor 204 is already in the off state before the door is opened, the off state that the compressor 204 originally maintains will not change when the door is opened (the illumination lamp 202 is opened).
When the ganged switch 205 selects the branch Q2 to be connected to the mechanical temperature control circuit, the power plug 201, the ganged switch 205, the branch Q2 and the compressor 204 form a series circuit.
Since the thermostat 203 is connected in series with the compressor 204, the state control of the compressor 204 is restored.
Alternatively, the compressor 204 can be prevented from operating when the desired temperature is not reached in the housing, i.e. the thermostat 203 is in a closed state. When the first branch Q1 is turned on, the illumination lamp is short-circuited by the temperature controller 203, and thus cannot be operated.
Preferably, the ganged switch 205 in this embodiment 1 employs a single pole double throw switch.
In addition, the mechanical temperature control circuit further comprises a compensating branch Q3 connected in a series circuit, and a compensating switch 206 and a refrigerating chamber heating wire 207 (same as the prior art) are arranged on the compensating branch Q3.
The embodiment 1 can well ensure that when the door is forgotten to be closed, namely, the illumination lamp 202 is turned on, the compressor 204 is controlled to stop working, and the waste of electric energy caused by continuous working of the compressor 204 is avoided.
In addition, the improvement of the temperature control circuit does not influence the normal operation of each component and the normal logic control of each component.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 describes a vertical refrigerator including a mechanical temperature control circuit. The mechanical temperature control circuit in embodiment 1 may be used as the mechanical temperature control circuit.
The illuminating lamp and the temperature controller are arranged at the top of the vertical refrigerator, and the compressor and the power plug are arranged at the bottom of the vertical refrigerator.
Compared with the mechanical temperature control circuit of the vertical refrigerator in the prior art, the technical scheme omits the main cable L3, so that raw materials and production cost for manufacturing the vertical refrigerator are saved.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 describes a display case that includes a mechanical temperature control circuit. The mechanical temperature control circuit in embodiment 1 may be used as the mechanical temperature control circuit.
The illuminating lamp and the temperature controller are arranged at the top of the display cabinet, and the compressor and the power plug are positioned at the bottom of the display cabinet.
Compared with the mechanical temperature control circuit of the showcase in the prior art, the technical scheme omits the main cable L3, so that the raw materials and the production cost for manufacturing the showcase are saved.
The foregoing description is, of course, merely illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
