Preferably, in order to obtain a better heat insulation effect, the cavity 140 of the insulating plate 100 is provided with an aerogel felt 211, and the aerogel felt 211 is a high heat insulation material with a lower heat conductivity coefficient, and can be inserted into the cavity 140 with the opening through being arranged in a thin felt form, and of course, the aerogel felt 211 can be fixed in the cavity 140 in various forms such as gluing, bundling or clamping, and the corresponding technical scheme can be obtained by a person skilled in the art through the embodiment of the present invention and the accompanying drawings, which are not described herein. For the purpose of simplifying assembly, aerogel blanket 211 is integrally molded with insulation plate 100 to save the step of installing insulation within cavity 140.

The wall hanging installation structure comprises an inner wall hanging plate 200, a connecting piece 300 and the insulating plate 100, wherein the inner wall hanging plate 200 is fixed outside the inner container of the water heater; the insulating plate 100 is connected with the inner wall hanging plate 200; the connector 300 is fixed to the inner wall-hanging plate 200 through the insulating plate 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the first embodiment, the wall-hanging installation structure includes an inner wall-hanging plate 200, a connecting piece 300 and an insulating plate 100, wherein the inner wall-hanging plate 200 is fixed outside the inner container of the water heater, and various fixing connection modes, such as welding, riveting or screwing, are adopted, and mainly adopting a welding mode in view of cost reduction. Through fixed connection, the weight of the liner can be borne by the inner wall-hanging plate 200, the insulating plate 100 is connected with the inner wall-hanging plate 200, the connection can be fixed connection, detachable connection and the like, wherein the insulating plate 100 passes through and is fixed on the inner wall-hanging plate 200 through the connecting piece 300, the insulating plate 100 can be more firmly installed on the inner wall-hanging plate 200, and the liner is installed on a wall through the connecting piece 300 and the inner wall-hanging plate 200 in a fixed connection manner and through the connecting piece 300 bearing back wall-hanging installation. The insulating plate 100 has higher resistivity, and because the insulating plate 100 has all the effects in the embodiment, the insulating plate 100 has better heat insulation performance, can prevent heat of the inner container from being dissipated outwards, improves the heat insulation performance of the inner container of the water heater, and enables the water heater to be more energy-saving.
In order to make the foamed insulation material easier to enter the cavity 140 of the insulation board 100, the insulation material is convenient to fill, and the insulation effect is ideal. As shown in fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the base 110 of the insulating plate 100 has a mounting surface 111 that is attached to the inner wall hanging plate 200 to perform a good insulating effect on the inner wall hanging plate 200.
