本发明涉及一种双螺旋LED灯泡,包括LED灯头、透光灯壳,透光灯壳与LED灯头密封连接,所述LED灯头内设有两个芯柱,每个所述芯柱上连接一根螺旋型的LED灯带,两根LED灯带组成双螺旋结构,两根所述LELD灯带分别通过电引线与设于灯头内的驱动器连接。本发明的有益效果是:将两根LED灯带螺旋组成双螺旋结构,使LED灯泡表面发光均匀,并且结构新颖。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED技术领域,尤其涉及一种双螺旋LED灯泡。
背景技术
led节能灯泡现状LED照明灯主要还是以大功率白光LED单灯为主。led照明灯具是led灯具的统称,随着LED技术的进一步成熟,LED将会在居室照明灯具设计开发领域取得更多更好的发展。21世纪的居室灯具设计将会是以led照明灯泡设计为主流,同时充分体现节能化、健康化、艺术化和人性化的照明发展趋势,成为居室灯光文化的主导。
现有的LED灯泡存在灯泡表面发光不均匀,灯泡结构单一,LED灯珠工作时产生的热量难以导出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种双螺旋LED灯泡,将两根LED灯带螺旋组成双螺旋结构,使LED灯泡表面发光均匀。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种双螺旋LED灯泡,包括LED灯头、透光灯壳,透光灯壳与LED灯头密封连接,所述LED灯头内设有两个芯柱,每个所述芯柱上连接一根螺旋型的LED灯带,两根LED灯带组成双螺旋结构,两根所述LELD灯带分别通过电引线与设于LED灯头内的驱动器连接。
进一步的,所述透光灯壳的顶部设有向下圆柱形的凹陷部,凹陷部中间形成与外界进行空气交流的空腔,两根LED灯带螺旋缠绕在透光灯壳的凹陷部的外侧面上。
进一步的,所述LED灯带的背面通过导热胶粘结固定在透光灯壳的凹陷部外侧面上。
进一步的,所述LED灯带的螺旋个数至少有两个。
进一步的,所述透光灯壳的外部为圆柱形。
进一步的,所述透光灯壳采用玻璃吹制而成或采用亚克力制成。
进一步的,所述LED灯条上的LED灯珠为直插式灯珠。
本发明将两根LED灯带螺旋组成双螺旋结构,使LED灯泡表面发光均匀,并且结构新颖;在透光灯壳的顶部设置向下的凹陷部,将LED灯带背面利用导热胶粘结固定在凹陷部的外侧面上,LED灯条在工作时产生的热量能够传导到透光灯壳上,在凹陷部的内侧面与空气接触进行自然散热。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
如图1至3所示,一种双螺旋LED灯泡,包括LED灯头、透光灯壳,透光灯壳与LED灯头密封连接,LED灯头内设有两个芯柱,每个芯柱上连接一根螺旋型的LED灯带,两根LED灯带组成双螺旋结构,两根LELD灯带分别通过电引线与设于LED灯头内的驱动器连接。
将两根LED灯带螺旋组成双螺旋结构,使LED灯泡表面发光均匀,并且结构新颖.
透光灯壳的顶部设有向下圆柱形的凹陷部,凹陷部中间形成与外界进行空气交流的空腔,两根LED灯带螺旋缠绕在透光灯壳的凹陷部的外侧面上。LED灯带的背面通过导热胶粘结固定在透光灯壳的凹陷部外侧面上。
在透光灯壳的顶部设置向下的凹陷部,将LED灯带背面利用导热胶粘结固定在凹陷部的外侧面上,LED灯条在工作时产生的热量能够传导到透光灯壳上,在凹陷部的内侧面与空气接触进行自然散热。
LED灯带的螺旋个数为5.5个。
透光灯壳的外部为圆柱形。
透光灯壳采用玻璃吹制而成或采用亚克力制成。
LED灯条上的LED灯珠为直插式灯珠,使LED灯带的柔性好,便于螺旋缠绕。

1.一种双螺旋LED灯泡,包括LED灯头、透光灯壳,透光灯壳与LED灯头密封连接,其特征在于:所述LED灯头内设有两个芯柱,每个所述芯柱上连接一根螺旋型的LED灯带,两根LED灯带组成双螺旋结构,两根所述LELD灯带分别通过电引线与设于LED灯头内的驱动器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双螺旋LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述透光灯壳的顶部设有向下圆柱形的凹陷部,凹陷部中间形成与外界进行空气交流的空腔,两根LED灯带螺旋缠绕在透光灯壳的凹陷部的外侧面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双螺旋LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED灯带的背面通过导热胶粘结固定在透光灯壳的凹陷部外侧面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双螺旋LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED灯带的螺旋个数至少有两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双螺旋LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述透光灯壳的外部为圆柱形。
