A circle of sealing packing 233 is arranged in a piston assembly mounting cavity at the joint of one end of the valve rod 231 and the ball-joint valve spool 234, an annular pressing ring 232 is arranged above the circle of sealing packing 233, and one end of the spring 235 presses the sealing packing 233 through the annular pressing ring 232 so as to be indirectly connected to the inner wall of the piston assembly mounting cavity. The packing 233 is elastically pressed by the spring 235 through the annular pressing ring 232, so that the valve rod can rotate and can be sealed at the same time. The elastic sealing effect is very good because of not being a dead seal. Under normal conditions, the spring 235 has a certain pressure, and can elastically press the sealing packing 233 to maintain the sealing. When the piston 230 is pressed down, the spring 235 is compressed and the pressure is increased, so that the sealing performance is better.
