本发明公开了一种拧断后处理方便的机螺钉,包括螺钉头、过渡部、螺杆部、螺纹孔、螺柱、下拧动槽,所述螺钉头顶部设有上拧动槽,螺钉头底部固定有一个过渡部,过渡部底部固定有一个螺杆部,螺杆部上设有主外螺纹,所述螺杆部的轴线上开设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔的下开口处开设有一个下拧动槽,所述螺纹孔内壁上设有内螺纹,螺纹孔内拧有若干螺柱,螺柱上设有与内螺纹相配合的辅助外螺纹,螺柱的上下两端均开设有辅助拧动槽。本发明通过将螺纹孔、螺柱、下拧动槽相互配合,使得机螺钉被拧断后可通过拧出螺柱,最后拧动下拧动槽的方式将断裂的机螺钉拧出,取出较为方便。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及紧固件的技术领域,特别是机螺钉的技术领域。
【背景技术】
紧固件是一种需求量巨大的配件,其广泛的应用于各种领域,其中机螺钉是一种常用的紧固件。现有的机螺钉在拧入或柠出过程中可能会由于某些原因而拧断,要将断裂后的机螺钉取出比较麻烦。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种拧断后处理方便的机螺钉,能够使机螺钉在拧断后容易处理,取出方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种拧断后处理方便的机螺钉,包括螺钉头、过渡部、螺杆部、螺纹孔、螺柱、下拧动槽,所述螺钉头顶部设有上拧动槽,螺钉头底部固定有一个过渡部,过渡部底部固定有一个螺杆部,螺杆部上设有主外螺纹,所述螺杆部的轴线上开设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔的下开口处开设有一个下拧动槽,所述螺纹孔内壁上设有内螺纹,螺纹孔内拧有若干螺柱,螺柱上设有与内螺纹相配合的辅助外螺纹,螺柱的上下两端均开设有辅助拧动槽。
作为优选,所述螺纹孔贯穿过渡部,螺纹孔的顶部位于螺钉头的底部。
作为优选,所述螺纹孔内的螺柱数量为3-10个,螺柱从螺纹孔的顶部自上向下依次紧密排列,位于最下方的螺柱底部与螺杆部底部之间的距离小于螺柱的高度。
作为优选,所述过渡部外表面上设有一层弹性层。
作为优选,所述上拧动槽、下拧动槽和辅助拧动槽呈一字形或十字形。
作为优选,所述螺钉头顶部设有一个注油孔,注油孔上塞有一个密封塞,注油孔与螺纹孔相连通。
作为优选,所述注油孔位于螺纹孔的轴线上,注油孔外径大于螺纹孔的外径,螺杆部上设有若干出油孔,出油孔连通螺纹孔和螺杆部外部。
作为优选,所述出油孔为一个从螺纹孔向外向下倾斜的通孔。
作为优选,所述主外螺纹和辅助外螺纹的螺旋方向相反。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将螺纹孔、螺柱、下拧动槽相互配合,使得机螺钉被拧断后可通过拧出螺柱,最后拧动下拧动槽的方式将断裂的机螺钉拧出,取出较为方便;螺柱的设置可有效的降低螺纹孔对机螺钉强度的影响;注油孔和出油孔的设置使得机螺钉拧入后的润滑变得较为方便。

参阅图1,本发明一种拧断后处理方便的机螺钉,包括螺钉头1、过渡部2、螺杆部3、螺纹孔4、螺柱5、下拧动槽41,所述螺钉头1顶部设有上拧动槽11,螺钉头1底部固定有一个过渡部2,过渡部2底部固定有一个螺杆部3,螺杆部3上设有主外螺纹30,所述螺杆部3的轴线上开设有螺纹孔4,螺纹孔4的下开口处开设有一个下拧动槽41,所述螺纹孔4内壁上设有内螺纹40,螺纹孔4内拧有若干螺柱5,螺柱5上设有与内螺纹40相配合的辅助外螺纹50,螺柱5的上下两端均开设有辅助拧动槽51,所述螺纹孔4贯穿过渡部2,螺纹孔4的顶部位于螺钉头1的底部,所述螺纹孔4内的螺柱5数量为3-10个,螺柱5从螺纹孔4的顶部自上向下依次紧密排列,位于最下方的螺柱5底部与螺杆部3底部之间的距离小于螺柱5的高度,所述过渡部2外表面上设有一层弹性层20,所述上拧动槽11、下拧动槽41和辅助拧动槽51呈一字形或十字形,所述螺钉头1顶部设有一个注油孔15,注油孔15上塞有一个密封塞16,注油孔15与螺纹孔4相连通,所述注油孔15位于螺纹孔4的轴线上,注油孔15外径大于螺纹孔4的外径,螺杆部3上设有若干出油孔31,出油孔31连通螺纹孔4和螺杆部3外部,所述出油孔31为一个从螺纹孔4向外向下倾斜的通孔,所述主外螺纹30和辅助外螺纹50的螺旋方向相反。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种拧断后处理方便的机螺钉在工作过程中,螺纹孔4、螺柱5、下拧动槽41相互配合,使得机螺钉被拧断后可通过拧出螺柱5,最后拧动下拧动槽41的方式将断裂的机螺钉拧出,取出较为方便;螺柱5的设置可有效的降低螺纹孔4对机螺钉强度的影响;注油孔15和出油孔31的设置使得机螺钉拧入后的润滑变得较为方便。

1.一种拧断后处理方便的机螺钉,其特征在于:包括螺钉头(1)、过渡部(2)、螺杆部(3)、螺纹孔(4)、螺柱(5)、下拧动槽(41),所述螺钉头(1)顶部设有上拧动槽(11),螺钉头(1)底部固定有一个过渡部(2),过渡部(2)底部固定有一个螺杆部(3),螺杆部(3)上设有主外螺纹(30),所述螺杆部(3)的轴线上开设有螺纹孔(4),螺纹孔(4)的下开口处开设有一个下拧动槽(41),所述螺纹孔(4)内壁上设有内螺纹(40),螺纹孔(4)内拧有若干螺柱(5),螺柱(5)上设有与内螺纹(40)相配合的辅助外螺纹(50),螺柱(5)的上下两端均开设有辅助拧动槽(51),所述螺钉头(1)顶部设有一个注油孔(15),注油孔(15)上塞有一个密封塞(16),注油孔(15)与螺纹孔(4)相连通,所述注油孔(15)位于螺纹孔(4)的轴线上,注油孔(15)外径大于螺纹孔(4)的外径,螺杆部(3)上设有若干出油孔(31),出油孔(31)连通螺纹孔(4)和螺杆部(3)外部,所述出油孔(31)为一个从螺纹孔(4)向外向下倾斜的通孔,所述螺纹孔(4)贯穿过渡部(2),螺纹孔(4)的顶部位于螺钉头(1)的底部。
