The preparation method of the skin-friendly coating comprises the following steps:
1) weighing a mixture of lavender powder, angelica dahurica powder and wormwood powder according to the weight parts, putting the mixture into an extraction tank, adding water, decocting for 4 hours at 90 ℃, filtering, transferring filtrate into a precipitation tank, standing, extracting supernatant, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain a mixture A;
2) weighing liquid silica gel, polyaspartic acid, olive oil, pearl powder, bamboo charcoal powder, a cross-linking agent and deionized water according to the weight parts, adding into a reaction kettle, heating, mechanically stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture B;
3) weighing the flame retardant, the auxiliary agent and the binder according to the parts by weight, mixing with the mixture B, and stirring for 3 hours at 65 ℃ to obtain a mixture C;
4) and mixing the mixture C and the mixture A, stirring for 2 hours at 45 ℃, and cooling to obtain the skin-friendly paint.
And finally, spraying the skin-friendly coating on the surface of the woven silk, and drying to obtain the skin-friendly layer.
Example 4
The skin-friendly paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the binder comprises one or more of carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum, agar, gelatin, sodium alginate, locust bean gum and konjac gum. The auxiliary agent comprises an antioxidant and an antibacterial agent. The antibacterial agent is one or a mixture of two of chitin and castor oil. The additive is a mixture of lavender powder, radix angelicae powder and wormwood powder.

4) and mixing the mixture C and the mixture A, stirring for 2 hours at 45 ℃, and cooling to obtain the skin-friendly paint.
And finally, spraying the skin-friendly coating on the surface of the woven silk, and drying to obtain the skin-friendly layer.
Example 5
The skin-friendly paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

Claims (9)
1. A phototherapy blanket having skin-friendly properties, comprising: the phototherapy blanket comprises a phototherapy blanket body, optical fiber woven cloth which is arranged on the phototherapy blanket body and is formed by weaving woven wires and optical fiber wires, and a light source box which is connected with one ends of the optical fiber wires through light transmission optical fibers; the surface of the weaving silk is coated with a skin-friendly layer, and the skin-friendly layer is formed by spraying skin-friendly paint on the surface of the weaving silk and then drying;
the skin-friendly paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-60 parts of liquid silica gel;
10-30 parts of polyaspartic acid;
2-20 parts of olive oil;
1-10 parts of pearl powder;
1-10 parts of bamboo charcoal powder;
5-20 parts of a binder;
3-15 parts of a cross-linking agent;
2-10 parts of a flame retardant;
5-30 parts of additive;
10-40 parts of an auxiliary agent;
20-50 parts of deionized water;
the additive is a mixture of lavender powder, radix angelicae powder and wormwood powder.
2. The phototherapy blanket with skin-friendly performance of claim 1, wherein the skin-friendly coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40 parts of liquid silica gel;
15 parts by weight of polyaspartic acid;
5 parts of olive oil;
3 parts of pearl powder;
3 parts of bamboo charcoal powder;
8 parts of a binder;
5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent;
4 parts of a flame retardant;
10 parts of additive;
20 parts of an auxiliary agent;
and 30 parts of deionized water.
3. The phototherapy blanket with skin-friendly performance of claim 1, wherein the skin-friendly coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
45 parts of liquid silica gel;
10 parts by weight of polyaspartic acid;
8 parts of olive oil;
5 parts of pearl powder;
5 parts of bamboo charcoal powder;
10 parts of a binder;
7 parts of a crosslinking agent;
5 parts of a flame retardant;
15 parts of additive;
20 parts of an auxiliary agent;
and 35 parts by weight of deionized water.
4. The phototherapy blanket with skin-friendly performance of claim 1, wherein the skin-friendly coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
55 parts of liquid silica gel;
18 parts by weight of polyaspartic acid;
10 parts by weight of olive oil;
8 parts of pearl powder;
7 parts of bamboo charcoal powder;
12 parts of a binder;
10 parts of a crosslinking agent;
7 parts of a flame retardant;
18 parts of additive;
25 parts of an auxiliary agent;
and 35 parts by weight of deionized water.
5. The phototherapy blanket with skin-friendly performance of claim 1, wherein the skin-friendly coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50 parts of liquid silica gel;
22 parts by weight of polyaspartic acid;
12 parts by weight of olive oil;
10 parts of pearl powder;
10 parts of bamboo charcoal powder;
15 parts of a binder;
15 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent;
8 parts of a flame retardant;
20 parts of additive;
28 parts of an auxiliary agent;
and 37 parts by weight of deionized water.
6. The phototherapy blanket with skin-friendly properties of claim 1, wherein the binding agent includes one or more of carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum, agar, gelatin, sodium alginate, locust bean gum and konjac gum.
7. The phototherapy blanket having skin-friendly properties according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agents include antioxidants and antibacterial agents.
8. The phototherapy blanket with skin-friendly properties of claim 7, wherein the antimicrobial agent is one or a mixture of two of chitin and castor oil.
9. The phototherapy blanket with skin-friendly properties according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the skin-friendly coating comprises the following steps:
1) putting 5-30 parts by weight of mixture of lavender powder, angelica dahurica powder and wormwood powder into an extraction tank, adding water, decocting at 80-100 ℃ for 1-5 hours, filtering, transferring the filtrate into a precipitation tank, standing, extracting supernatant, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain a mixture A;
2) weighing 30-60 parts by weight of liquid silica gel, 10-30 parts by weight of polyaspartic acid, 2-20 parts by weight of olive oil, 1-10 parts by weight of pearl powder, 1-10 parts by weight of bamboo charcoal powder, 3-15 parts by weight of cross-linking agent and 20-50 parts by weight of deionized water according to parts by weight, adding into a reaction kettle, heating and mechanically stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture B;
3) weighing 2-10 parts of flame retardant, 10-40 parts of auxiliary agent and 5-20 parts of binder according to parts by weight, mixing with the mixture B, and stirring for 2-5 hours at 50-100 ℃ to obtain a mixture C;
4) mixing the mixture C and the mixture A, stirring for 1-2 hours at 40-80 ℃, and cooling to obtain the skin-friendly coating.
