Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a garment steamer 10, comprising:
a water tank assembly 100;
a water level adjustment device 200 positioned below the water tank assembly 100, the water level adjustment device 200 having an inner chamber, the water level adjustment device 200 having a water line 230 for maintaining a water level at a predetermined position of the inner chamber, the water line 230 dividing the inner chamber into an upper chamber 210 and a lower chamber 220, the upper chamber 210 being in communication with the water tank assembly 100;
the heat pan assembly 300 is provided with an opening 310, the opening 310 is communicated with the upper chamber 210, the position of the opening 310 is higher than the water level line 230, and the lower end of the heat pan assembly 300 is communicated with the lower chamber 220 to flow the water in the inner cavity into the heat pan assembly 300.
Specifically, the water tank assembly 100 is an external water tank, that is, the water tank assembly 100 can be separated from the main body of the garment steamer 10, and compared with the existing internal water tank, the water tank assembly 100 in the scheme can be conveniently detached from the water level adjusting device 200, so that the water tank assembly 100 is greatly convenient for a user to clean. Meanwhile, when the garment steamer 10 needs to be carried, the water tank assembly 100 can be detached, so that the weight of the garment steamer 10 is reduced, and the garment steamer is convenient for a user to carry.
Referring to fig. 1, the water level adjusting device 200 is located below the water tank assembly 100, and the water in the water tank assembly 100 flows forward into the water level adjusting device 200, because the lower end of the heat pan assembly 300 is communicated with the lower chamber 220, and the water in the water level adjusting device 200 flows forward into the heat pan assembly 300. The water level adjusting device 200 has a certain air pressure, and when the water in the water tank assembly 100 is continuously cut off to the water level adjusting device 200 for a period of time, the water in the water level adjusting device 200 is not increased any more, i.e. the water in the water level adjusting device 200 reaches a certain water level. Because the upper chamber 210 of the water level adjustment device 200 communicates with the opening 310 of the heat pan assembly 300 such that the air pressure therein is the same, the water level in the heat pan assembly 300 is the same as the water level in the water level adjustment device 200, and the water level adjustment device 200 controls the water level to the position shown in fig. 1, where it is the position of the water line 230. The water level in the inner chamber does not exceed the position of the water line 230, but when the water in the inner chamber drops after a portion of the water in the hot pot assembly 300 evaporates, the water in the tank assembly 100 flows down into the inner chamber, and the water level adjusting device 200 continues to control the water level in the inner chamber at the water line 230 so that the water level does not exceed the water line 230.
The water line 230 divides the inner cavity into an upper chamber 210 and a lower chamber 220, and the opening 310 formed in the heat pan assembly 300 is not particularly limited as long as the opening 310 is located higher than the water line 230. The shape of the opening 310 may be circular, elongated, oval, rectangular, triangular, or irregular, so long as it is capable of allowing the heat pot assembly 300 to communicate with the upper chamber 210. For ease of production and ease of cooperation with the upper chamber 210, the opening 310 is preferably circular or oval. The position on the upper chamber 210 corresponding to the position where the opening 310 communicates is not critical, and the opening 310 may be connected to the upper end, the middle part or the lower end of the upper chamber 210, so long as the upper chamber 210 and the heat pot assembly 300 can communicate with each other, so that the air pressures in the two chambers are equal.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the upper cavity 210 of the water level regulating device 200 is communicated with the opening 310 of the hot pot assembly 300, which is higher than the water level line 230, so that the air pressure in the water level regulating device 200 is the same as the air pressure in the hot pot assembly 300, and meanwhile, the lower cavity of the water level regulating device 200 is communicated with the lower end of the hot pot assembly 300, so that water in the water level regulating device 200 smoothly flows into the hot pot assembly 300, and the air pressure in the hot pot assembly 300 is stable and the air interruption of the garment steamer 10 is avoided because the air pressure in the water level regulating device 200 is the same as the air pressure in the hot pot assembly 300, so that the water in the hot pot assembly 300 is prevented from flowing backwards into the water tank 110.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the water level adjustment device 200 may be integrally formed or assembled from multiple components. When the water level adjusting apparatus 200 is integrated, it is inconvenient to manufacture because of its large volume, and the yield of the finished product is low if it is manufactured. If the water level adjusting apparatus 200 is assembled by three or more parts, the assembly time is increased and the production efficiency is reduced. Thus, in a preferred embodiment, the water level adjustment device 200 is formed of two parts, including an adjustment body 240 and a shaped cover 250 covering the adjustment body 240, wherein the inner cavity is formed between the adjustment body 240 and the shaped cover 250. The water level adjusting device 200 is divided into two parts, so that the water level adjusting device is convenient to manufacture and assemble.
Referring to fig. 3, the water tank assembly 100 includes a water tank 110 and a water tank cover 120 mounted on the water tank 110, and a first sealing ring 500 is preferably disposed between the profiled cover 250 and the water tank cover 120 in order to form a closed space between the water tank assembly 100 and the water level adjusting device 200. An annular recess may be provided on the outer wall of the lower end of the water tank cover 120, and the first sealing ring 500 is installed at the annular recess, so that a closed space is formed between the special-shaped cover 250 and the water tank cover 120, and thus the air in the water level adjusting device 200 may not leak out, and the external air may not enter the water level adjusting device 100. In order to have a better sealing effect, two first sealing rings 500 may be disposed in sequence, so as to achieve a dual sealing effect.
When the opening 310 of the heat pot assembly 300 is in communication with the upper chamber 210, since the water in the heat pot assembly 300 is boiled in a heating state, if the opening of the heat pot assembly 300 is only disposed above the water line 230 and is not far away from the water line 230, liquid water may enter the upper chamber 210 from the opening 310, resulting in an imbalance of air pressure at both ends. Thus, in a preferred embodiment, the end of the shaped cover 250 adjacent to the heat pan assembly 300 is protruded and extended upward to form a supporting portion 251, and the supporting portion 251 is in communication with the opening 310 of the heat pan assembly 300. The supporting portion 251 is protruded upward, and has a certain distance from the water line 230, and the opening 310 is opened at a position corresponding to the supporting portion 251, so that the opening 310 has a certain distance from the water in the heat pan assembly 300, and water in the heat pan assembly 300 is prevented from splashing into the upper chamber 210 from the opening 310 due to boiling in a heating state. The opening 310 may correspond to an upper, middle or lower portion of the support 251, and is not critical.
In the above-described embodiment in which the support 251 is provided, since the water tank assembly 100 is directly placed above the water level adjustment device 200, if the support 251 is not provided, the water tank assembly 100 may move in the left-right direction with respect to the water level adjustment device 200, thereby causing water in the water tank assembly 100 to overflow to the outer surface of the garment steamer 10, wetting the floor of the user. By providing the supporting part 251, the water tank assembly 100 and the water level adjusting device 200 are prevented from being dislocated, the supporting part 251 has a certain limit function on the water tank assembly 100 in the right horizontal direction, and simultaneously, the water tank assembly 100 is fixed. In addition, in order to prevent the user from filling the water tank assembly 100 with water a plurality of times, the time required for the user to use the water tank assembly 100 is long, and in general, the water tank assembly 100 is directly filled to the maximum extent, so that the weight of the water tank assembly 100 is heavy, and the water tank assembly is directly placed above the water level adjustment device 200, thereby causing excessive pressure to the water level adjustment device 200. By arranging the supporting part 251, the contact area between the water tank assembly 100 and the water level adjusting device 200 is increased, meanwhile, the volume of water contained in the water tank assembly 100 is correspondingly reduced, and the supporting part 251 also has a certain supporting effect on the water tank assembly 100, so that the water tank assembly 100 is more stably placed above the water level adjusting device 200. The shape of the supporting portion 251 is not critical, and the cross section thereof may be trapezoidal as shown in fig. 1, or may be square, rectangular, triangular or irregular, and may be in a convex shape.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the support part 251 has a first side wall 252 far from the heat pan assembly 300 and a second side wall 253 near the heat pan assembly, the first side wall 252 being disposed obliquely in a direction near the heat pan assembly 300, the second side wall 253 communicating with the opening 310 of the heat pan assembly 300. Because the supporting portion 251 has a certain supporting effect on the water tank assembly 100, the first side wall 252 may be disposed vertically, but in order to achieve a better supporting effect, the first side wall 252 extends obliquely from bottom to top along a direction close to the heat boiler assembly 300, that is, as shown in fig. 1, the contact area between the first side wall 252 disposed obliquely and the water tank assembly 100 is larger relative to the vertical direction, so that the strength of the special-shaped cover 250 is higher, and the special-shaped cover 250 is preferably formed integrally, so that the first side wall 252 disposed obliquely is easier to form with respect to the side wall disposed vertically.
The second side wall 253 is in communication with the opening 310 of the heat pan assembly 300, and a conduit may be disposed between the second side wall 253 and the opening 310 to further communicate the upper chamber 210 with the heat pan assembly 300; a pipe may also protrude from the second side wall 253, and the pipe may be in communication with the opening 310, so as to communicate the upper chamber 210 and the heat pot assembly 300. In a preferred embodiment, the upper end of the second side wall 253 protrudes toward the heat pan assembly 300 with a first cylinder 254, and the opening 310 of the heat pan assembly 300 protrudes toward the second side wall 252 with a second cylinder 320, and the second cylinder 320 is sleeved in the first cylinder 254 to communicate the upper chamber 210 with the heat pan assembly 300. The first cylinder 251 may be detachably connected to the second side wall 253, and for convenience of production, it is preferable that the first cylinder 251 is integrally formed with the second side wall 253, that is, the shaped cover 250 is integrally formed. Similarly, the second cylinder 320 may be detachably connected to the opening 310, and preferably, the second cylinder 320 is integrally formed with the housing of the heat pan assembly 300. In order to provide a better sealing connection between the first cylinder 251 and the second cylinder 320, a sealing member 330 is preferably further provided between the first cylinder 251 and the second cylinder 320. The first cylinder 251 may be configured to nest within the second cylinder 320, but because the liquid is heated and evaporated in the heat pan assembly 300, the air pressure is increased, and the general air flow direction is from the heat pan assembly 300 to the inner cavity, the second cylinder 320 is preferably nested within the first cylinder 254 for better sealing between the cylinders. In addition, the second cylinder 320 and the first cylinder 254 may not be sleeved with each other, and a connecting cylinder may be disposed between the first cylinder 254 and the second cylinder 320, where the first cylinder 254 and the second cylinder 320 are respectively sleeved with the connecting cylinder, so as to communicate the inner chamber 210 and the heat pot assembly 300.
In order to smoothly flow the liquid in the water level adjustment device 200 into the heat pot assembly 300, in a preferred embodiment, the adjustment body 240 has a bottom wall 241, an inner surface of the bottom wall 241 is inclined to approach the heat pot assembly 300, and a lowest portion of the bottom wall 241 is communicated with a lower end of the heat pot assembly 300 to flow the liquid in the lower chamber 220 into the heat pot assembly 300. The outer surface of the bottom wall 241 is not strictly required, and the outer surface of the bottom wall 241 may be horizontally disposed, but in order to save material, it is preferable that the outer surface of the bottom wall 241 is inclined in the same direction as the inner surface of the bottom wall 241, as shown in fig. 1. And by providing the inner surface of the bottom wall 241 with an inclination, scale is not remained in the water level adjusting apparatus 200.
The liquid in the tank assembly 100 flows into the water level adjustment device 200, and will not rise when the water in the water level adjustment device 200 rises to the water line 230. Specifically, a second sealing ring 130 is disposed between the water tank cover 120 and the water outlet of the water tank 110. The middle part of the water tank cover 120 is provided with a through hole, the water tank assembly 100 further comprises a push rod 140 and an elastic member 150, the push rod 140 is arranged at the through hole, and meanwhile, the elastic member 150 is sleeved on the push rod 140. When the water tank assembly 100 is not placed above the water level adjusting device 200, the water tank cover 120 and the second sealing ring 130 seal the water outlet of the water tank assembly 100, and the elastic member 150 sleeved on the ejector rod 140 has a certain acting force on the second sealing ring 130, so that the ejector rod 140 and the second sealing ring 130 have a better sealing effect, and liquid cannot flow out of the water tank assembly 100. When the water tank assembly 100 is placed on the water level adjusting device 200, the protruding portion 243 pushes the ejector rod 140 to move upward, so as to push the second sealing ring 130 open, so that the liquid in the water tank assembly 100 flows into the water level adjusting device 200, and after the second sealing ring 130 is pushed open, the elastic member 150 is in a compressed state, and when the water reaches the water level line 230, the water level is not raised due to a certain air pressure in the inner cavity. When the water tank assembly 100 needs to be detached from the water level adjusting device 200, the ejector rod 140 is restored by the elastic force of the elastic member 150, so that the ejector rod 140 moves downwards to restore to the original position, and the second sealing ring 130 seals the water outlet again, thereby effectively avoiding the water leakage when the water tank assembly 100 is detached from the water level adjusting device 200.
Because the water level adjusting device 200 includes the adjusting body 240 and the shaped cover 250 that is covered above the adjusting body 240, and the inner cavity is formed between the adjusting body 240 and the shaped cover 250, the connecting manner between the adjusting body 240 and the shaped cover 250 may be adhesion, welding, threaded connection, etc. In a preferred embodiment, a snap ring 242 is protruding from the outer wall of the adjusting body 240, and the lower end of the shaped cover 250 is embedded in the snap ring 242, so as to form the inner cavity with the adjusting body 240. In another embodiment, the snap ring may not be formed by protruding the outer wall of the adjusting body 240 outwards, but a snap ring may be directly recessed from the adjusting body 240, but in this case, there is a certain requirement for the wall thickness of the adjusting body 240, which is relatively thicker, and the production cost is higher. In still another embodiment, the inner cavity may be formed by providing a snap ring on the outer circumference of the lower end of the special-shaped cover, and embedding the upper end of the adjusting body 240 in the snap ring. But because the shaped cover 250 is provided over the adjustment body 240, the adjustment body 240 is not advantageous to support the shaped cover 250. Therefore, it is preferable that a snap ring is protruded on the outer wall of the adjusting body 240, and the lower end of the shaped cover 250 is embedded in the snap ring 242.
After the water in the heat pot assembly 300 is used for a long time, scale is easy to form in the heat pot assembly 300, one side of the lower end of the heat pot assembly 300 is communicated with the lower chamber 220, the other side of the lower end of the heat pot assembly 300 is provided with a drain pipe 340, and the tail end of the drain pipe 340 is provided with a scale discharging plug 350. The drain pipe 340 may be formed by protruding from the housing of the heat pan assembly 300, that is, may be integrally formed with the housing of the heat pan assembly 300, or may be detachably connected with the heat pan assembly 300. After each use of the garment steamer 10, the user will habitually drain the fresh water tank assembly 100 to ensure that the tank 110 is clean. If the water of the water tank 110 is directly poured out, water resources are greatly wasted. Therefore, when the water in the water tank 110 needs to be drained, the scale removing plug 350 is opened, the water in the water tank 110 flows into the water level adjusting device 200 and further flows into the hot pot assembly 300, the scale in the hot pot assembly 300 is driven to be discharged from the scale removing plug 350, the water in the water tank 110 is secondarily utilized, and water resources are greatly saved.
Referring to fig. 1, the garment steamer 10 further includes an air duct 400, the air duct 400 is connected to the heat pan assembly 300, and an adjusting device (not shown) is disposed at the end of the air duct 400, and the adjusting device is used for adjusting the total cross-sectional area of the air outlet holes of the ironing head panel of the air duct 400 to control the steam pressure. Because the heating power of the heat pot assembly 300 is constant in a fixed gear, the amount of steam generated is also fixed. When the steam amount generated by the garment steamer 10 per minute is equal to the air output of the air duct 400, the pressure of the air output by the air duct 400 reaches a stable state, so that the speed of the steam can be adjusted by adjusting the total sectional area of the air output holes of the ironing board of the air duct 400 through the adjusting device, and the pressure of the steam exhausted from the air duct 400 is controlled. That is, when the amount of steam generated from the heat pot assembly 300 is fixed, the total sectional area of the air outlet holes through which the steam is discharged from the air duct 400 is reduced by the adjusting means, and the speed and pressure of the steam discharged from the air duct 400 are increased; conversely, when the total cross-sectional area of the air outlet holes for discharging the steam from the air duct 400 is increased, the speed and pressure of the steam discharged from the air duct 400 are reduced. Therefore, when the user needs to iron thick clothes, the speed of the steam discharged from the air duct 400 is increased, so that the user can iron the clothes with different thicknesses. Meanwhile, when steam with larger pressure is needed, the steam is realized without an electromagnetic pump, so that the cost is greatly saved. The regulating device can be a regulating valve, and the total sectional area of the steam outlet hole is controlled by a rotary button or a pressing button, so that the regulation of various pressures is realized.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
