The invention relates to a clothes dryer, in particular to a roller of the clothes dryer.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, more and more families choose the cylinder dryer to dry the clothes, solve the problem that the clothing dries for a long time well, give people and bring the facility.
In the existing tumble dryer, the clothes are usually dried by warm air, specifically: warm air enters at one end of the roller, the other end of the roller is discharged, and the roller continuously rotates at the same time, so that clothes rotate along with the roller, the contact area between the clothes and the warm air is increased, and the drying speed of the clothes is accelerated; however, in the process of rotating the roller, the clothes in the roller can be tightly attached to the inner wall of the roller to rotate under the action of centrifugal force, so that the warm air directly passes through the center of the roller, the clothes tightly attached to the inner wall of the roller can not be in uniform contact with the warm air, the clothes can not be uniformly dried, and the drying speed is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a clothes dryer roller which can enable clothes in the roller to be in uniform contact with warm air, so that the drying speed of the clothes is accelerated.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the roller of the clothes dryer is characterized by comprising a roller body and a plurality of stirring pieces for stirring clothes; the guide ring is fixedly arranged on a rack of the clothes dryer and surrounds the outside of the cylinder body; the cylinder body is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves corresponding to the shifting pieces, one end of each shifting piece is arranged in the guide ring, and the other end of each shifting piece penetrates through the sliding grooves of the cylinder body and extends into the cylinder body.
The working principle of the clothes dryer roller is as follows:

Preferably, the four poking pieces are arranged on the barrel body at equal intervals along the circumferential direction. The four quadrant areas of the guide ring of the flat annular symmetrical structure respectively correspond to the process that one piece of clothes is pushed away from or approaches to the wall body of the roller, and the four stirring pieces are arranged, so that one stirring piece works in each quadrant area at the same moment, and the clothes at each part in the circumferential direction are uniformly dried.
In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the toggle member includes a slide block and a push rod, the slide block is disposed in the guide ring, and the push rod is disposed in the cylinder through the slide groove of the cylinder. Preferably, the sliding block comprises a sliding ball arranged in the guide ring and a sliding rod connected with the push rod. Preferably, the guide ring includes a guide groove and a transition groove disposed above the guide groove, the transition groove being narrower than the guide groove. The sliding ball is arranged in the guide groove, the transition groove is used for the sliding rod to pass through, and the transition groove is narrower than the guide groove, so that the sliding ball is clamped in the guide groove and is prevented from falling off.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cylinder wall of the cylinder is provided with a plurality of dewatering holes. During the clothes drying process, the drum rotates continuously, so that the moisture on the clothes is thrown onto the inner wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force and is discharged out of the clothes dryer through the dewatering holes, particularly when the clothes dryer starts to work and the surface of the clothes has a large amount of moisture.
Preferably, an outer cylinder is arranged outside the cylinder body, the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder is a closed wall body, and a cavity between the outer cylinder and the cylinder body is connected with a water outlet of the clothes dryer; the guide ring is arranged on the inner wall of the outer barrel. The outer barrel is arranged, water drops thrown out of the barrel can be blocked and discharged out of the clothes dryer through the water outlet, and therefore the situation that the water drops are thrown onto internal parts of the clothes dryer when the barrel rotates is avoided.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the clothes drying device, the stirring piece moves in the radial direction in the cylinder body, so that clothes tightly attached to the inner wall of the cylinder body are pushed up, the warm air in the cylinder body can be uniformly contacted with the clothes, and the clothes drying speed is accelerated.
2. The stirring piece rotates along with the rotation of the cylinder body and can automatically move in the radial direction in the cylinder body, so that clothes can be pushed up, a power mechanism does not need to be additionally arranged to drive the stirring piece to move in the radial direction, and the clothes rack is ingenious in design.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the drum of the clothes dryer of the present embodiment comprises a drum body 1 and a plurality of stirring members 2 for stirring clothes; wherein, the cylinder 1 is externally provided with a non-equal-diameter guide ring 3, and the guide ring 3 is fixedly arranged on a rack of the clothes dryer and surrounds the cylinder 1; the barrel body 1 is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves corresponding to the shifting parts 2, one end of each shifting part 2 is arranged in the guide ring 3, and the other end of each shifting part extends into the barrel body 1 after penetrating through the sliding grooves of the barrel body 1.
Referring to fig. 2, the guide ring 3 is a flat ring-shaped symmetrical structure with a narrow vertical direction and a wide horizontal direction. Referring to fig. 1-2, the four toggle pieces 2 are equidistantly arranged on the cylinder 1 along the circumferential direction. The four quadrant areas of the guide ring 3 with the flat annular symmetrical structure are respectively corresponding to the process that a piece of clothes is pushed away from or close to the wall body of the roller, and the four stirring pieces 2 are arranged, so that the stirring piece 2 works in each quadrant area at the same moment, and the clothes at each part in the circumferential direction are uniformly dried.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the toggle member 2 includes a sliding block 5 and a push rod 8, the sliding block 5 is disposed in the guide ring 3, and the push rod 8 is disposed in the cylinder 1 through a sliding slot of the cylinder 1. The catch bar 8 is arranged inside the barrel body 1, so that clothes tightly attached to the inner wall of the barrel body 1 can be pushed away from the inner wall, and the clothes in the barrel body 1 can be heated uniformly.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the sliding block 5 includes a sliding ball 6 disposed in the guide ring 3 and a sliding rod 7 connected to a push rod 8. The sliding ball 6 slides more conveniently in the guide ring 3, and the stirring piece 2 can be prevented from being blocked in the rotating process to influence the normal work of the clothes dryer.
Referring to fig. 3, the guide ring 3 includes a guide groove 9 and a transition groove 10 disposed above the guide groove 9, the transition groove 10 being narrower than the guide groove 9. The sliding ball 6 is arranged in the guide groove 9, the transition groove 10 is used for the sliding rod 7 to pass through, and the transition groove 10 is narrower than the guide groove 9, so that the sliding ball 6 is clamped in the guide groove 9 and is prevented from falling off.
Referring to fig. 1, a plurality of dewatering holes 4 are formed on the wall of the cylinder 1. During the clothes drying process, the drum 1 continuously rotates, so that the moisture on the clothes is thrown on the inner wall of the drum 1 under the action of centrifugal force and is discharged out of the clothes dryer through the dewatering holes 4, especially when the clothes dryer is just started to work and the surface of the clothes has a large amount of moisture.
In the practical clothes dryer, an outer cylinder is arranged outside the cylinder 1, the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder is a closed wall body, and a cavity between the outer cylinder and the cylinder 1 is connected with a water outlet of the clothes dryer; the guide ring 3 is arranged on the inner wall of the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder can block water drops thrown out of the cylinder 1 and discharge the water drops out of the clothes dryer through the water outlet, so that the situation that the water drops are thrown onto internal parts of the clothes dryer when the cylinder 1 rotates is avoided.
The working principle of the dryer drum of the embodiment is as follows:
when the clothes dryer performs clothes drying operation, the rotary driving mechanism 11 of the clothes dryer drives the cylinder body 1 of the roller to rotate continuously, and meanwhile, the warm air system introduces warm air into the cylinder body 1 to start clothes drying treatment; in the rotation process of the cylinder body 1, the clothes in the cylinder body 1 cling to the inner wall of the cylinder body under the action of centrifugal force; however, one end of the stirring piece 2 penetrates through the sliding groove and extends into the cylinder body 1, so that in the rotating process of the cylinder body 1, all the stirring pieces 2 are driven to rotate, when one end of the stirring piece 2 in the guide ring 3 rotates from one end with a larger radial size to one end with a smaller radial size, the end part, positioned in the cylinder body 1, of the stirring piece 2 gradually extends towards the center of the cylinder body 1 from the inner wall of the cylinder body 1, so that clothes in the cylinder body 1 are pushed towards the center of the cylinder body, the contact area between the clothes and the hot air is increased, and the clothes can be uniformly dried; when the cylinder body 1 drives the stirring piece 2 to turn to one end of the guide ring 3 with larger radial size to move, the stirring piece 2 gradually moves towards the inner wall of the cylinder body 1, and the clothes in the cylinder 1 are continuously attached to the inner wall of the cylinder body 1 under the action of centrifugal force; so constantly promote the clothes through stirring piece 2 for the clothes constantly removes in a section of thick bamboo at the stoving in-process, prevents that the clothes from hugging closely the barrel inner wall always and leading to drying unevenly, has accelerated the stoving speed of clothes.
