1) the coal tar pitch, 1, 3-divinyl-1, 3-diphenyl-1, 3-dimethyl disilazane and a catalyst are put into a three-neck flask, the temperature is raised to 140 ℃ at the speed of 5 ℃/min under the atmosphere of nitrogen or inert gas, and the modified asphalt is obtained after the heat preservation and the stirring for 3 to 5 hours;
2) dissolving the modified asphalt prepared in the step 1) in an organic solvent to form a solution, adding 2-ethyl chloroacrylate into the solution, stirring at room temperature for reaction for 4-6 hours, precipitating in acetone, and removing acetone to obtain polymerized modified asphalt;
3) dissolving the polymerized modified asphalt prepared in the step 2), vinyl acetate, 2- [4- (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl) phenoxy ] ethyl acrylate, 2-ethyl cyanoacrylate and an initiator in carbon tetrachloride, stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ under the atmosphere of nitrogen or inert gas, then precipitating in acetone, and drying for 8-12 hours at the temperature of 75-85 ℃ in a vacuum drying oven to obtain the modified asphalt-based polymer.
2. The modified asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the maleic anhydride grafting agent is at least one of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, and maleic anhydride grafted POE.
3. The modified asphalt-based waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the coal tar pitch, 1, 3-divinyl-1, 3-diphenyl-1, 3-dimethyldisilazane and the catalyst in step 1) is (3-5): (1-2): 0.8.
4. The modified asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the catalyst is selected from one or two of phosphoric acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid.
5. The modified asphalt-based waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the modified asphalt to the organic solvent to the ethyl 2-chloroacrylate in step 2) is (2-3) to (5-10) to 1.
6. The modified asphalt-based waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is selected from one or two of carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride.
7. The modified asphalt-based waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the polymerized modified asphalt, the vinyl acetate, the 2- [4- (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl) phenoxy ] ethyl acrylate, the 2-ethyl cyanoacrylate, the initiator and the carbon tetrachloride in the step 3) is (1-2) to (0.5) to (0.03-0.05) to (5-10).
8. The modified asphalt-based waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the initiator is selected from one or more of azobisisobutyronitrile, benzoyl peroxide, dicumyl peroxide and azobisisoheptonitrile; the inert gas is selected from one or more of helium, neon and argon.
9. A method for preparing a modified asphalt-based waterproofing membrane as described in any of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of: putting the components into a hot mixer according to the proportion, uniformly stirring the components at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, raising the temperature to 115-130 ℃, and stirring the components again for 15-20 minutes to obtain a mixture; and then putting the obtained mixture into an extruder, and rolling, drawing, rolling and molding the extrudate to obtain the waterproof roll.
