Abstract

The invention can provide tightening force with high requirement resistance and has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation and low manufacturing cost.

Technical Field

The periphery of the main body of the fixed terminal is polygonal, the second groove of the base is matched with the periphery of the main body of the fixed terminal in shape, and when the main body of the fixed terminal is matched with the second groove of the base, the rotation of the fixed terminal is limited by the matching of the periphery of the main body and the second groove of the base.
The periphery of the main body of the fixed terminal is quadrilateral.

The bottom surface of the second groove of the base and the bottom surface of the first groove of the base are the same plane.
The locking element further comprises a spacer located between the head of the screw and the electrical component.

The structure of the invention can be used for machining the fixed terminal, and milling, turning, grinding and other processes can be used on the basis of a whole part, so that the fixed terminal has simple shape and lower machining cost, the process can ensure that the strength of the protruding part is weakened due to the fact that the main body and the protruding part of the fixed terminal are not limited by the thickness of similar plates, and the design of the fixed terminal ensures that the protruding part is strong enough, so that the screw thread cannot deform when the screw thread is damaged by higher torque. The invention can provide tightening force with high requirement resistance and has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation and low manufacturing cost.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a distribution box connection structure of the present invention includes a fixed terminal 1, a base 2, an electric element 3, and a locking member 4; the fixed terminal 1 comprises a main body 11 and a protruding part 12 protruding upwards from the middle of the upper end surface of the main body; the base 2 is provided with a platform 21 for placing electrical components, a first groove 22 with an upward notch is arranged at the upper end of the platform 21 for placing the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1 from top to bottom, a second groove 23 with a downward notch facing the first groove is arranged below the platform 21 for pushing in the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1 from the horizontal direction, an opening 24 communicated with the second groove 23 is arranged in the platform 21, and the opening 24 is also communicated with the first groove 22 for being matched with the protruding part 12 of the fixed terminal 1; the fixed terminal 1 is further provided with a locking hole 13 which penetrates through the fixed terminal 1 from top to bottom, and the locking piece 4 sequentially penetrates through the electrical element 3 and the fixed terminal 1 from top to bottom and is matched with the bottom surface of the second groove 23 of the base 2, so that the fixed terminal 1 cannot withdraw from the second groove 23 of the base.
The periphery of the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1 is polygonal, and the second groove 23 of the base 2 is configured to be matched with the shape of the periphery of the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1, when the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1 is matched with the second groove 23 of the base 2, the cooperation of the periphery of the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1 and the second groove 23 of the base 2 limits the rotation of the fixed terminal 1.

The notch of the first groove 22 faces upwards, and the notch of the second groove 23 faces towards the first groove 22, so that the first groove 22 and the second groove 23 are communicated, and the groove bottom 221 of the first groove 22 and the bottom 231 of the second groove 23 are on the same plane; then, the main body 11 of the fixed terminal is pushed into the second groove 23 along the horizontal direction, and since the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1 and the second groove 23 of the base are in interference fit along the up-down direction, the thickness of the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1 can just enter the second groove 23 of the base, but the protruding part 12 of the fixed terminal 1 cannot enter the second groove 23 of the base, at this time, by utilizing the opening 24 in the platform 21, on one hand, the protruding part 12 of the fixed terminal 1 is in a yielding position, and on the other hand, when being matched in place (i.e. the threaded hole 13 of the fixed terminal is aligned with the clamping hole 25 of the base), the opening 24 is matched with the protruding part 12 of the fixed terminal 1 to form a limit (i.e. limit the fixed terminal from being pushed further); then, the electric element 3 is placed on the platform 21 of the base, so that the mounting hole of the electric element 3 is aligned with the threaded hole 13 of the fixed terminal and the clamping hole 25 of the base; finally, the screw 41 is screwed at the threaded hole 13 of the fixed terminal through the mounting hole of the electric element 3, so that the electric element 3 is pressed on the head of the screw 41 and the platform 21 of the base, the second groove 23 is also designed to be matched with the main body 11 of the fixed terminal 1 due to the quadrilateral shape, the fixed terminal 1 can not rotate due to the match of the polygonal surface, the screwing of the screw 41 is realized, and the front end of the screw 41 is inserted into the clamping hole 25 of the base, thus the fixed terminal 1 can not be retracted from the second groove 23 to the first groove 22, and the assembly of the electric element 3 and the fixed terminal 1 is realized.

According to the structure, the fixed terminal 1 can be machined by using a machining process and milling, turning, grinding and other processes on the basis of a whole part, and the fixing terminal is simple in shape and low in machining cost, the strength of the protruding part is weakened due to the fact that the main body and the protruding part of the fixed terminal are not limited by the thickness of similar plates, the protruding part is strong enough due to the design of the fixed terminal, and threads cannot deform when the fixed terminal is broken by using high torque. The invention can provide tightening force with high requirement resistance and has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation and low manufacturing cost.
