A suspension liquid seal structure comprises an outer shell, a middle body, an upper inner shell and a lower inner shell. The lower end face of the upper inner shell is connected with the upper end face of the lower inner shell, and liquid is arranged between the intermediate body and the adjacent corresponding surfaces of the upper inner shell and the lower inner shell. An upper liquid sealing ring is arranged between the upper end face of the upper inner shell and the intermediate body, a lower liquid sealing ring is arranged between the lower end face of the lower inner shell and the intermediate body, and an intermediate liquid sealing ring is arranged between the corresponding side faces of the lower inner shell and the intermediate body. Background
The vehicle engine assembly suspension system refers to an elastic connection system between an engine power assembly and a vehicle body, and the design quality of the system directly influences the smoothness of the vehicle. The vehicle powertrain is a source of vibration and is also the subject of vibration isolation. The liquid barrier suspension structure plays an important role as a vibration isolation mechanism in a vehicle powertrain suspension system, wherein a liquid seal ring is an important component in the liquid barrier suspension structure. However, the existing liquid resistance suspension structure is difficult to assemble due to the problem of assembly interference, and the liquid resistance mechanism is easy to slide due to overlarge size and overlarge size, so that most of the liquid resistance suspension structure can only adopt one liquid sealing ring, and the problems of more liquid leakage phenomenon and lower qualification rate of the liquid resistance suspension structure are caused.

The lower end face of the upper inner shell is connected with the upper end face of the lower inner shell, and liquid is arranged between the intermediate body and the adjacent corresponding surfaces of the upper inner shell and the lower inner shell. An upper liquid sealing ring is arranged between the upper end face of the upper inner shell and the intermediate body, a lower liquid sealing ring is arranged between the lower end face of the lower inner shell and the intermediate body, and an intermediate liquid sealing ring is arranged between the corresponding side faces of the lower inner shell and the intermediate body.
The upper liquid sealing ring is arranged between the upper end face of the upper inner shell and the intermediate body, the lower liquid sealing ring is arranged between the lower end face of the lower inner shell and the intermediate body, the intermediate liquid sealing ring is arranged between the corresponding side faces of the lower inner shell and the intermediate body, and the lower end face of the upper inner shell and the upper end face of the lower inner shell are tightly extruded together by virtue of the action of the upper liquid sealing ring and the lower liquid sealing ring to be hermetically connected, so that the structure is simple and compact; the three-channel liquid sealing ring structure of the upper liquid sealing ring, the middle liquid sealing ring and the lower liquid sealing ring integrally reduces the processing and manufacturing difficulty of the suspension liquid sealing structure, thereby being beneficial to improving the qualification rate and reducing the liquid leakage phenomenon of the liquid resistance suspension structure while being beneficial to improving the qualification rate. The present invention is therefore a very excellent suspension liquid seal structure.
Preferably, more than two intermediate liquid sealing rings are arranged between the corresponding side surfaces of the lower inner shell and the intermediate body. The preferable scheme is beneficial to improving the sealing effect.
Preferably, one or two upper liquid sealing rings are arranged between the upper end surface of the upper inner shell and the intermediate; one or two lower liquid sealing rings are arranged between the lower end face of the lower inner shell and the intermediate body. The upper liquid sealing ring and the lower liquid sealing ring are adopted, so that the structure is compact and the processing and manufacturing are facilitated; the two upper liquid sealing rings and the lower liquid sealing ring are adopted, so that the liquid sealing effect is improved.
Preferably, the upper liquid sealing ring, the middle liquid sealing ring and the lower liquid sealing ring are all rubber parts. The preferable scheme has rich material sources, is easy to process and manufacture, is convenient to use and good in sealing effect, and is beneficial to reducing the processing and manufacturing difficulty of the outer shell, the intermediate, the upper inner shell and the lower inner shell.
