Description

Surface treatment method for electric arc spraying mould wooden female mould
Technical Field
The invention relates to a surface treatment method of a wood female die of an electric arc spraying die, belonging to the field of die surface treatment.
Background
The metal arc spraying fast molding technology takes a physical model (or called a prototype) as a master mold, and a compact metal coating with a certain thickness, namely a mold shell, is deposited on the surface of the master mold by an arc spraying method. The mould shell accurately copies the shape of the prototype to obtain the required mould cavity, and the rapid manufacturing of the mould can be completed after finishing the post-treatment processes such as backing reinforcement, shell demoulding, surface polishing and the like. The female die can be made of gypsum, wood and other materials which are convenient for numerical control processing, and can also be made of rapid prototyping or product objects.
Compared with other master mold materials, the wood material is convenient to process and low in cost, and when the size of the mold is large, the wood material can be processed by adopting a method of bonding, so that in actual production, the wood material is mostly adopted as the master mold material of the electric arc spraying rapid mold.
The surface of the wooden material is porous and has high roughness, so that when the metal alloy is directly sprayed on the surface of the wooden material female die, the binding force between the metal shell and the surface of the female die is high due to the embedding, the metal shell is extremely difficult to remove from the surface of the female die, the metal shell is often manually removed from the surface of the female die a little by a little, a large amount of time is consumed in the process, the destructive demolding is adopted, and the cost waste is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a surface treatment method of an arc spraying mould wooden female mould, the wooden female mould treated by the method has moderate binding force with a mould shell obtained after arc spraying, the metal shell is easy to remove from the female mould on the premise of ensuring that the metal shell is not warped and deformed, and the female mould is not damaged, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a surface treatment method of an electric arc spraying mold wooden female mold comprises the following steps of 1): polishing and cleaning the surface of the wooden female die to ensure that the surface is smooth and clean; it is characterized by also comprising:
step 2): spraying epoxy resin glue solution on the surface of the wooden female die;
step 3): after the epoxy resin glue solution is cured, spraying a release agent on the surface of the epoxy resin glue solution;
step 4): and after the release agent is dried, spraying polyurethane resin on the surface of the wooden female die, and drying the polyurethane resin to finish the treatment.
Further, the spraying of the epoxy resin glue solution in the step 2) is finished by 2-5 times, and after each spraying, the wooden female die is kept stand to cure the epoxy resin; the degree of curing is determined by the fact that the fingers do not stick to the hands, and then the next spraying is carried out.
The invention can also be sprayed once, but the surface of the wood mould is loose and porous, so that the glue solution can continuously permeate into the mould during the spraying once, thereby causing the waste of the glue solution, and the surface of the mould is not uniform due to the uneven gaps on the surface of the mould, thereby easily causing the uneven film formation on the surface during the spraying once. The spraying is carried out for several times, so that the surface film forming is continuous, and the sizing material can be saved. The continuous film forming means that a continuous light reflecting surface can be formed on the surface of the mold under the irradiation of lamplight.
Further, the epoxy resin glue solution in the step 2) comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 100 parts of epoxy resin, 30-60 parts of epoxy curing agent and 10-30 parts of epoxy diluent;
wherein the epoxy resin is epoxy resin E-51 or epoxy resin E-44 or epoxy resin E-52, and the epoxy curing agent is polyamide-651 or A50 modified amine curing agent or epoxy curing agent T-31;
the preparation temperature of the epoxy resin glue solution is 15-28 ℃, and the preparation process is as follows:
step 2.1, putting the epoxy resin and the epoxy diluent into a container, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution A; and 2.2, adding an epoxy curing agent into the solution A, and uniformly stirring to obtain an epoxy resin glue solution.
The epoxy resin glue solution system is selected to meet the requirement of spraying, and a mould with a larger spraying size is possibly required to be sprayed, so that a heating device is required if high-temperature heating is required, a normal-temperature curing system is selected, the heating is not subjected to a hard requirement, and the application range of the method is enlarged;
further, the epoxy diluent in the step 2) is one or more of alkylene glycidyl ether, butyl glycidyl ether, absolute ethyl alcohol, epoxy diluent HK-66, acetone and toluene.
Further, the hardening temperature of the epoxy resin glue solution in the step 2) is 25-120 ℃. The preferable hardening temperature is 90-120 ℃, the epoxy resin can be ensured to have higher curing degree, surface hardness and temperature resistance at the temperature, and a large amount of hardening time can be saved.
Further, the release agent in the step 3) is an organic silicon release agent, the drying temperature of the release agent is 25-120 ℃, the preferable drying temperature is 105-120 ℃, and the temperature can ensure the compactness of the release agent in film forming and can greatly shorten the film forming time.
Further, the polyurethane resin in the step 4) is a polyurethane surface paint. The drying temperature is 18-120 ℃, and the humidity is 20% -90%; the preferable drying temperature is 23-28 ℃, the humidity is 70% -80%, the drying condition can provide the most appropriate drying rate for the polyurethane resin, and the wear resistance and the temperature resistance of the finally formed polyurethane resin are better optimized.
Further, the die has requirements on dimensional accuracy, and if the sprayed epoxy resin is too thick, on one hand, the dimensional error of the die is large, and if the sprayed epoxy resin is too thick, the die is scrapped if the size error is large to a certain extent; on the other hand, if the epoxy resin layer is too thick, the metal shell layer is easy to be dislocated with the master mold in the solidification process, and the molded surface of the master mold cannot be completely copied, so that the mould is scrapped, and therefore, the thickness of the epoxy resin glue solution in the step 2) is less than 20 micrometers.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention relates to a surface treatment method of an electric arc spraying mould wooden female mould, which is characterized in that epoxy resin is sprayed on the surface of a mould in advance, the surface sealing is carried out on the surface of the mould and the roughness of the surface of the mould is reduced, but because the temperature resistance of the epoxy resin cured at normal temperature is poor, a layer of polyurethane protective film with good temperature resistance is sprayed on the surface of the epoxy resin, and a layer of release agent is sprayed between the polyurethane and the epoxy resin layer to reduce the binding force between the polyurethane and the epoxy resin. The surface of the mould treated by the method is smooth; after the electric arc spraying is finished, the demolding efficiency is high, the demolding time can be saved by 70-95%, and the production efficiency is improved; and the damage to the surface of the wooden female die is small, so that the wooden female die can be recycled, and the cost is saved.
2. When the wooden female die treated by the surface treatment method disclosed by the invention is sprayed, the requirement of spraying can be met, the finally formed metal shell layer after electric arc spraying is moderate in binding force with the wooden female die, and the edge part does not have a layering phenomenon under the condition of not demoulding; when demoulding, the wooden female die is not damaged, and after demoulding, the inner surface of the metal shell is smooth and clean without wood.
3. According to the surface treatment method of the arc spraying mold wooden female mold, the used epoxy resin, release agent and polyurethane resin can be hardened and molded at normal temperature, no special requirements are required for molding equipment, and the spraying construction method can be adopted, so that the construction efficiency is high, and the uniformity is good.
