Abstract
一种超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,泵筒(2)壁内置定子铁芯(22)和定子绕组(23,转子筒(4)内置转子永磁体(21)、转子径向悬浮磁体(24)和定子径向悬浮磁环(25)。叶片壳(7)后壁中心设导流椎(26),其顶端设机械支点球窝(15),转子筒(4)后端置机械支点球(5)和机械支点球窝(15)形成机械支点(8)。支点间隙(16)经中心孔(17)与药物导管(18)及药物注射塞(19)相通。药物注射塞(19)植入腹壁皮下接受抗凝药液进入支点间隙(16)。导流锥(26)内设超声换能器(20)可产生超声震动经机械支点(8)传到离心叶轮(27),超声清洗作用防止离心叶轮(27)表面血栓形成。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗心功能衰竭的植入式超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,连接左心室腔和大动脉血管,通过将左心室内血液直接输送到大动脉内的方法减轻心脏负荷。离心叶轮前端处于磁悬浮状态,尾端由机械支点支撑,设置局部药物注射腔隙并与超声换能器机械接触,通过局部抗凝药物释放和超声清洗作用防止支点及叶轮表面血栓形成和附着。
背景技术
用植入式血泵长期辅助心脏泵功能是一种治疗晚期心衰的有效方法。但目前用于辅助装置的离心血泵容易在泵内产生血栓,常导致血栓栓塞和溶血等严重并发症。为此,研究者们正在积极探索新型心脏辅助装置以克服这些困难。目前,国外研制的离心泵式心脏辅助装置直接从心室尖植入心室腔,如美国的HeartWare等,由于常采用“磁悬浮”或“磁-液悬浮”技术,不能有效降低血泵体积,所以不易植入体内,特别是对身材较小的病人更难以应用。此外,这些血泵的一个共同缺点是泵内血栓形成率较高,常常需要应用较多的抗凝药物,而全身应用抗凝药物是出血并发症的重要原因。由此,提高血泵自身的抗栓能力,降低全身抗凝药物的用量就成为辅助循环装置研制的一个重要改进方向。
发明内容
本发明专利提出一种超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,针对目前各种心尖部位植入离心血泵泵体积大、解剖相容性差和抗血栓能力不足的缺点,采用单支点磁悬浮、局部注射药物和超声清洗抗栓技术,即可减小泵体积提高解剖相容性,又可通过局部用药和超声清洗防止泵内血栓形成,有助于克服目前各类心脏辅助装置的缺点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,离心泵壳由泵筒和叶轮壳相联结,离心叶轮由叶片和前端联结的转子筒共同组成;转子筒中包埋设置永磁转子和永磁悬浮体,装配时转子筒位于泵筒内;在泵筒前端设置永磁轴承,使离心叶轮前端处于悬浮状态,永磁转子则与泵筒壁内的定子共同组成驱动电机。装配时叶片位于叶轮壳内并由叶轮壳导流椎的机械支点支撑,叶轮壳导流椎内的空腔设置超声换能器可产生超声震动,并
通过机械支点将超声震动传递给整个离心叶轮,通过超声清洗作用防止离心叶轮表面血栓形成和附着。导流椎体的中心孔与支点腔隙相联通,通过药物导管与埋置在皮下的注射塞相联通,抗凝和溶栓药物可通过注射塞注入支点腔隙,防止支点周围血栓形成。围绕泵筒和叶轮壳体结合部的外周设置缝合裙,植入人体时将缝合裙缝合于心尖肌肉外表面,泵筒入口伸入心室腔,叶轮泵壳置于心包腔内,药物导管则与埋置皮下的注射塞联结。
本发明的有益效果是:采用磁悬浮轴承简化泵内结构,有利于冲刷,通过超声清洗作用防止离心叶轮血栓形成和血栓附着。局部注射抗凝药物防止泵内血栓形成,减低全身抗凝药物用量,防止出血并发症。离心泵体积小解剖相容性好,可植入性进一步提高,有利于防止感染并发症。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵做进一步说明。
由图1可见超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵的离心泵壳(28)由前端的泵筒(2)和尾端的叶片壳(7)组成,泵筒(2)为圆筒状,植入人体时将泵筒(2)插入到心尖的心室壁肌肉内,使室壁肌肉与缝合裙(9)紧密接触,缝合裙(9)与心尖部肌肉缝合,使泵筒(2)的泵入口(1)直接与左心室(13)相通。前端的转子筒(4)和尾端的叶片(6)连接形成离心泵叶轮(27),转子筒(4)位于泵筒(2)内,叶片(6)位于叶片壳(7)内,叶片壳(7)位于心尖部左心室(13)的壁外,叶片壳(7)通过泵出口(10)连接到人造血管(12)进而与降主动脉(11)相连通。
由图2可见超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵泵筒(2)壁内包埋有同心包绕的筒状定子铁芯(22)和筒状定子绕组(23);转子筒(4)为圆柱状,中空腔内包埋转子永磁体(21),径向充磁;转子筒(4)前端由磁悬浮轴承(3)支撑,磁悬浮轴承(3)由转子径向悬浮磁体(24)和定子径向悬浮磁环(25)共同组成;转子径向悬浮磁体(24)为圆柱状,包埋在转子筒(4)的前端;定子径向悬浮磁环(25)为圆环状,包埋在泵筒(2)的壁内前端,转子径向悬浮磁体(24)和定子径向悬浮磁环(25)均为轴向充磁,长度相等,位置对齐且以同极性端同向排列,以磁排斥力限制转子筒(4)前端的径向位移。泵筒(2)壁内壁面与转子筒(4)之间有间隙,可使血液由心室(13)流入叶片壳(7)内。定子铁芯(22)和定子绕组(23)通电时产生旋转磁场,转子在旋转磁场的作用下旋转,转矩直接传递给与之相联的叶片(6),叶片(6)高速旋转时在泵入口(1)中产生抽吸力,使左心室(13)内的血液通过泵入口(1)进入叶片壳(7)内,叶片(6)高速旋转产生的离心力将叶片壳(7)内的血液通过泵出口(10)推入人造血管(12)内,进而进入降主动脉(11)。叶片壳(7)后壁中心设置导流椎(26),导流锥(26)顶端设置机械支点球窝(15),转子筒(4)后端镶嵌包埋机械支点球(5),由机械支点球窝(15)支撑形成机械支点(8),限制离心叶轮(27)径向和轴向位移。
机械支点球(5)与机械支点球窝(15)之间的间隙为支点间隙(16),支点间隙(16)通过机械支点球窝(15)和超声换能器(20)的中心孔(17)与药物导管(18)相通,进而与药物注射塞(19)相联通。在植入人体时,药物注射塞(19)植入到腹壁皮下,可接受注射器穿刺注射的抗凝和溶栓药液并引导药液进入支点间隙(16),支点间隙(16)中的抗凝药物可缓慢释放,防止机械支点(8)及周围表面形成和附着血栓。释放的微量药物仅仅在局部形成高浓度发挥抗凝和溶栓作用,当药物随血流进入外周血液后由于稀释作用而降低到有效浓度以下从而防止全身抗凝性出血的副作用。导流锥(26)的中心空腔内设置的超声换能器(20)在有电流通入时可产生超声震动,超声频率和强度由电流频率和强度调节;超声震动通过机械支点(8)传递到整个离心叶轮(27),通过超声清洗作用防止离心叶轮(27)表面血栓形成和附着。在实际使用时,超声换能器(20)可连续低强度或间隙高强度发射超声震动。
Claims (10)
1.一种超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,由离心泵壳、离心叶轮、定子铁芯、定子绕组、磁悬浮轴承、机械支点、导流锥、超声换能器、支点腔隙、药物导管、药物注射塞、缝合裙及泵出口等部分组成,离心叶轮前端由磁悬浮轴承支撑,尾端由机械支点支撑,机械支点与超声换能器机械接触,支点腔隙与药物注射塞联通,通过超声换能器的超声震动产生超声清洗效应和局部抗凝药物注射释放防止机械支点和离心叶轮表面的血栓形成和附着。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,其特征是离心泵壳是由前端的泵筒和尾端的叶片壳组成的空腔,在离心叶轮由前端的转子筒和尾端的叶片组成,转子筒置于泵筒的腔内,叶片置于叶片壳的腔内,与泵筒同心同轴设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,其特征是泵筒壁内包埋有定子铁芯、定子绕组;转子筒中心空腔内包埋有径向充磁的转子永磁体,定子铁芯、定子绕组和转子永磁体共同构成无刷直流电机系统,驱动离心叶轮旋转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,其特征是离心叶轮前端由磁悬浮轴承支撑,尾端由机械支点支撑。
5.根据权利要求4所述的磁悬浮轴承,磁悬浮轴承由定子悬浮磁环和转子悬浮磁体组成,定子悬浮磁环为环状,轴向充磁,包埋在泵筒壁内的前端,转子悬浮磁体为圆柱状,轴向充磁,包埋在转子筒中心空腔的前端,定子悬浮磁环和转子悬浮磁体长度相等,位置对应,以同磁极相同方向排列,通过两者间的磁排斥力限制离心叶轮前端的径向位移。
6.根据权利要求4所述的机械支点,机械支点由转子筒尾端包埋的机械支点球和机械支点球窝组成,机械支点球和机械支点球窝之间互相滑动,并形成狭窄的支点腔隙。
7.根据权利要求2所述的离心泵壳,叶片壳的后壁有导流椎,导流椎内为空腔,前端包埋机械支点窝,后端包埋超声换能器,机械支点窝和超声换能器中心有孔道状的中心孔与支点腔隙及药物导管相联通。
8.根据权利要求1所述的超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,机械支点腔隙、中心孔、药物导管及药物注射塞共同组成药物注射释放系统,药物注射塞置于皮下,接受的注射药液可进入支点腔隙,释放到机械支点周围。
9.根据权利要求1所述的超声抗栓磁悬浮心尖离心泵,导流椎内的超声换能器为圆柱状,中心孔道构成中心孔,前端与机械支点接触,超声换能器在通入电流后可产生超声震动,通过机械支点传导至离心叶轮;超声换能器发射的超声波频率和强度由通入的电流频率和强度控制。
10.根据权利要求9所述的超声换能器,所述超声换能器可以是压电陶瓷制成,也可由电磁或其他原理的超声换能器。
