With the rapid development of modern medical level, patients put higher demands on wound healing: the implanted or covered material is light and comfortable, the wound surface is healed and attractive, the operation is minimally invasive, and the operation amount is reduced. The common skin stretching device comprises a sticking type non-invasive skin stretching device and an invasive skin stretching device, wherein the sticking type non-invasive skin stretching device is mainly used for small wounds and cases of soft tissue relaxation of the wounds, the sticking type non-invasive skin stretching device consists of two sticking plates and a plurality of stretching strips, the sticking plates are directly stuck to the skin surfaces on two sides of the wounds through adhesive tapes, and the wounds are closed through the stretching of the stretching strips, so that the wound edges of the skin of the wounds are not invasive; the latter is mostly used for larger wounds, and is fixed through the skin edges at two sides of the wound by using materials such as Kirschner wires, silica gel, rubber bands and the like, and the wound is closed by using the characteristic of skin stretching operation. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the skin stretching closer comprises a base body 3, a compression device 1, a retraction mechanism and a needle clip. The contraction mechanism comprises a pair of connecting rods 2 respectively hinged on opposite sides of a base body 3, and an adjusting piece 5 connected with the pair of connecting rods 2, wherein the adjusting piece 5 is used for expanding or contracting the pair of connecting rods 2, and a needle is clamped at the tail end of the connecting rods 2. The distance between the two needle clamps can be adjusted according to the size of the wound surface through the functions of expanding and furling of the contraction structure, so that healing of the wound surface is better assisted. The skin stretching closer of claim 1, wherein the clip is sleeved on the connecting rod, the clip comprises two clamping parts which are oppositely arranged, the locking piece adopts a bolt, the bolt passes through the two clamping parts and is in threaded connection with at least one clamping part, and the locking piece compresses or loosens the two clamping parts.
