A dish washing machine distributor comprises a front shell, a rear shell, a powder box sliding cover, an electromagnetic valve, a connecting rod, a shaft core, a connecting rod reset spring and a ball, when the electromagnetic valve is electrified for the first time to open dish washing powder, a gap between a shaft core pushing boss on the connecting rod and a ball attaching surface on one side of a ball second accommodating groove of the shaft core is larger than that of the ball, so that the shaft core cannot be driven to slide, and a bright dish agent outflow hole cannot be opened, therefore, when the electromagnetic valve is electrified for the first time, only the powder box sliding cover is opened, and the bright dish agent outflow hole cannot be opened to enable the bright dish agent to flow into the dish washing machine, and the defect that a small amount of bright dish agent can be delivered when the dish washing powder is delivered is overcome.

The present invention relates to a dishwasher, and in particular to a dishwasher dispenser.
Background
At present, when the electromagnetic valve is electrified to drive the connecting rod to swing and then the dish washing powder box is opened to deliver dish washing powder, a small amount of the dish brightening agent flows out of the dish washing machine, so that the waste of the dish brightening agent is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a dish washing machine dispenser with a more reasonable structure, which overcomes the defect that a small amount of dish-brightening agent can be delivered when the dish washing powder is delivered.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a dish washer distributor comprises a front shell, a rear shell, a powder box sliding cover, an electromagnetic valve, a connecting rod, a shaft core, a connecting rod reset spring and a ball, wherein the electromagnetic valve drives the connecting rod to swing to open the powder box sliding cover; the shaft core is provided with a bright disc agent sealing device, the connecting rod is provided with a shaft core pushing boss which can act on the ball to drive the shaft core to move so that the bright disc agent sealing device opens a bright disc agent outflow hole; a ball poking boss is arranged on the shaft core; the connecting rod and the shaft core are respectively provided with a first ball accommodating groove and a second ball accommodating groove on the opposite end surfaces, wherein:
the non-working surface of the first ball accommodating groove comprises a non-working state inclined surface and a transition plane from left to right, the working surface comprises a working state first inclined surface, a baffle table and a working state second inclined surface from right to left, and the working state first inclined surface just corresponds to the transition plane; a poking boss falling inlet for a ball poking boss on the shaft core to fall into is formed in the right end face of the ball first accommodating groove; the ball poking boss positioned in the poking boss drop inlet can poke the ball positioned in the working state ball drop inclined plane to slide into the working state second inclined plane after crossing the baffle table;
the ball second accommodating groove faces to the section of ball first accommodating groove where the working state second inclined plane is located; the shaft core pushes the boss to extend into the second accommodating groove of the ball.
In a development of the dishwasher dispenser described above, the operating-state first bevel is divided stepwise into an inner operating-state transition bevel and an operating-state ball drop into the bevel, the inner portion being higher than the outer portion.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: because when the electromagnetic valve is electrified for the first time to open the dish washing powder, the clearance between the axle core pushing boss on the connecting rod and the ball close surface on one side of the ball second containing groove of the axle core is larger than that of the ball, so that the axle core is not driven to slide, and the dish-brightening agent outflow hole is not opened, when the electromagnetic valve is electrified for the first time, the powder box sliding cover is only opened, and the dish-brightening agent outflow hole is not opened to enable the dish-brightening agent to flow into the dish washing machine, thereby solving the defect that a small amount of dish-brightening agent is delivered when the dish washing powder is delivered, and the structure of the invention is more reasonable.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a dish washer distributor, as shown in figures 1 to 3, 8 and 9, comprising a front shell 1, a rear shell 2, a powder box sliding cover 3, an electromagnetic valve 4, a connecting rod 5, a shaft core 6 and a connecting rod reset spring 7, wherein the electromagnetic valve 4 drives the connecting rod 5 to swing to open the powder box sliding cover 3; a bright disc agent sealing device 8 is arranged on the shaft core 6; these constructions are identical to the current dispensers, except that a ball 9 is provided on the connecting rod 5, and a spindle pushing boss 51 is provided which can act on the ball 9 to drive the spindle 6 to move so that the sealing device 8 opens the outlet hole of the brightening agent; a ball poking boss 61 is arranged on the shaft core 6; the connecting rod 5 and the shaft core 6 are respectively provided with a ball first accommodating groove 52 and a ball second accommodating groove 62 on the opposite end surfaces, wherein:
the non-working surface of the first ball-receiving groove 52 (i.e., the innermost surface of the receiving groove) includes a non-working-state inclined surface 521 and a transition plane 522 from left to right, and the working surface (i.e., the bottom surface of the dispenser when in a vertical state) includes a working-state first inclined surface 523, a blocking platform 524 and a working-state second inclined surface 525 from right to left, where the working-state first inclined surface 523 just corresponds to the transition plane 522; in this embodiment, the working state first inclined surface 523 is divided into an inner working state transition inclined surface 523A and an outer working state ball falling inclined surface 523B in a stepwise manner, and the inner section is higher than the outer section, so that the ball will not automatically roll back to the working state transition inclined surface 523A once it slides down to the working state ball falling inclined surface 523B; a poking boss falling inlet 53 for a ball poking boss 61 on the shaft core 6 to fall into is arranged on the right end surface of the ball first accommodating groove 52; the round ball shifting boss 61 positioned in the shifting boss drop-in opening 53 can shift the round ball 9 positioned in the working state ball drop-in inclined plane 523B to slide into the working state second inclined plane 525 after crossing the baffle 524;
the second ball accommodating groove 62 faces the first ball accommodating groove 52 of the section where the second inclined plane 525 of the working state is located; the core pushing boss 51 protrudes into the ball second receiving groove 62 such that the groove width of the ball second receiving groove is slightly wider than the sum of the width of the second inclined surface 525 and the thickness of the core pushing boss 51 in the operating state.
It is known that when the dishwasher dispenser is in the inactive state, i.e. when it is turned from the vertical operating state to the horizontal inactive state, the balls 9 will roll from the inactive state inclined surface 521 to the inactive state transition plane 522 to stop after entering the ball first receiving groove 52 of the connecting rod 5 from the ball second receiving groove 62 of the shaft core 6, as shown in fig. 4.
When the dishwasher dispenser is in operation, it is flipped to the upright position, whereupon the ball 9 rolls from the inactive state transition ramp 522 to the outermost face of the active state first ramp 523, as shown in fig. 5, such that the ball 9 contacts the ball toggle boss 61 in the toggle boss drop port 53 located on the right side of the ball first receiving slot 52.
When the electromagnetic valve 4 is electrified for the first time, the electromagnetic valve 4 drives the connecting rod 5 to move and then opens the powder box sliding cover 3, and the round ball 9 positioned on the first inclined surface 523 in the working state moves along with the swinging connecting rod 5 to the right, at this time, the round ball 9 rolls down from the surface of the baffle platform 524 to the second inclined surface 525 in the working state under the stirring of the round ball stirring boss 61 of the shaft core 6, as shown in fig. 6, at this time, the gap between the shaft core pushing boss 51 on the connecting rod 5 and the round ball abutting surface 621 on one side of the round ball second accommodating groove 62 of the shaft core 6 is larger than that of the round ball, so that the shaft core 6 can not be driven to slide, and the bright disc agent outflow hole can not be opened, therefore, when the electromagnetic valve 4 is electrified for the first time, only the powder box sliding cover 3 can not be opened, and the bright disc agent outflow hole can not be opened, so that the bright disc agent flows into the dish washer, and the defect that a small amount of bright disc agent can be delivered when delivering the dish washing powder is overcome, and the structure of the invention is more reasonable.
When the electromagnetic valve which is electrified for the first time is powered off after the delivery of the dishwashing powder, the connecting rod 5 is reset under the action of the connecting rod reset spring 7, and the working state second inclined plane 525 of the ball first accommodating groove 52 of the connecting rod 5 is aligned with the ball second accommodating groove 62 of the shaft core 6, so that the ball 9 on the working state second inclined plane 525 can partially enter the ball second accommodating groove 62 of the shaft core 6 again. Then, the electromagnetic valve 4 is electrified for the second time to drive the connecting rod 5 to move, at this time, the boss 51 pushed by the shaft core on the connecting rod 5 will stir the ball 9, so that the ball 9 is clamped between the boss 51 pushed by the shaft core and the ball tight surface 621 of the ball second accommodating groove 62 of the shaft core 6, as shown in fig. 7, and then the boss 51 pushed by the shaft core and the ball 9 are transmitted by force to push the shaft core to move, thereby opening the bright disc agent to flow out Kong Lailiu and the bright disc agent.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first working state inclined plane 523 is stepwise divided into two sections, i.e., an inner working state transition inclined plane 523A and an outer working state ball falling inclined plane 523B, and the inner section is higher than the outer section, so that the ball cannot roll away from the working state ball falling inclined plane 523B due to the height difference between the working state transition inclined plane 523A and the working state ball falling inclined plane 523B, so as to ensure that when the solenoid valve which is electrified for the first time is reset after power failure, the ball poking boss 61 of the poking boss falling inlet 53 positioned on the right side of the ball first accommodating groove 52 can accurately poke the ball onto the working state second inclined plane 525, thereby improving the reliability of entering from the first working state inclined plane to the second working state inclined plane under the action of the ball poking boss 61;

the ball second accommodating groove (62) faces the section of ball first accommodating groove (52) where the working state second inclined surface (525) is positioned; the shaft core pushing boss (51) stretches into the ball second accommodating groove (62).
