The spring 1215 is compressed in the receiving slot, and the restoring force of the spring 1215 pushes the stopper 1214 to move upward, i.e., the spring 1215 urges the projection 1211 to engage with the recess 1321. When the upper lid 13 is closed, the spring 1215 pushes the stopper rod 1214 upward, so that the projection 1211 of the upper end of the stopper rod 1214 abuts against the groove 1321 on the frontmost side, and the upper lid 13 is restricted from moving relative to the lower case. When the upper cap 13 is opened, the upper cap 13 is rotated relative to the lower case, so that the upper cap 13 applies a downward force to the projection 1211, compressing the spring 1215, thereby disengaging the projection 1211 from the foremost recess 1321 and engaging with the rear recess 1321. When the rotation of the upper cap 13 is stopped, the upper cap 13 stops applying the force to the protrusion 1211, and the protrusion 1211 is engaged with the recess 1321 at the corresponding position, so that the rotation of the upper cap 13 is restricted, thereby maintaining the current angle of the upper cap 13 to be fixed.
In other embodiments, the adjusting mechanism for adjusting the angle of the upper cover 13 relative to the lower case may further include a ratchet assembly, for example, a pawl is rotatably connected to the upper cover 13, the ratchet is disposed on the lower case, and when the upper cover 13 is opened, the opening angle of the upper cover 13 and the lower case is adjusted by selecting teeth on the ratchet engaged with the pawl. When the upper cover 13 is closed, the pawl is disengaged from the ratchet.
