The method of claim 5, further comprising: the manufacturer remote equipment operation control server is provided with a manufacturer equipment management interface and is used for providing management of user access rights of different levels; the authorized user can add, delete and modify the information of manufacturer's equipment, including hardware ID of equipment, hardware ID of wireless agent module and MSISDN access terminal hardware ID and MSISDN of user bound mobile terminal, longest available time limit of wireless agent module, payment state, current running state of equipment, when the available time of wireless agent module is less than K days and not up to the longest available time limit, it can automatically send the reminding recharging information, the K value can be configured according to the need.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising: the wireless agent module has the capability of sensing the running state of attached equipment, and the sensing mode is the change of the power-on state, the temperature, the background noise level or the electromagnetic field intensity.
