Technical Field
The invention relates to a large box girder plate unit structure in mechanical manufacturing, in particular to an automatic assembly method of plate unit angle steel.
Background
The large box girder and plate unit structure is used as a main component of the box girder structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the length of the plate unit structure can reach 30 meters, the width of the plate unit structure can reach 3.5 meters, the structure mainly comprises plate sheets 1 and angle steel 2, 1-6 angle steel 2 on a single plate sheet 1 are arranged side by side, the flat welding positions are welded, and the manufacturing process is simple.

And a detection switch is arranged between the transverse conveying system and the longitudinal conveying system and is used for detecting whether the angle steel is in place.

The angle steel mounting machine grabs the angle steel through the grabbing device.

5) Adjusting the assembly clearance: the assembly clearance between the angle steel and the plate is well controlled by utilizing the up-down adjusting function of the gripping device and the jacking function (the function of adjusting the thickness difference of the thick and thin plate) of the plate adjusting jig frame 10; the slab adjusting jig 10 is a slab jig for placing the mounting angle steel, and can be used for centering and vertically adjusting the slab and adjusting the flatness of the upper surface of the slab with the slab thickness difference. The assembly accuracy is shown in table 2 below.
