the pulling ring (125) is connected with the middle position of the right end of the baffle plate (126) through a screw; the baffle (126) longitudinally penetrates through the inner middle position of the sliding groove (124) and is clamped at the inner middle position of the U-shaped clamping seat (123); the protective cover structure (13) capable of sterilizing and removing mildew comprises a sterilizing switch (131), a storage battery (132), a sterilizing lamp (133), a sterilizing lamp placing groove (134), a lamp holder (135), a distributing hole (136), an anti-corrosion distributing bag (137), a distributing bag placing groove (138) and a protective cover (139), wherein the sterilizing switch (131) is connected to the left side of the upper part of the protective cover (139) through screws; the storage battery (132) is connected with the middle position of the left side inside the bactericidal lamp placing groove (134) through a screw; the sterilizing lamp (133) is connected with the middle position of the inner side of the lamp holder (135) through a screw; the sterilizing lamp placing groove (134) is arranged on the left side inside the protective cover (139); the lamp holder (135) is respectively connected with the middle position of the right side inside the sterilizing lamp placing groove (134) and the right end of the storage battery (132) through screws; the emission hole (136) is formed in the left side of the lower part of the emission bag placing groove (138); the anti-corrosion dispensing bag (137) is arranged in the middle of the inside of the dispensing bag placing groove (138); the emission bag placing groove (138) is formed in the left side of the inside of the protective cover (139); the joint of the feed hopper (4) and the sterilizable mildew-removal protective cover structure (13) is provided with a sealing rubber ring; the rubber sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the discharging pipe (7) and the multifunctional anti-corrosion stirring box structure (12).
