An anus retractor, which is characterized in that: the novel multifunctional traction device comprises a main ring (1), wherein a plurality of channels (2) extending from inside to outside are formed in the main ring (1) along the circumferential direction of the main ring, a traction wire (3) capable of sliding in the channels (2) is arranged in the channels in a penetrating mode, one end of the traction wire (3) is connected with a hook head (4) capable of hooking into perianal tissues, the other end of the traction wire (3) is connected with a movable traction piece (5) capable of moving relative to the main ring (1) to pull each traction wire (3) to slide in the channels (2) simultaneously, and the movable traction piece (5) comprises an auxiliary ring (51) connected with the main ring (1) and capable of moving up and down relative to the main ring (1); or the movable traction piece (5) comprises a rotating shaft (52) which is connected with the main ring (1) and can rotate relative to the main ring (1), and each traction wire (3) is connected to the rotating shaft (52) and can be wound on the rotating shaft (52) when the rotating shaft (52) rotates; or the movable traction piece (5) comprises an auxiliary ring (51) which is connected with the main ring (1) and can rotate along the circumferential direction relative to the main ring (1), a plurality of connecting parts (7) which are connected with corresponding traction wires (3) are arranged on the auxiliary ring (51), a ring groove (6) which is communicated with the channel (2) is arranged on the main ring (1), the connecting parts (7) are inserted into the ring groove (6) and can slide along the circumferential direction in the ring groove (6), the connecting parts (7) are rotary columns which can rotate relative to the auxiliary ring (51), one end of each rotary column is connected with the traction wire (3), the other end of each rotary column is exposed out of the auxiliary ring (51), a plurality of tooth grooves (8) are arranged on the outer side wall of the auxiliary ring (51), clamping pins (9) which can slide along the radial direction and are clamped with the tooth grooves (8) are arranged on the main ring (1), springs (10) which can enable the clamping pins (9) to be clamped with the tooth grooves (8) are further arranged in the main ring (1), and the clamping pins (9) are provided with inclined surfaces which can be extruded by the radial direction of the clamping pins (9) when the clamping pins (51) are arranged at the end parts of the tooth grooves (8) which are extruded.
