The side plate 81 is propped against the supporting seat 84 to be fixed when not unlocked; when the lock is unlocked, the side plate 81 of the unlocking plate 8 swings upwards around a hinge point by lifting the unlocking plate 8, so that the second lock hook 5 positioned on the side plate 81 is driven to swing upwards, the second lock hook 5 swings upwards to drive the first lock pin 6 to move upwards, the first lock hook 4 swings forwards around the hinge point, the first lock hook 4 swinging forwards can enable the second lock pin 7 to be separated from the first lock groove 41, the rocker arm 21 is enabled to recover to a free state, the unlocking process is completed, and the bowl basket 11 can be pushed into the liner 1 after the bowl basket 11 falls to the horizontal state because the second lock hook 5 and the first lock pin 6 only lock the upper and lower positions of the bowl basket 11.
