Background
The toaster is mainly used for electric heating cookers for re-baking sliced bread, not only can bake the sliced bread into brown yellow, but also can make the sliced bread have stronger fragrance and better taste, and promote appetite. The toaster with the automatic bread lifting function on the market has the following working process: the bread is placed in a bread groove of a toaster, the control bracket descends to the bottom of the bread groove, the trigger switch is switched on at the moment, the heating wire starts to work for heating and baking, after the baking reaches the set time, the heating wire is powered off, the motor drives the bracket to ascend to lift the bread, baking is completed, and the bread is lifted upwards from the bread groove by means of the cooperation of the control bracket and the spring. A common problem with this toaster is that the bread cannot spring up when baking a relatively heavy bun, and if the bread is to spring up, the spring force must be increased, but in this case, when baking a relatively light bun, the bun is very prone to spring off after baking is completed. Under the condition that both the bread and the bread are difficult to combine, a customer often chooses a mode of manually lifting the bread without bouncing the bread, but the bread brings trouble to the use of the user and is not beneficial to the use of the user.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the actuating mechanism comprises an upper arc-shaped groove arranged on the left side plate and the right side plate, outer rotating struts and central struts are respectively arranged at the outer side ends of the front bottom plate and the rear bottom plate, the two ends of the central struts are rotationally connected between the left side plate and the right side plate, the outer rotating struts are arranged in the upper arc-shaped groove, the right side plate is provided with a second spring, one end of the second spring is connected with the upper end of the right side plate, the other end of the second spring is connected with the sliding frame, an H-shaped sliding piece is arranged on the back of the sliding frame, two sides of the upper end of the H-shaped sliding piece are outwards arranged to be arc-shaped, and the H-shaped sliding piece is abutted to the lower end of the outer rotating struts.
As a further improvement of the scheme, a lower arc-shaped groove is formed in the left side plate and the right side plate corresponding to the upper arc-shaped groove, an inner rotation supporting rod is further arranged at the outer side end parts of the front bottom plate and the rear bottom plate, the inner rotation supporting rod is arranged in the lower arc-shaped groove, a first spring is arranged on the left side plate, one end of the first spring is connected with the upper end of the left side plate, and the other end of the first spring is connected with the inner rotation supporting rod of the front bottom plate and the rear bottom plate, which are located on the left side plate.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the sliding frame is provided with a contact lug, a circuit board is vertically arranged on the bottom cover, a relay and an electric shock switch which is arranged corresponding to the contact lug are arranged on the circuit board, when the sliding frame slides downwards to the lowest point, the contact lug is abutted to the electric shock switch, and the relay works to attract the sliding frame.
As a further improvement of the scheme, a speed reduction gear is arranged on the right side of the sliding frame, and a speed reduction rack meshed with the speed reduction gear is arranged on the bottom cover.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the back of the sliding frame is provided with a limiting seat, the lower end of the limiting seat is provided with two limiting rods, and the bottom cover is provided with limiting holes corresponding to the limiting rods.
As a further improvement of the scheme, a slide way penetrating to the front end face of the bottom cover is arranged on the bottom cover corresponding to the position of the limiting hole, a stop block is arranged in the slide way, a projection is arranged on the bin gate, when the bin gate is closed, the projection pushes the stop block to cover the limiting hole, a third spring is arranged on the inner side of the stop block, and the third spring is used for resetting the stop block.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the outer parts of the front plate, the rear plate, the left side plate and the right side plate are also provided with a shell, the front surface of the shell is provided with a plurality of control buttons, and the side surface of the shell is provided with a sliding groove corresponding to the position of the handle.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
compared with the prior art, the printer toaster is characterized in that the bottom cover is arranged below the bottom plate, the discharging bin is arranged below the bottom cover, the bottom plate is formed by splicing the front bottom plate and the rear bottom plate, the right side plate is provided with the actuating mechanism linked with the sliding frame, and the actuating mechanism is used for controlling the opening and closing of the front bottom plate and the rear bottom plate. The current bottom plate and the back bottom plate are in an open state, and baked bread falls to the discharging bin from between the front bottom plate and the back bottom plate. The printer-type toaster is different from the traditional toaster, when the printer-type toaster is used, bread is put into the furnace chamber from the upper side just like a printer, and falls into the discharging bin from the furnace chamber after baking is finished, and is sent out from the front side of the toaster, so that the traditional toaster is prevented from being matched with a control bracket and a spring, the bread can be conveniently bounced up from a bread groove by virtue of the cooperation of the control bracket and the spring, and the printer-type toaster can be conveniently used by a user.

Detailed Description

When the bin door 25 is closed, the stop block 26 covers the limiting hole, the handle is pulled downwards, the limiting rod is in butt joint with the stop block 26, the sliding frame 5 cannot move downwards, the heating grid 3 cannot clamp and bake the bread, and the toaster does not work. The outside of front bezel, back plate, left side board 1, right side board 2 still is provided with shell 27, and shell 27 openly is provided with a plurality of control button 28, and shell 27 side corresponds handle 6 position and is provided with the spout.
