Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of livestock breeding equipment, in particular to an animal ear tag and a detaching tool.
Background
In the livestock breeding industry, in order to facilitate production management, the raised animal individuals need to be marked, and a common method is ear marking. The earmark is divided into a traditional printed earmark and a latest popular electronic earmark, and the RFID technology is a common electronic earmark application, and can be integrated with a pasture management system, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the application prospect is wide. The current ear tag belongs to a disposable product, the cost is relatively high, the ear tag is well applied to single high-value pigs, sheep and the like for cattle and species, and the cost to be further reduced when the equivalent values of other commercial pigs, sheep and the like are low.
In addition, besides the suspended immune ear tag which is compulsorily required by the veterinary authorities, the farm also has internal numbers, seed numbers and the like, and can possibly mark the same animal for two or three times, double ears hang tags, and the phenomenon that a plurality of tags are hung on one ear can possibly produce adverse effects on the growth of the animal, and the tags are easily dropped by one ear.
Therefore, a solution is needed in production, which can give consideration to the immune ear tag and the electronic ear tag, is convenient for marking animals for multiple times, and can recycle certain high-performance electronic ear tags, thereby saving cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the invention provides an animal ear tag and a disassembly tubing, wherein the animal ear tag solves the problem that a plurality of single tags are hung on one ear of an animal; the animal ear tag can be detached and reused by disassembling the tubing, so that the use cost is saved.
The technical scheme is as follows: the animal ear tag of the invention comprises a double-tag ear tag and a female tag which can be detachably connected with the double-tag ear tag,
-the double-tag ear nail comprises a back disc and a nail rod vertically arranged on the back disc, wherein the end part of the nail rod is sequentially sleeved with a plurality of nail heads for connecting ear tags and female nails from inside to outside;
-the female nail comprises a marking disc, and a nail hole provided on the marking disc for connection with the nail head.
The end of the nail rod is sequentially sleeved with an inner nail head and an outer nail head which are respectively connected with the ear tag and the female nail from inside to outside.
The double-label ear nail (1) and the back plate (11) are dip-coated with disinfectant or antibiotic, thereby omitting the disinfection procedure for the ear during marking.
The inner nail head area of the double-label earnail can be marked with a common epidemic prevention earmark (inner earmark), and the outer nail head can be marked with a detachable female nail as an outer ear mark (electronic earmark).
Wherein the back plate is circular, and the inner nail head is conical; the lower end of the outer nail head is provided with an elastic tail wing which is in an arrowhead shape, and the maximum diameter of the inner nail head is larger than that of the outer nail head.
In order to realize online management through a management system, the surface of the marking disc is provided with a two-dimensional code, and an RFID chip is arranged in the marking disc, so that a visual electronic ear tag is formed. The RFID chip of the external ear tag is identified by using the RFID chip code scanner, or the two-dimensional code on the surface of the external ear tag is scanned by using a mobile phone, so that the on-line management is realized, and the labor and time are saved.
The disassembly tubing for the animal ear tag comprises tubing capable of replacing an ear tag needle on the ear tag pliers, wherein the tubing comprises a tube head and a bolt connected with the tube head, and the bolt can be matched with the ear tag pliers.
When needed, the detachable female nail can be taken down by replacing the ear tag needle on the ear tag pliers with the detachable tubing.
The beneficial effects are that: 1. the invention can realize double or multiple ear marks, and reduces marking of the other ear of the animal; 2. the electronic ear tag on the outer side can be reused, so that the use cost is reduced; 3. is beneficial to the growth of animals.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an animal ear tag according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a double tag ear 1 and a female tag 2 detachably connected to the double tag ear 1.
The double-tag ear nail 1 is composed of a back plate 11, a nail rod 12 and a nail head 13, wherein the nail rod 12 is vertically arranged on the back plate 11, and an inner nail head 131 and an outer nail head 132 which are respectively connected with the ear tag 3 and the female nail 2 are sequentially sleeved at the outward end part of the nail rod 12 from inside to outside.
The female nail 2 comprises a marking disc 21 and a nail hole 22 arranged on the marking disc 21, wherein the nail hole 22 is matched with the outer nail head 132. The surface of the marking disc 21 is provided with a two-dimensional code 23, and the inside of the marking disc is provided with an RFID chip 24, so that an electronic ear tag is formed.
The ear tag 3 can be made of the same general ear tag, the outer nail head 132 is made of copper or stainless steel, the large end below is provided with an arrow-shaped tail wing, the rear end is hollow and has certain elasticity, and the diameter of the widest part of the outer nail head 132 is smaller than the diameter of the bottommost end of the inner nail head 131.
The detachable pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pipe 4, and the pipe 4 includes a pipe head 41 and a bolt 42 connected to the pipe head 41, and the bolt 42 can be used in combination with ear tag pliers. The inner nail head area of the double-label earnail 1 can be marked with an ordinary epidemic prevention earmark 3, the outer nail head 132 can be marked with a detachable female nail 2 as an electronic earmark, and when needed, the female nail 2 can be taken down by replacing the earmark needle on the earmark pliers with a detachable tubing.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when in use, the inner nail head 131 can be marked with an immune ear tag 3 by using common ear tag pliers, and the outer nail head 132 is marked with an electronic ear tag, and the double-tag ear tag and the back plate are coated with disinfectant or antibiotics in a dip-coating manner.
When the animals sell or die, the outer electronic ear tag female nails 2 can be removed by using a tool, and only the inner immune ear tags 3 are reserved. The method specifically comprises the steps of taking down an ear tag needle on an ear tag clamp, screwing a pipe to replace the ear tag needle through a bolt 42, clamping the lower part of the ear tag clamp at the lower end of an inner nail head 131, aligning an upper pipe head 41 with an outer nail head 132, clamping the ear tag clamp forcefully, extruding a hollow part at the middle rear part of the outer nail head 132 by the pipe head 41, contracting a tail wing, propping the outer ear tag female nail 2 outwards by using the other hand when the maximum diameter is smaller than the aperture of the outer ear tag female nail 2, loosening the ear tag clamp, taking out the outer ear tag female nail 2, sterilizing and airing for later use.
