9. A method of constructing a modular house using a modular house building structure according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, leveling the ground according to the geological detection report, pouring a reinforced concrete strip foundation, and arranging the pre-embedding of an uplift anchor bolt at a corner;
s2, fixing the ground anchor on the anti-pulling anchor bolt and tamping the ground anchor to ensure that the ground anchor support panel is matched with the ground, and then reasonably adjusting the anchor nesting piece according to the height of the ground so as to ensure that the ground anchor and the ground are kept horizontal;
s3, fixing the channel steel opening upwards on a laid flat structure to serve as a ground beam, and fixing the ground beam and the ground through a plurality of angle steels;
s4, hoisting the house body (1) which is transported to the construction site, and placing the house body (1) in the ground beam to be fixed with the ground beam; after the house body (1) is installed, hoisting and installing the floor module;
the construction steps of splicing and fixing the house body are as follows:
s41, lifting the second fixing plate (3) and fixing the second fixing plate with the ground beam, and then lifting the first fixing plate (2) and stopping the first fixing plate at a position vertical to the end face of the second fixing plate (3);
s42, fixing the first support plate (5) and the second support plate (6) by using a locking piece (7), and meanwhile, compressing a plurality of first elastic pieces (43) arranged between the first connecting plate (41) and the second connecting plate (42);
s43, inserting the locking block (4) on the first fixing plate (2) into the sliding groove (31), then unscrewing all the locking pieces (7), and enabling the second support plate (6) to be in contact with the inner side wall of the sliding groove (31) under the pushing force of the first elastic piece (43);
s5, hoisting and installing the modules of the two-layer house body (1), separately arranging fittings on the wall cap for closing up, and bonding the extruded sheet on the wall cap by using an adhesive tape;
s6, hoisting and installing the gable wall, and then hoisting and installing the roof truss, the ridge girder and the roof panel respectively;
and S7, mounting the ridge cover plate and performing local correction and reinforcement processing.
