Technical Field

Background
The weaving principle is a general name taken from spinning and weaving, but with the continuous development and improvement of a weaving knowledge system and a subject system, particularly after non-woven textile materials, three-dimensional compound weaving and other technologies are produced, the weaving is not only traditional spinning and weaving, but also comprises a non-woven fabric technology, a three-dimensional weaving technology, an electrostatic nano-web forming technology and the like.
At present, when textiles are processed, especially when wool is dyed, most of the wool is directly dyed through a dye vat, but the dye in the dye vat can be precipitated, and the wool can be bonded if the dyed wool is not dried in the dyeing process.
Therefore, the need of developing a dyeing and drying device for spinning wool which can not generate precipitation and can not influence the dyeing quality and can dry wool in time in the dyeing process by stirring dyes is needed to overcome the defects that the dyeing quality is influenced by the precipitation of dyes and the wool is bonded because the wool cannot be dried in time in the dyeing process when the wool is dyed at present.
Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects that the dyeing quality is influenced by the precipitation of dye and the bonding of the wool is caused by the fact that the wool cannot be dried in time in the dyeing process when the wool is dyed at present, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the wool dyeing and drying equipment for spinning, which can stir the dye to ensure that the precipitation of the dye does not influence the dyeing quality and the wool can be dried in time in the dyeing process.

The working principle is as follows: when a user needs to dye the textile wool, the user can sleeve the wool winding reel on the second sleeve wheel, then sleeve an empty winding reel on the first sleeve wheel, draw out the wool from the wool winding reel, and connect the wool to the lower side of the empty winding reel after passing through the lower sides of the two rollers, at the moment, the user can add the dye into the dye box, then the user can start the first electric wheel and the second electric wheel, the first electric wheel drives the first sleeve wheel to rotate anticlockwise, the first sleeve wheel drives the empty winding reel to rotate anticlockwise, so that the empty winding reel recovers the wool, the wool moves rightwards in the dye box through the two rollers, so as to drive the wool winding reel and the second sleeve wheel to rotate anticlockwise, the second electric wheel drives the turntable to rotate clockwise, the turntable drives the moving rod to rotate clockwise, the moving rod drives the first sliding block to move leftwards and rightwards in the first sliding rail, and the first sliding rail is driven to move upwards and downwards, first slide rail drives the guide rail and reciprocates, thereby it reciprocates to drive the gyro wheel, thereby make the gyro wheel drive the different degree of depth of knitting wool in the dyestuff incasement and reciprocate, thereby can make the knitting wool dye the dyestuff of the different degree of depth, avoid causing the inhomogeneous condition of dyeing because the dyestuff deposits, after the dyeing is accomplished, the user can close first electronic round and the electronic round of second, then the user can open the valve, thereby make the dyestuff discharge in the dyestuff case, the user can collect the dyestuff that flows down in the unloading pipe this moment, then the user can take out the spool on the first cover of taking turns.

Because still including second installation piece and heating wire, connecting plate downside left is connected with the second installation piece, and second installation piece left side below is connected with the heating wire, and the heating wire is located the flabellum below, and when the user needs quick the not dry dyestuff on the knitting wool to dry, the user can start the heating wire, when the flabellum rotation is bloied, will blow the heating wire to make the flabellum blow out hot-blast drying to the not dry dyestuff on the knitting wool.
Because the dye stirring device also comprises a dye stirring device which comprises a box body, a third bearing seat, a third rotating rod, a sealing ring, a stirring blade, a first gear, a fourth bearing seat, a fourth rotating rod, a second gear, a third gear and a rack, the dye stirring device is arranged in the dye box, the middle part in the dye box is connected with the box body, the upper side of the box body is provided with an opening, the lower parts of the left wall and the right wall of the box body are both connected with the third bearing seat, the third rotating rod is connected with the third rotating rod in the third bearing seat, the lower part of the outer side of the box body is both connected with the sealing ring, the third rotating rod is sleeved in the sealing ring, the outer side of the third rotating rod is uniformly connected with the stirring blade, the position of the middle part of the third rotating rod, which is positioned at the right side in the box body, the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the box body are both connected with, the fourth bull stick middle part is connected with the third gear, first slide rail downside middle part is connected with the rack, the rack stretches into in the box, the rack is located the third gear rear, rack and third gear engagement, when the user need stir the dyestuff in the dyestuff case and avoid it to appear deposiing when influencing dyeing quality, when first slide rail reciprocated, first slide rail drives the rack and reciprocates, the rack reciprocates and will drive the third gear rotatory, the third gear drives the fourth bull stick rotatory, the fourth bull stick drives the second gear rotatory, the second gear drives the first gear rotatory, the first gear drives the third bull stick rotatory, the third bull stick drives the stirring leaf rotatory, thereby make the stirring leaf stir the dyestuff in the dyestuff case, avoid appearing deposiing.
(3) Advantageous effects
The invention achieves the effects that the dye is stirred to ensure that the dye cannot be precipitated and the dyeing quality is not influenced, and the knitting wool can be dried in time in the dyeing process, the knitting wool can be contacted with dyes at different depths in a mode that the second electric wheel and the first electric wheel drive the knitting wool to move up and down for dyeing, the knitting wool can be directly dried after dyeing is finished in a mode that the first electric wheel drives the fan blades to rotate and the electric heating wires are used for heating, the bonding of the knitting wool is avoided, and the dye in the dye box can be stirred by the stirring blades to ensure that the dye cannot be precipitated.
