When the unbundling pay-off device for the prestressed steel strands is dismounted, the split wire rods 6 are firstly dismounted, and then the square steel stand columns 4 are moved out of the inverted T-shaped grooves of the groove-shaped steel base 3 to finish dismounting, so that the dismounting is very convenient and fast.
