Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a tubeless polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane that solves one or more problems due to the limitations and disadvantages of the prior art.
To achieve the object of the present invention, in one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tubeless polymer modified asphalt waterproofing sheet comprising: an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer and an asphalt layer positioned between the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer,
wherein the upper surface layer comprises:
a reinforcing film covering a middle region of the asphalt layer to expose edge portions of both sides of the asphalt layer; and
the isolation edge film covers the edge parts of the two sides of the asphalt layer;
the asphalt layer includes: the self-adhesive asphalt layer is arranged on the modified asphalt layer;
the lower surface layer is an isolating film.
Preferably, the reinforced film is a HDPE, PET, PP polymeric film or sheet.
Preferably, the reinforcing film is a monolayer film or a multilayer composite film.
Preferably, the PET film is a PET original film, a PET-PE composite film or a PET aluminized film.
Preferably, the isolation edge film is a PET silicon-coated oil film, and the isolation film is a PE silicon-coated oil film or a PET silicon-coated oil film.
Preferably, the thickness of the self-adhesive asphalt layer is more than 0.4mm, and the self-adhesive asphalt layer is positioned at the bottom layer of the asphalt layer.
Preferably, two overlapping lines parallel to the web edge are provided on the reinforcing film near the edge portion.
Preferably, the waterproof roll further comprises: the width of the edge parts at two sides of the exposed asphalt layer is different.
Preferably, the two overlap lines are at the same distance from the corresponding web edge.
The matrix-free polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of both a modified asphalt coiled material and a self-adhesive asphalt coiled material, is convenient to use, and the sandwich layer is made of a common modified asphalt material or special modified asphalt, so that the heat resistance and the aging resistance of the coiled material can be improved, the application range of the matrix-free self-adhesive coiled material is expanded, and the production cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. Examples of these preferred embodiments are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments of the present invention shown in the drawings and described according to the drawings are merely exemplary, and the technical spirit of the present invention and the main operation thereof are not limited to these embodiments.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid obscuring the present invention with unnecessary details, only the structures and/or processing steps closely related to the scheme according to the present invention are shown in the drawings, and other details not so relevant to the present invention are omitted.
Example 1
Fig. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a rubber-tyress polymer-modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with a self-adhesive layer according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the waterproof roll is composed of three parts, wherein the first part is an upper surface layer of the roll, the second part is a middle asphalt layer, and the third part is a lower surface layer, and the three parts form the non-padding polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll with a self-adhesive layer.
The upper surface layer includes a reinforcing film 1, the reinforcing film 1 covers the middle area of the asphalt layer and exposes edge portions (exposed edge portions are joint edges) on both sides of the asphalt layer, and the exposed edge portions (joint edges) are covered with the isolation edge films 4a and 4 b. In the embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing film 1 may be a polymer film or sheet such as HDPE (high density polyethylene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PP (polypropylene), etc., and the barrier rib film may be a PET silicon-coated oil film, as an example. The reinforcing film may be a single layer film or a multilayer composite film. When the reinforcing film is a PET film, the PET film may be a raw PET film, a PET-PE composite film, or a PET aluminum-plated film, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The asphalt layer portion may have a two-or more-layer structure. In the case of two layers, from top to bottom, the first layer can be a modified asphalt material or a special asphalt material 2-1, and the second layer is a self-adhesive asphalt material 2-2. The modified asphalt layer 2-1 may be, for example, an SBS-modified asphalt material, an APP-modified asphalt material, or the like. The special asphalt material can be root-resistant asphalt material, salt and alkali resistant modified material, flame retardant modified material, etc. In the case where the asphalt layer is divided into a plurality of layers, the lowermost layer is a self-adhesive asphalt layer, and the other layers may be modified asphalt materials and/or special asphalt materials. In the embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the self-adhesive asphalt layer is more than 0.4 mm.
The lower surface layer is formed by the separation film 3. The release film 3 may be a silicone oil-coated PE (polyethylene) or PET release film.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, as an example, the overall thickness of the waterproof roll may be, for example, 1.0 to 2.0mm, the thickness of the modified asphalt layer may be, for example, 0.6 to 1.6mm, the thickness of the self-adhesive asphalt layer may be, for example, 0.4 to 1.0mm, the overall width of the roll may be, for example, 1000mm, the width of the HDPE or PET reinforcing film may be, for example, 950mm, the widths of the barrier ribs may be, for example, 50mm and 70mm, respectively, and the width of the PE barrier film may be, for example, 1060 mm. These values are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the waterproofing membrane of the present invention can be flexibly set according to actual needs.
As described above, the non-padding polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material with the self-adhesive layer disclosed by the invention has the advantages of both the modified asphalt coiled material and the self-adhesive asphalt coiled material, is convenient to use, and the sandwich layer is made of common modified asphalt material or special modified asphalt, so that the heat resistance and the aging resistance of the coiled material can be improved, the application range of the non-padding self-adhesive coiled material is expanded, and the production cost is reduced.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the roll for waterproofing in the present embodiment is provided with a crossover on the reinforcing layer in addition to the structure in fig. 1. The asphalt layer, the first overlapping edge 2a and the second overlapping edge 2b are exposed at two sides of the reinforced film 1.
Two overlapping wires, namely a first overlapping wire 1a and a second overlapping wire 2b, are respectively arranged on the reinforcing film 1 near the two overlapping edges 2a, 2 b. The first overlap line 1a and the second overlap line 2b are parallel to the web edge.
As shown in fig. 2, the first overlapping edge 2a and the second overlapping edge 2b may have an asymmetrical structure (or referred to as an off-symmetrical structure), i.e., the first overlapping edge 2a and the second overlapping edge 2b have different widths. As an example, the widths of the first overlapping edge 2a and the second overlapping edge 2b may be 2cm and 5cm, respectively, and the values of the widths listed here are only preferred examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. On the other hand, the first overlapping thread 1a and the second overlapping thread 1b may be symmetrically disposed on the reinforcing film of the waterproof roll, that is, the first overlapping thread 1a and the second overlapping thread 1b may be equidistant from the corresponding roll edge. As an example, the first overlap line 1a and the second overlap line 2a are at a distance of 8-10cm from the corresponding web edge, which value is only a preferred example and is not intended to limit the invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first overlapping line and the second overlapping line may be formed on the reinforcing film 1 by coating, printing, or the like, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Furthermore, the embodiment of the invention also standardizes the lapping width, not only solves the problem of edge warping of the coiled material, but also improves the waterproof reliability and widens the application range of the self-adhesive coiled material without the tyre.
Generally speaking, the waterproofing membrane of taking overlap joint line that this embodiment is disclosed not only can improve the heat resistance and the ageing resistance ability of coiled material, can also improve the efficiency of construction, improves the standardization of construction, but the wide non-exposure aspect, underground and the indoor engineering waterproof that are used for all kinds of buildings.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and any equivalent transformation techniques based on the present invention should be within the scope of the present invention.
