本发明公开了一种滚轴划痕机,属于机电技术领域。所述的一种滚轴划痕机包括机架、输送带、滚轴,所述的输送带安装在机架中间位置,所述的滚轴共有两根,分别对称安装在输送带的两侧。其中所述的每根滚轴有两节可以调节距离的滚轴组成,每一节滚轴上设有一把刀片,用于将输送带上的长条材料进行划痕或切断。本发明的有益效果在于:所述的滚轴划痕机可以准确快速地给每一根长条进行划痕或切断,其制造成本低,操作方便。

本实发明涉及机电技术领域,特别涉及一种滚轴划痕机。
背景技术
随着工业城市的发展,我们生活中常需要到将一些长条状的东西进行折弯或安装使用时沿划痕处轻轻折断等。目前我们在安装使用一般采用的方法是沿长条方向用尺子和小刀慢慢进行切割。市场也出现了一些类似的划痕机,但是这是划痕机一般都是构造复杂,制造成本较高,不适合家庭使用的推广。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的要提供一种滚轴划痕机。
本发明采用的具体技术方案是:
一种滚轴划痕机包括机架、输送带、滚轴,所述的输送带安装在机架中间位置,所述的滚轴共有两根,分别对称安装在输送带的两侧,滚轴上设有左刀片和右刀片用于将输送带上的长条材料进行划痕或切断。
优选:所述的一种滚轴划痕机还包括调节槽,所述的调节槽共有四个,分别位于两边的左轴承座和右轴承座底部,用于调节两个根滚轴之间的距离,以便适合切割不同大小的长条材料。
优选:所述的一种滚轴划痕机还包括中心定位板,所述的中心定位板有多种规格,位于输送带的首端,并可以自由拆卸更换。用于固定需要划痕的长条材料保持在输送带中心线上。
优选:其中所述的每根滚轴由两节滚轴组成,中间通过导柱和弹簧连接。其中所述的导柱为硬度高的刚性材料做成,并且其外表多边形的柱体,以便两节滚轴之间的动力的输送。
优选:所述的滚轴右边滚轴连接电机,左边滚轴通过连轴套与气压缸的伸缩杆相连。在气压缸、导柱和弹簧的共同作用下可以调节两节滚轴之间的连接距离。
优选:为了不让气压缸随滚轴的转动而发生转动,连轴套与滚轴接触的一端设有滚动轴承。
优选:所述的左刀片安装在左滚轴上,所述的右刀片安装在右滚轴上。所述的左刀片和右刀片均为扇形状,刀片三面为锋利的切割面。
优选:所述的一种滚轴划痕机还包括出料口,所述的出料口位于输送带的尾端,用于排出输送带上细小的碎渣或其他小件的切料。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.所述的滚轴划痕机可以准确快速地给每一根长条进行划痕或切断,其制造成本低,操作方便。
2.两根滚轴之间的轴承座可以调节,有利于切割不同大小的长以及调节对长条材料所要求切割的深度。
3.每根滚轴由两节滚轴通过导柱和弹簧连接,有利于调节左刀片和右刀片的距离,以便适合切割不同长度的长条材料。
4.所述的导柱为多边形,有利于两节滚轴之间的动力传输。

现在结合附图做进一步详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,所述的一种滚轴划痕机包括:机架1、输送带2、滚轴3、机罩壳4、出料口5、控制电箱6、调节槽7、中心定位板8,其中所述的滚轴3包括有:电机31、右轴承座32、右刀片33、弹簧34、导柱35、左刀片36、连轴套37、左轴承座38、气压缸39。
所述的一种滚轴划痕机主要是通过输送带2将长条料输送到滚轴3处,所述的滚轴3上安装有扇形的左刀片36和右刀片33,在滚轴3的转动下带动刀片完成划痕的切割。其中所述的输送带2安装在机架1中间位置,所述的滚轴3共有两根,分别对称安装在输送带2的两侧。所述的调节槽7共有四个,分别位于两边的左轴承座38和右轴承座32底部,用于调节两个根滚轴3之间的距离,以便适合切割不同大小的长条材料。所述的中心定位板8设有多种规格,位于输送带2的首端,并可以自由拆卸更换。用于固定需要划痕的长条材料保持在输送带2中心线上。其中所述的每根滚轴3由两节滚轴组成,中间通过导柱35和弹簧34连接。其中所述的导柱35为硬度高的刚性材料做成,并且其外表多边形的柱体,以便两节滚轴之间的动力的输送。所述的电机31安装在滚轴3的右端,用于带动滚轴的转动,所述的气压缸39的伸缩杆通过连轴套37与滚轴3的左端相连。在气压缸39、导柱35和弹簧34的共同作用下可以调节两节滚轴之间的连接距离。为了不让气压缸39随滚轴3的转动而发生转动,连轴套37与滚轴3接触的一端设有滚动轴承。所述的左刀片36安装在左滚轴上,所述的右刀片33安装在右滚轴上。所述的左刀片36和右刀33片均为扇形状,刀片三面为锋利的切割面。所述的出料口5位于输送带2的尾端,用于排出输送带2上细小的碎渣或其他小件的切料。所述的机罩壳4位于机架1上端用于保护滚轴3,防止滚轴3的刀片被其他东西打坏。所述的控制电箱6用于控制整个设备的电路通断状况。

1.一种滚轴划痕机,其特征在于,包括机架、输送带、滚轴,所述的输送带安装在机架中间位置,所述的滚轴共有两根,分别对称安装在输送带的两侧,滚轴上设有左刀片和右刀片,用于将输送带上的长条材料进行划痕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚轴划痕机,其特征在于,还包括调节槽,所述的调节槽共有四个,分别位于两边的左轴承座和右轴承座底部,用于调节两个根滚轴之间的距离。
