The invention relates to important equipment for sizing a steel billet in hot sawing, which is characterized in that after the steel billet enters a roller way group, a sizing clamp clamps the steel billet, the steel billet is sized and conveyed into a sawing jaw under the pushing of a sizing vehicle body, a clamping arm of the sizing clamp can swing up and down and left and right along with the steel billet in operation when the steel billet is clamped, in order to push the steel billet into the jaw more smoothly, a swinging seat swings upwards by 5-8mm near the jaw side under the pushing of a lifting hydraulic cylinder, and after the jaw clamps the steel billet, the sizing clamp is quickly reset.
The advantages of the invention are obvious and mainly expressed in that:
1. the invention enlarges the external dimension of the clamping arm, and adopts a water cooling system, thereby well improving the condition of reduced heating strength of the clamping arm.
2. The fixed-length clamp can swing up and down and left and right along with the steel billet, so that the impact of the curved hot steel billet on the fixed-length clamp when the curved hot steel billet runs in the roller way group is effectively solved.
