Abstract
The invention discloses a universal filter of refrigeration equipment, which comprises a cylinder body, a front end cover and a rear end cover, wherein the front end cover and the rear end cover are arranged at two ends of the cylinder body; a first metal net is arranged in one end, close to the front end cover, of the cylinder body, and a second metal net is arranged at the other end, opposite to the first metal net; a drying agent is arranged between the first metal net and the second metal net in the cylinder body; the barrel outside is provided with the import near front end housing one end, and is provided with the export for the import other end. Background
The refrigerator filter-drier is a very important component in the whole refrigeration system, and mainly functions to filter out moisture and impurities in the refrigeration system, which may cause pipeline blockage. However, in many refrigeration systems, the installation is different, seemingly endless, and in fact there is a reasonable installation, i.e. the filter inlet is below and the filter outlet is upward; the drying filter mainly plays a role in filtering impurities; generally, this is based on the refrigeration system of the refrigerator, air conditioner to determine the specifications of the dryer, such as the diameter, the inside diameter, the outside diameter, and the internal components, such as the filter bowl, the mesh cloth, and the molecular sieve; good adsorptivity, bulk density, static water adsorption and the like; if the refrigerator system is well configured, the generated impurities are few, the problems of ice blockage and the like can not be caused, and the service life of the dryer is 7-10 years; therefore, a general type filter for a refrigerating apparatus is very important in the use of the refrigerating apparatus.
However, in the use of refrigeration equipment at present, when the filter is dried in the installation, the fixed connection is usually carried out in a welding mode, if the filter is blocked or damaged and difficult to replace after the fixed connection, the filter can only be replaced in a whole piece, the use is inconvenient, meanwhile, the ice blockage situation often happens at the joint of the filter, the refrigeration equipment is broken down and cannot be normally used, the joint is heated by a welding gun when in need, the maintenance process is complicated, and the use is inconvenient. Therefore, a general type filter of a refrigerating apparatus is proposed to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving the above problems by providing a universal filter for a refrigeration apparatus.
The invention achieves the purpose through the following technical scheme, and the universal filter of the refrigeration equipment comprises a cylinder body, a front end cover and a rear end cover, wherein the front end cover and the rear end cover are arranged at two ends of the cylinder body; a first metal net is arranged in one end, close to the front end cover, of the cylinder body, and a second metal net is arranged at the other end, opposite to the first metal net; a drying agent is arranged between the first metal net and the second metal net in the cylinder body; an inlet is formed in one end, close to the front end cover, of the outer portion of the cylinder, and an outlet is formed in the other end, opposite to the inlet, of the outer portion of the cylinder;
the inlet is connected with the first connecting mechanism, and one end of the first connecting mechanism is fixedly connected with the inlet; the first connecting mechanism comprises a trichosanthes kirilowii maxim connecting sleeve, a first fastening bolt and a first fixing plate, and a fixing hole is formed in the connecting sleeve; the first fixing plate is of an arc-shaped structure, and a fixing connecting column is arranged at the center of the top of the first fixing plate; the fixing hole is connected with a first fastening bolt and a second fastening bolt, and the other ends of the first fastening bolt and the second fastening bolt are respectively in threaded connection with a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate; a sealing gasket is arranged on the inner wall of the first fixing plate; and an electric heating wire mesh distributed annularly is arranged in the inner cavity of the connecting sleeve.
Preferably, the pore size of the first expanded metal is larger than that of the second expanded metal.
Preferably, the number of the fixing holes is two, and the fixing holes are symmetrically arranged on the connecting sleeve.
Preferably, the inner wall of the fixing hole is provided with an internal thread, and the fixing hole is connected with the first fastening bolt and the second fastening bolt in a matched mode.
Preferably, the second fixing plate and the first fixing plate are identical in structure, and the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are installed in a matched mode.

the inlet 7 is connected with a first connecting mechanism 8, and one end of the first connecting mechanism 8 is fixedly connected with the inlet 7; the first connecting mechanism 8 comprises a first connecting sleeve 11, a first fastening bolt 12 and a first fixing plate 13, and a fixing hole 1101 is formed in the connecting sleeve 11; the fixing holes 1101 are connected with a first fastening bolt 12 and a second fastening bolt 14, and the other ends of the first fastening bolt 12 and the second fastening bolt 14 are respectively in threaded connection with a first fixing plate 13 and a second fixing plate 15; a sealing gasket 16 is arranged on the inner wall of the first fixing plate 13, and the sealing gasket 16 is used for improving the sealing property when the first fixing plate 13 is connected; the electric heating wire nets 17 distributed annularly are arranged in the inner cavity of the connecting sleeve 11, and the electric heating wire nets 17 are beneficial to processing ice blockage at the joint, so that the use convenience of the device is improved.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the filter is used, firstly, the first fastening bolt 12 and the second fastening bolt 14 are loosened, the first fixing plate 13 and the second fixing plate 15 which need to be used are selected and installed on the first fastening bolt 12 and the second fastening bolt 14, so that the first connecting mechanism 8 is connected with a condenser, the second connecting mechanism 10 is connected with a capillary tube, after the installation is finished, the first fastening bolt 12 and the second fastening bolt 14 are screwed, so that the filter is suitable for refrigeration equipment with different pipe diameters, when the filter is used, the first filter screen 4 filters impurities in refrigerant, when the refrigerant flows through the drying agent 6, the refrigerant is dried, the refrigerant 6 absorbs moisture in the refrigerant, the capillary tube or an expansion valve is prevented from being blocked by the refrigerant, the normal operation of a refrigeration system is ensured, meanwhile, when the filter is used, the electric heating wire mesh 17 is connected with a control switch of the refrigeration equipment, when the joint of the filter is blocked by ice, the electric heating wire mesh 17 can be directly started to heat the joint, so that the problem of ice blockage is solved, the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the application range is wide.
