技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及太阳能建筑节能技术领域,具体涉及一种外窗保温隔热空气集热器。
背景技术
[0002] 对太阳能资源丰富、昼夜温差大的地区,其被动太阳能热利用技术应用十分广泛, 针对当地气象条件,如何更科学合理的利用太阳能以改善室内热环境,减少建筑能耗,是当 今一个重要课题。此类地区大多南向开窗面积大,夜晚散热严重,而外窗是围护结构热工性 能中最薄弱的部位。目前,提升建筑外窗的保温、隔热性能常常是采用双层中空玻璃、内置 保温窗帘或外置保温隔热板等方式。
[0003] 传统的外窗保温、隔热技术,如使用双层中空玻璃或内置保温窗帘,虽然也起到一 定的保温、隔热作用,但是由于玻璃的传热系数较大,在冬季晚上易散失大量热量、夏季进 入大量热量,使得建筑采暖空调能耗大大增加,不利于地区建筑节能。现在市场上也出现了 许多新兴的方法,如使用可移动的保温百叶装置或可移动的外窗保温装置,都是通过外置 保温隔热板提高外窗的热工性能,制作为移动式,亦可方便人们的不同需求,但在太阳辐射 强时,若移动活动板遮住外窗,虽能有效的防止室内眩光,但却阻隔了进入室内的太阳辐射 热量。对于空气集热器,常常安装在外墙或屋顶上,可在冬天有效的为室内供热风,但其大 多都为固定式,不够灵活,占用建筑空间大,不能充分利用其资源。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是提供一种外窗保温隔热空气集热器,其结合了外窗保温、隔热技 术和太阳能空气集热器技术,不仅能以人们需求启闭装置达到保温、隔热的作用,亦可利用 太阳光为室内源源不断送入热风。

[0015] 在冬季晚上时,相对推动空气集热器,使空气集热器移动至窗户前部,并保持排气 扇打开,第一通风口、第二通风口上的控风阀关闭,所述的蓄放热层散热使集热箱中的空气 被加热,排气扇将加热后的空气导入到室内;
[0016] 在夏季白天室内无需采光时,将空气集热器移动至窗户前部,阻挡阳光通过窗户 射入室内,并关闭排气扇,打开第一通风口、第二通风口上的控风阀;

[0027] 本方案中提出了一种空气集热器10,其结构如图3和图4所示。该空气集热器10包 括集热箱2,集热箱2采用保温隔热材料制成,所述的保温隔热材料可以采用例如真空绝热 板,发泡陶瓷板、挤塑聚苯板、发泡聚氨酯等,使得集热箱2的侧壁能有效地隔绝内部热量的 散失。本实施例中,集热箱2采用聚苯乙烯挤塑板制成,并利用蜂窝铝板在内部进行支撑以 增强其结构。集热箱2的侧面上有透光隔热层5,该透光隔热层5的作用是使得阳光穿过该层 射入到集热箱2内部,使得集热箱2内部被加温;优选地,所述的透光隔热层5可采用例如双 层中空玻璃。由于集热箱2采用保温隔热材料,并且双层中空玻璃能有效防止热量散失,因 此阳光射入到集热箱2内部后,可以使集热箱2内部保持较高的温度。
[0028] 为了使得空气集热器10能适应不同的使用需求,本方案中在集热箱2中设置了蓄 放热层4。蓄放热层4的作用是在阳光照射时,蓄放热层4升温并存储热量,而当外界温度下 降,例如在夜晚时,蓄放热层4又能散发出热量以供室内使用。蓄放热层4可以采用相变材料 制成。相变材料可以采用无机水合盐,例如硫酸钠、醋酸钠、氯化钙、磷酸氢钠或其混合物, 也可以采用有机储能材料,例如石蜡、脂酸类、多元醇等。
[0029] 本方案中,透光隔热层5上设置了第一通风口 3、第二通风口 6,分别连接建筑外墙1 上的第一换风口 7、第二换风口 9,构成了加热或散热的通道。其中,第一通风口 3、第二通风 口6以及第一换风口7、第二换风口9均可以打开或关闭,并且在第一换风口7、第二换风口9 上装有空气驱动装置,例如风机等,以促进空气循环。

[0040] 蓄热散热模式:在冬季白天时,分别向两侧推动空气集热器10,使空气集热器10滑 动至窗户8的两侧,如图1所示,打开第一换风口7、第二换风口9上的排气扇13 (由于联动, 则第一换风口 7、第二换风口 9上的控风阀14也同时打开),关闭第一通风口 3、第二通风口 6 上的控风阀14,此时阳光穿过透光隔热层5照射在蓄放热层4上,使蓄放热层4升温,从而使 集热箱2中的空气被加热,所述排气扇13将加热后的空气通过保温软管导入到室内,同时阳 光也可以通过窗户8射入到室内,使得室内在阳光照射以及空气集热器10的双重作用下快 速升温。
[0041] 保温散热模式:在冬季晚上时,相对推动空气集热器10,使空气集热器10移动至 窗户8前部,如图所示,并保持排气扇13打开,第一通风口 3、第二通风口6上的控风阀14关 闭,由于蓄放热层4在白天存储了热量,并且集热箱2又有保温作用,因而在晚上外界温度 降低后,蓄放热层4散热使集热箱2中的空气被加热,排气扇13将加热后的空气导入到室内, 持续地为室内输送热风;具体地,室内较冷的空气由位于下部的第二换风口 9进入到集热箱 2中位于下部的间腔中,继而穿过蓄放热层4,在这个过程中,与相变蓄热球进行热交换,使 得空气得以升温,最终从上方的间腔中经过第一换风口7进入到室内;由于空气集热器10推 动至了窗户8外部,则也有效避免了室内温度经过窗户8向外散失。
[0042] 遮阳隔热模式:在夏季白天室内无需采光时,将空气集热器10移动至窗户8前部, 阻挡阳光通过窗户8射入室内,并关闭排气扇13,打开第一通风口 3、第二通风口 6上的控风 阀14,这样室外空气自第二通风口 6进入集热箱2中,从第一通风口 3排出集热箱2,对集热箱 2内部进行降温散热;由于空气集热器10覆盖在了窗户8外部,因此可避免阳光透过窗户8 射入室内,起到遮阳的作用。
[0043] 自散热模式:在夏季白天室内需要采光时,将空气集热器10滑动至窗户8两侧,同 时关闭排气扇13,打开第一通风口 3、第二通风口 6上的控风阀14,使得空气集热器10进行自 行散热;在夏季晚上时亦保持此状态。

[0049] 以西藏拉萨市林周县一栋具有代表性的新建建筑为例,该建筑为二层双拼排屋, 石全石砌体结构,一楼客厅6 . Om X 4.5m X 3 . Om,客厅南向窗户尺寸为3.6m X 2 . Om,窗墙比 0.40,建筑详细围护结构见下表2。

[0056] 由此,客厅单位时间热负荷为1486.93W,通过外窗散失的热量为424.37W,占总负 荷28.5%。本发明安装在窗户外侧时,南外窗加空气集热器传热系数变为0.36胃/(1112·!:), 计算得出,客厅单位时间热负荷为1173.84W,通过外窗散失的热量为111. 28W,占总负荷的 9.5%,相比于传统外窗减少了21.1 %的热负荷。
[0057] 本发明中选择成分为CaCl2 · 6H2〇-MgCl · 6H20的水合盐作为相变蓄热球中的相变 蓄热材料,其密度为1.68g/cm3,相变时蓄放热量为192.55J/g。两块集热器中可容纳相变蓄 热球的体积为0.51m3,即可容纳直径为60mm的相变蓄热球约1500个,算得其白天总蓄热量 为54849947.04J,考虑到这些热量不能尽数释放到室内及通过集热器外侧玻璃亦有热损等 情况,取40 %利用率,即夜间可释放至室内的热量大约为21939978.82J。取夜间释放热量时 间为12h,即夜间该相变体能为室内承担负荷507.87W。
[0058] 综上,使用本装置后,夜间房间热负荷可减少820.96W,节能率为55.21 %。
Claims (8)
1. 一种外窗保温隔热空气集热器,包括安装在建筑外墙(1)窗户⑻外侧的空气集热器 (10),其特征在于,所述的空气集热器(10)成对布设且活动式安装,空气集热器(10)可移动 至窗户⑻的前部;所述的空气集热器(10)包括由保温隔热材料制成的集热箱(2),集热箱 (2)的一个侧面上装有透光隔热层(5),集热箱(2)中设置有蓄放热层(4),其中,所述的透光 隔热层⑸上对称设置有第一通风口(3)、第二通风口(6),所述的建筑外墙⑴上位于窗户 ⑻上侧和下侧对称设置有第一换风口(7)、第二换风口(9),所述的第一通风口(3)、第二通 风口⑹分别与第一换风口(7)、第二换风口⑼连通。
2. 如权利要求1所述的外窗保温隔热空气集热器,其特征在于,所述的蓄放热层(4)的 长度小于集热箱⑵的长度,蓄放热层⑷的两端与集热箱⑵的两端之间均留有间腔,所述 的第一通风口⑶与第一换风口(7)、第二通风口(6)与第二换风口(9)之间均通过间腔连 通。
3. 如权利要求2所述的外窗保温隔热空气集热器,其特征在于,所述的一对间腔侧面的 集热箱(2)上均开设有连接口(15),所述的连接口(15)分别通过保温软管与所述的第一换 风口(7)、第二换风口⑼连接。
4. 如权利要求1所述的外窗保温隔热空气集热器,其特征在于,所述的第一通风口(3)、 第二通风口(6)、第一换风口(7)、第二换风口(9)上均安装有电动的控风阀(14),所述的第 一换风口(7)、第二换风口⑼上均安装有排气扇(13),其中,第一换风口(7)上的控风阀 (14)与第一换风口⑺上的排气扇(13)联动,第二换风口⑼上的控风阀(14)与第二换风口 ⑼上的排气扇(13)联动。
5. 如权利要求1所述的外窗保温隔热空气集热器,其特征在于,所述的集热箱(2)中位 于透光隔热层(5)与集热箱(2)侧壁之间对称设置有导流板(12),导流板(12)上分布有传热 孔,所述的导流板(12)之间填充有相变蓄热球以构成所述的蓄放热层⑷。
6. 如权利要求1所述的外窗保温隔热空气集热器,其特征在于,所述的建筑外墙(1)的 外侧位于窗户(8)上方和下方安装有滑轨(11),所述的空气集热器(10)安装在滑轨(11)上。
7. 如权利要求1所述的外窗保温隔热空气集热器,其特征在于,所述的集热箱(2)为空 心矩形箱体。
8. —种外墙保温隔热空气集热器的工作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 在冬季白天时,分别向两侧推动空气集热器(10),使空气集热器(10)滑动至窗户(8)的 两侧,打开第一换风口(7)、第二换风口⑼上的排气扇(13),关闭第一通风口(3)、第二通风 口(6)上的控风阀(14),此时阳光穿过透光隔热层(5)照射在蓄放热层(4)上,使蓄放热层 (4)升温,从而使集热箱(2)中的空气被加热,所述排气扇(13)将加热后的空气通过保温软 管导入到室内; 在冬季晚上时,相对推动空气集热器(10),使空气集热器(10)移动至窗户(8)前部,并 保持排气扇(13)打开,第一通风口(3)、第二通风口⑹上的控风阀(14)关闭,所述的蓄放热 层⑷散热使集热箱⑵中的空气被加热,排气扇(13)将加热后的空气导入到室内; 在夏季白天室内无需采光时,将空气集热器(10)移动至窗户⑻前部,阻挡阳光通过窗 户⑻射入室内,并关闭排气扇(13),打开第一通风口⑶、第二通风口⑹上的控风阀(14); 在夏季白天室内需要采光时,将空气集热器(10)滑动至窗户⑻两侧,同时关闭排气扇 (13),打开第一通风口(3)、第二通风口⑹上的控风阀(14);在夏季晚上时亦保持此状态。
