The invention provides a detachable unilateral bolt and a use method thereof, wherein the detachable unilateral bolt comprises a hollow sleeve, a screw rod coaxially sleeved in the sleeve and a tail baffle arranged at the bottom of the screw rod, and the outer diameters of the sleeve and the tail baffle are equal; the screw rod is uniformly provided with rotating blades at the lower end extending out of the sleeve along the circumferential direction, and the rotating blades are arranged on the screw rod through hinges; the tail baffle is provided with inner ring threads, a plurality of cylindrical blocking bodies are distributed on the upper end face of the tail baffle, threads are arranged at the bottom end of the screw rod and screwed into the tail baffle, meanwhile, the cylindrical blocking bodies are abutted against two sides of each rotating blade, and a groove for the cylindrical blocking bodies to enter is correspondingly formed in the bottom surface of the sleeve; and in the process that the screw is completely screwed into the tail baffle, the edge of each rotating blade extends out of the periphery of the tail baffle. Background
The bolt is used as a connecting member, generally composed of a screw rod, a nut and a washer, has the advantages of convenience in installation, low cost, high strength and the like, and is widely applied to construction site installation. For a common bolt, a hole slightly larger than the diameter of a screw rod needs to be drilled on the structure in advance during operation, the screw rod penetrates through the hole from one side, a gasket and a nut are installed on the other side, and finally the screw rod is screwed. At present, unilateral bolts with different forms and specifications, such as expansion bolts, core-through bolts and the like, are available in the market, and the load born by the unilateral bolts is lower compared with the load born by common double-faced bolts, so that the unilateral bolts can only be applied to certain projects with lower safety level and low load requirement. For the core-through bolt, the core-through bolt has certain requirements on installation accuracy, and the field installation difficulty is higher. Moreover, most unilateral bolts are deformed in one direction and cannot be disassembled, so that high requirements are provided for engineering construction personnel, and the whole construction is greatly influenced if the unilateral bolts are installed wrongly.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
A detachable single-side bolt is shown in figure 1 and comprises a sleeve 3, a screw rod 1, a tail baffle 7, a rotary rod 8, a washer 9 and a nut 10.
The sleeve 3 is hollow, and the periphery of the sleeve 3 is fully distributed with threads and is matched with the washer 9 and the nut 10. The screw 1 is coaxially passed through the sleeve 3 and protrudes from the top and bottom ends, the screw 1 being provided with an external thread 16 only at the bottom end protruding portion. The upper end of the screw rod 1 extending out of the sleeve 3 is provided with a through hole 2 for a rotary rod 8 to pass through, and the rotary rod 8 is rotated to drive the screw rod 1 to rotate by taking the axis as the center.
The bottom surface of the sleeve 3 is correspondingly provided with a groove 12 for the cylindrical blocking body 5 to enter, and the cylindrical blocking body 5 enters the groove 12 in the process that the screw 1 is screwed into the tail baffle 7. The tail baffle 7 is provided with a rubber ring at the bottom of the central concave part, the screw rod 1 is completely screwed into the tail baffle 7 and is extruded after contacting the rubber ring, and the screw rod 1 and the tail baffle 7 are locked.

When the screw rod 1 rotates, the protrusion 14 can slide in the annular clamping groove 15, the cylindrical blocking body 5 of the tail baffle 7 enters the groove 12 in the bottom surface of the sleeve 3, the sleeve 3 and the tail baffle 7 are relatively static, the protrusion 14 can enable the screw rod 1 to rotate in the sleeve 3 under the condition of overcoming friction, the friction between the sleeve 3 and the protrusion 14 is made by the anti-skid coating, and the screw rod 1 is prevented from rotating unexpectedly due to external factors (weather and biology) after being installed, so that the device is unreliable.
The working process of the detachable unilateral bolt is specifically operated as follows:
(1) in an initial state, the screw rod 1 is sleeved in the sleeve 3, the bottom of the screw rod 1 is screwed into one part of the tail baffle 7, each rotating blade 6 is clamped between the cylindrical blocking bodies 5, the rotating blades 6 are in a contraction state, the overall outer diameters of the bolts are the same, the single-side bolts integrally penetrate through the mounting holes of the structure body 18, and the rotating blades 6 and the tail baffle 7 penetrate through the mounting holes;
(2) the screw rod 8 is used for rotating through the through hole 2 of the screw rod 1, and the rotating direction is rotated by the short side to the long side of the rotating blade 6, namely clockwise in the case of figures 2 and 3;
(3) the rotation of the screw 1 makes the rotating blades 6 move with the hinge 11 as a rotation point, because both sides are restricted by the cylindrical blocking body 5, the outer end of each rotating blade 6 extends out of the edge of the tail baffle 3, and the whole body presents a trend of outward opening, each rotating blade 6 protrudes outwards by an area, so that the rotating blade 6 can abut against the right side surface of the structure 18 after being opened in fig. 7;
(4) the part of the sleeve 3, which is exposed out of the hole (namely the left side of the structural body 18 in the figure 7), is sleeved with a matched washer 9, a hexagonal nut 10 is screwed, and the opened rotating blade 6 and the nut 10 generate pre-tightening force to further stabilize the bolt; in addition, the tail baffle 7 of the screw 1 can also provide a supporting effect for the rotating blade 6, as the rotating blade 6 cannot be completely screwed out, and a part of the rotating blade 6 is arranged between the tail baffle and the structural body 18, in the installation process, along with the continuous screwing of the nut 10, the nut 10 and the rotating blade 6 can continuously press the structural body 18, and pretightening force is generated through friction, which means that a large extrusion force exists between the blade and the structural body 18, the direction of the force is vertical to the plane of the structural body 18, the hinge 11 can only provide the restraint in the plane, the balance force of the extrusion force can only be provided by the tail baffle 7, the tail baffle 7 is arranged at the rear part of the rotating blade 6, and the extrusion force of the structural body 18 to the rotating blade 6 can be balanced by supporting the rest part of the rotating blade 6, so that the stability is enhanced, and the longitudinal rotation of, the structural stability is enhanced;
(5) when the bottom of the screw rod 1 rotates to the rubber ring contacting the tail baffle 7, the screw rod 1 is extruded and locked, and the screw rod 1 is prevented from rotating accidentally in the bolt using process, so that structural failure is caused.
If the bolt needs to be removed, the nut 10 washer 9 is firstly removed, then the sleeve 3 and the tail baffle 7 are kept still, the rotating rod 8 is inserted into the through hole 2 of the screw rod 1, the rotating rod rotates in the direction opposite to the mounting direction, the rotating blades 6 are retracted, the whole diameter of the bolt is restored to be the same, and the screw rod 1 is taken out, namely the removal is finished.
