The invention discloses a tool assembly for quickly fixing an automobile seat, which comprises a tray body, a tray support, a bushing and a fixing pin, wherein the tray support is provided with a plurality of fixing pins; before the automobile seat is fixed, the tray support is fixedly connected with the tray body; the button is sleeved with a spring and is arranged on the button support, the button support is inserted into a side groove of the cushion block, the lock tongue is fixedly connected with the button support through a bolt and is arranged in the rear groove, the bushing is arranged in the main hole, and the bushing limits the movement in the height direction through the clamping groove; when the automobile seat is fixed, the button is pressed, the spring is stressed to compress, the button support and the lock tongue move backwards, the support leg through holes on the seat support legs are aligned with the bushing through holes, then the fixing pins are inserted, then the button is released, and the spring is reset to drive the lock tongue to fix the bushing and the fixing pins, so that the automobile seat is fixed. Background
Automotive seating is an important product in automobiles that provides support and safety protection for the occupants. Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention, so that those skilled in the art may better understand the invention and practice it.
The tooling assembly consists of a tray body 1, a tray support 3, a bushing 10 and a fixing pin 12, and is used for fixing a seat support 11.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, four tray supports 3 are denoted A1, A2, A3, A4, respectively, in fig. 1; a1-A4 differ in the size of the tray support 3 and in that the upper surface of A3 is not horizontal, and so will be described in detail with A1 for the sake of convenience in the following statements.
The tooling assembly comprises a tray body 1 and four tray supports 3 positioned at four corners of the tray body 1, wherein four threaded holes 101 and two positioning holes 102 are respectively formed at the corners of the four corners of the tray body 1, correspondingly, four support through holes 304 and two support positioning holes 305 are correspondingly formed in each tray support 3, and the diameter of each support through hole 304 is slightly larger than that of each threaded hole 101; the tray support 3 and the tray body 1 are fixed in their relative positions by means of alignment of the positioning holes 102, and then fixedly connected by the bolts 2.
As shown in fig. 3, 5-10, the upper surface of the tray support 3 is provided with a main hole 302 for mounting the bush 10; one of the sides is provided with a fastening hole 303 for mounting the pin 13; the main hole 302 and the fastening hole 303 communicate with each other.
The cushion block 4 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the tray support 3 through welding.
The cushion block 4 is approximately rectangular, a through cushion block through hole 406 is arranged in the middle of the cushion block 4, and the cushion block through hole 406 arranged in the cushion block 4 is coaxial with the main hole 302 in diameter. One of the sides of the spacer 4 (this direction is defined herein as forward) is provided with a non-through spacer front hole 405, the diameter of the spacer front hole 405 being slightly larger than the outer diameter of the spring 9. The button bracket 5 is a symmetrical rectangular strip, and two ends of the button bracket are simultaneously bent at right angles to the rear to form two bracket arms 501. The end of the bracket arm 501 is provided with a fixing hole 504, and the fixing hole 504 is fixedly connected with the lock tongue 6 through a bolt 7.
A bracket through hole 505 is provided in the middle of the button bracket 5, the button 8 is installed in the bracket through hole 505 and is sleeved with a spring 9 at the rear end thereof, and the other section of the spring 9 is fixed in the front hole 405 of the cushion block.
Namely, the middle part of the button bracket 5 is arranged in front of the cushion block 4, and two bracket arms 501 of the button bracket are inserted into the side grooves 402 and fixedly connected with the lock tongue 6 arranged in the rear groove 401 to form a reverse structure. Since the button bracket 4 and the pad bracket 4 are provided with the springs 9, the button bracket 5 can slide back and forth with respect to the pad bracket 4.
The upper end of the bushing 10 is a bushing head 1005, and the lower end is a cylinder; the diameter of the bushing head 1005 is larger than the diameter of the main bore 302, and the diameter of the cylinder is smaller than the diameter of the main bore 302; the bushing 10 is mounted on the pallet support 3. The axial method of the bushing 10 is provided with a bushing through hole 1002 penetrating, the end of the bushing through hole 1002 is circular, and the lower end is half-closed by a step surface 1004 and is semicircular. The cylindrical side surface of the bush 10 is provided with a catching groove 1003 and a flat groove 1001 from top to bottom, and the catching groove 1003 and the bush through hole 1002 communicate with each other and are located at the same height as the rear groove 401. The pin 13 is interference fit with the fastening hole 303 and abuts against the flat groove 1001 for restricting the rotation and escape of the bush 10.
The fixing pin 12 is divided into an upper fixing pin head 1201 and a lower cylinder; the fixing pin head 1201 has a diameter larger than that of the bushing through hole 1002 and the cylinder has a diameter smaller than that of the bushing through hole 1002. The end of the cylinder of the fixing pin 12 is divided into two semicircular parts, wherein the limiting surface 1203 is matched with the step surface 1004 of the bushing 10, and the limiting block 1204 is used for being matched with the end of the bushing through hole 1002, and the two groups of matching limit the rotation of the fixing pin 12 and can be quickly positioned during assembly. The cylindrical side surface of the fixing pin 12 is provided with a through groove 1202, and the upper and lower ends of the through groove 1202 are provided with inward recessed end surfaces for guiding the lock tongue 6 to be locked in the through groove 1202 after the fixing pin 12 is inserted into the bush 10.
Fig. 8-10 are sectional views of the present invention after the seat leg 11 is secured. As shown, the present invention secures a car seat by clamping the legs of the car seat 11 by both the bushing 10 and the securing pin 12.
The application method and the working principle of the invention are as follows:
first, the tray support 3 and the tray body 1 are fixed together by the bolts 2. The bushing 10 is then fitted into the main hole 302 of the tray support 3, inserting the pin 13 against the flat groove 1001 of the bushing 10. The two support arms 501 of the button support 5 extend into the side grooves 402 of the cushion block 4 and are connected with the lock tongue 6 through the bolts 7 to form a reverse structure, meanwhile, the button 8 is installed in the support through holes 505, the button 8 is sleeved with the springs 9, and the other ends of the springs 9 are fixed in the cushion block front holes 405. The latch tongue 6 is simultaneously in the rear groove 401 and the latch groove 1003.
The above parts are used as a whole without disassembly after being mounted for the same structure of the automobile seat leg 11. When the bushing 10 wears out, only the pin 13 needs to be pulled out, and the worn bushing 10 is taken out and replaced. The tool assembly is then used as normal by inserting the pin 10 into the tool support 3.
When the seat needs to be fixed, the button 8 is pressed firstly, so that the button bracket 5 drives the lock tongue 6 to move backwards, then the supporting leg through holes 1103 of the seat supporting legs 11 are aligned with the cushion block through holes 406, then the fixing pins 12 penetrate through the seat supporting legs 11 and are inserted into the bushings 10, and the fixing pin heads 1201 of the fixing pins 12 and the bushing heads 1005 of the bushings 10 clamp the upper and lower flat surfaces of the supporting leg through holes 1103; finally, the button 8 is released, and the spring 9 provides elasticity to fix the lock tongue 6 in the rear groove 401, the clamping groove 1003 and the through groove 1202 from outside to inside. At this time, the stopper surface 1203 cooperates with the step surface 1004, the stopper 1204, and the circular hole 1002 to restrict the relative positions of the fixing pin 12 and the bush 10 and press the seat leg 11, thereby achieving fixation of the seat leg 11.
When the seat needs to be removed, the fixing pin 12 can be taken out only by pressing the button 8 to withdraw the lock tongue 6 out of the through groove 1202, and the automobile seat is removed.
