FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the embodiment; and
fig. 3 is a partial sectional view of the embodiment.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of a buffer device 100 for a washing machine according to the present invention includes a hollow drum 1 defining an accommodating space 11, a supporting unit 2 for hanging around a washing machine 200 (only the washing machine 200 is shown in the drawings, and other components of the washing machine are omitted) of a washing machine and connecting the drum 1, a cover unit 3 connecting the drum 1, and an elastic member 4 disposed in the accommodating space 11 of the drum 1. The top and bottom of the cylinder 1 are respectively formed with a through hole 12 and a circular opening 13 communicating with the accommodating space 11, and the bottom of the cylinder 1 is formed with a protrusion 14 protruding radially outward.
The supporting unit 2 is disposed through the through hole 12 of the barrel 1 and includes a supporting plate 21 abutting against the washing tub 200, a supporting rod 22 connected to the supporting plate 21 and disposed through the through hole 12 of the barrel 1 and protruding into the accommodating space 11, a first limiting member 23 sleeved on the supporting rod 22 and abutting against the inner wall surface of the barrel 1 and covering the through hole 12, a chassis 24 sleeved on the supporting rod 22 and adjacent to the bottom end of the supporting rod 22, and a second limiting member 25 sleeved on the supporting rod 22 and abutting against the bottom of the chassis 24. The bottom of the chassis 21 is recessed to form a receiving groove 241 for receiving the second position-limiting member 25. The sealing unit 3 seals the opening 13 of the barrel 1 and includes a concave bowl-shaped cover 31 for sealing the opening 13, a plurality of holes 32 formed in the cover 31, a gasket 33 disposed on the top of the cover 31 and covering the holes 32, and a plurality of engaging members 34 disposed on the outer wall of the cover 31 and engaging with the protrusions 14 of the barrel 1. The cover 31 is formed with a positioning hole at the center, and the gasket 33 has a locking portion 331 formed at the bottom and inserted into the positioning hole. In this embodiment, the elastic element 4 is a compression spring disposed in the accommodating space 11 of the cylinder 1, and two ends of the elastic element 4 respectively abut against the top of the cylinder 1 and the chassis 24.
When the washing machine washes clothes, the washing tub 200 oscillates up and down to apply pressure to the buffering device 100 of the washing tub, and when the drum 1 is forced to move downward, the elastic component 4 applies a reaction force to the drum 1 and then transmits the reaction force to the washing tub 200, so as to reduce the vibration amplitude of the washing tub 200. In addition, the air outside the cylinder 1 flows into the accommodating space 11 of the cylinder 1 through the hole 32 of the cover 31, but since the gasket 33 blocks the inflow of the external air, the upper pressure of the external air is offset by the reaction force of the gasket 33, that is, the upper pressure of the external air needs to be large enough to overcome the reaction force of the gasket 33 to flow into the accommodating space 11 of the cylinder 1, thereby increasing the resistance when the cylinder 1 moves downward and reducing the vibration amplitude of the washing tank 200.
Similarly, when the cylinder 1 is forced to move upwards, the gasket 33 blocks the air inside the cylinder 1 from flowing out of the holes 32 of the cover 31, so that the resistance of the cylinder 1 moving upwards can be increased to reduce the vibration amplitude of the washing tub 200. It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the buffering device 100 of the laundry tray includes the elastic component 4 and the chassis 24 for carrying the elastic component 4, but in other embodiments, the buffering device 100 of the laundry tray may not need to provide the elastic component 4 and the chassis 24, and only the air in the drum 1 may provide the resistance to reduce the vibration amplitude of the laundry tray 200.
In summary, the buffer device 100 of the laundry tray of the present invention can prevent the air outside the barrel 1 from flowing into the accommodating space 11 or prevent the air inside the barrel 1 from flowing out of the accommodating space 11 by the gasket 33 of the cover unit 3, so as to increase the resistance when the barrel 1 moves up or down and reduce the vibration amplitude of the laundry tray 200, thereby achieving the objective of the present invention.
It should be understood that the above description is only exemplary of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, which is intended to cover all the modifications and equivalents of the claims and the specification.
