Abstract
The invention relates to a coke oven top supplemental heating system, a supplemental heating method and application, wherein the coke oven top supplemental heating system comprises a gas-rich transverse calandria, a gas-rich branch pipe and a gas-rich side spraying main pipe; the rich gas horizontal discharge pipe is arranged above the combustion chamber and is arranged along the long direction of the coke oven, the rich gas horizontal discharge pipe is connected with the rich gas side spraying main pipe through the exchange cock, and a gate valve is arranged on the rich gas side spraying main pipe; the fire channel partition wall at one side of each fire channel is respectively provided with a rich gas injection port, each rich gas injection port is connected with one end of a rich gas branch pipe through a rich gas channel extending upwards to the top of the furnace, and the other end of the rich gas branch pipe is communicated with a rich gas transverse pipe. According to the invention, a set of supplemental heating system special for raising the furnace top temperature is added in addition to the original heating system of the coke oven, so that the uniformity of heating of the existing top-loading coke oven along the long direction can be effectively improved, the system can be also used for top-loading tamping integrated coke ovens, and the heating requirement when switching to a top-loading production mode is ensured.

Background
With the development of the coking market and the influence of market conditions, the requirements of each coking enterprise, particularly an independent coking plant mainly selling coke, on a coke oven are increasing. Among them, a coke oven capable of switching between tamping and top-loading coking modes according to the coal source situation and the consumer demand for coke quality is becoming popular with coking enterprises.
The traditional tamping coke oven is different from the top-loading coke oven in the oven body structure in the heating level, the top-loading coke oven needs a larger heating level, otherwise, the temperature of the top space is easy to be overhigh; while the heating level of stamp-charged ovens is generally small, otherwise coking tends to occur. At present, after changing the modes of receiving coal and charging coal, some production enterprises switch the two production modes on the basis of the original top-loading or tamping coke oven body structure, so that the service life of the coke oven body is greatly shortened, the heat efficiency of the oven body is obviously reduced, and the economic benefit is not obvious.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a supplementary heating system for a top of a coke oven, a supplementary heating method and application, wherein a set of supplementary heating system special for raising the temperature of the top of the coke oven is added in addition to the original heating system of the coke oven, so that the uniformity of heating of the existing top-mounted coke oven along the long direction can be effectively improved, the supplementary heating system can be also used for a top-mounted tamping integrated coke oven, and the heating requirement when switching to a top-mounted production mode is ensured.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a coke oven top supplemental heating system comprises a gas-rich transverse calandria, a gas-rich branch pipe and a gas-rich side spraying main pipe; the gas-rich horizontal discharge pipe is arranged above the combustion chamber and is arranged along the long direction of the coke oven, the gas-rich horizontal discharge pipe is connected with the gas-rich side spraying main pipe through the exchange cock, and a gate valve is arranged on the gas-rich side spraying main pipe; the fire channel partition wall at one side of each fire channel is respectively provided with a rich gas injection port, each rich gas injection port is connected with one end of a rich gas branch pipe through a rich gas channel extending upwards to the top of the furnace, and the other end of the rich gas branch pipe is communicated with a rich gas transverse pipe.
The gas-rich side spraying main pipe is arranged on the machine side and the coke side of the coke oven or on the machine side and the coke side.
The number of the gas-rich horizontal calandria is 2, one of the gas-rich horizontal calandria is communicated with the gas-rich injection inlet in the singular vertical flame path through the gas-rich branch pipe and the gas-rich path, and the other gas-rich horizontal calandria is communicated with the gas-rich injection inlet in the double vertical flame path through the gas-rich branch pipe and the gas-rich path.
The size of the opening at the joint between the gas-rich transverse calandria and the gas-rich branch pipe changes according to the taper of the coke oven along the direction from the machine side to the coke side of the coke oven.
The coke oven top supplemental heating system also comprises a nitrogen purging pipe; the nitrogen purging pipe is communicated with the gas-rich side spraying main pipe, the communicated part is positioned on the gas-rich side spraying main pipe at the downstream of the gate valve, and the ball valve is arranged on the nitrogen purging pipe.
The vertical flame path is a duplex flame path, and the rich gas injection port is positioned below the crossing hole of the duplex flame path.
The supplementary heating method based on the supplementary heating system of the coke oven top comprises the following steps:
1) When the temperature of the furnace top space is insufficient in coke oven production, a coke oven top supplemental heating system is started, and more air is supplied into the vertical flame path through an air supply channel of the coke oven for supporting combustion in supplemental heating;
2) The rich gas for supplementary heating enters a rich gas transverse calandria in a side entry mode through a rich gas side spraying main pipe arranged on the furnace top, then enters a rich gas channel downwards through each rich gas branch pipe, and finally is sprayed into the vertical flame channels of each combustion chamber through rich gas spraying ports to be mixed with excessive air in the vertical flame channels for combustion;
3) When the coke oven is heated in a supplementary mode, the gas rich in the singular vertical flame paths or the double vertical flame paths is controlled to be input through the exchange cock according to a coke oven heating system;
4) When the supplementary heating is stopped, a gate valve on the main pipe of the side spraying of the rich gas is closed, a ball valve on the nitrogen purging pipe is opened, nitrogen is connected, and the gas reserved in the main pipe of the side spraying of the rich gas and the transverse calandria of the rich gas is purged.
The rich gas is coke oven gas or other high-heat-value gas.
The supplementary heating method is used for a top-loading coke oven, a top-loading tamping coke oven or a top-loading tamping integrated coke oven; when the method is used for top-loading tamping integrated coke ovens, the supplementary coke oven heating system is started only when tamping technology is adopted for coking.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The existing top-mounted coke oven is mostly provided with a downward spray type, and the combustion chamber is provided with a taper, so that the high-directional and long-directional heating uniformity of coke is poor;
2) As an effective auxiliary measure for realizing the integration of top loading and tamping of the coke oven, the coke quality and the normal production of the coke oven are ensured while the switching between top loading coking and tamping coking is realized;
3) The system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, easy realization and good practical application effect.

as shown in fig. 1-3, the coke oven top supplemental heating system comprises a gas-rich transverse calandria 3, a gas-rich branch pipe 4 and a gas-rich side spraying main pipe 2; the rich gas transverse calandria 3 is arranged above the combustion chamber and is arranged along the long direction of the coke oven, the rich gas transverse calandria 3 is connected with the rich gas side spraying main pipe 2 through the exchange cock 6, and a gate valve 5 is arranged on the rich gas side spraying main pipe 2; the fire channel partition wall 13 at one side of each fire channel 14 is respectively provided with a rich gas injection port 12, each rich gas injection port 12 is respectively connected with one end of a rich gas branch pipe 4 through a rich gas channel 11 extending upwards to the furnace top 9, and the other end of the rich gas branch pipe 4 is communicated with the rich gas transverse calandria 3.
The gas-rich side spraying main pipe 2 is arranged on the machine side and the coke side of the coke oven or on the machine side and the coke side.
The number of the gas-rich horizontal calandria 3 is 2, one gas-rich horizontal calandria 3 is communicated with a gas-rich injection port 12 in a single vertical fire channel through a gas-rich branch pipe 4 and a gas-rich channel 11, and the other gas-rich horizontal calandria 3 is communicated with a gas-rich injection port 12 in a double vertical fire channel through the gas-rich branch pipe 4 and the gas-rich channel 11.

The vertical flame path 14 is a duplex flame path, and the rich gas injection port 12 is positioned below the duplex flame path crossing hole 10.
The supplementary heating method based on the supplementary heating system of the coke oven top comprises the following steps:
1) When the temperature of the furnace top space is insufficient in coke oven production, a coke oven top supplemental heating system is started, and more air is simultaneously supplied into the vertical flame path 14 through an air supply channel of the coke oven for supporting combustion in supplemental heating;
2) The rich gas for supplementary heating enters the rich gas transverse calandria 3 in a side entry mode through the rich gas side injection main pipe 2 arranged on the furnace top 9, then enters the rich gas air flue 11 downwards through each rich gas branch pipe 4, and finally is injected into the vertical flame paths 14 of each combustion chamber through the rich gas injection ports 12 to be mixed and combusted with excessive air in the vertical flame paths 14;
3) During supplementary heating, according to the heating system of the coke oven, the rich gas is controlled to be input into the singular vertical flame paths or the double vertical flame paths through the exchange cock 6;
4) When the supplementary heating is stopped, the gate valve 5 on the main gas side spraying pipe 2 is closed, the ball valve 8 on the nitrogen purging pipe 7 is opened, nitrogen is introduced, and the gas reserved in the main gas side spraying pipe 2 and the gas transverse calandria 3 is purged.
The rich gas is coke oven gas or other high-heat-value gas.
The supplementary heating method is used for a top-loading coke oven, a top-loading tamping coke oven or a top-loading tamping integrated coke oven; when the method is used for top-loading tamping integrated coke ovens, the supplementary coke oven heating system is started only when tamping technology is adopted for coking.

The coke oven top supplemental heating system is characterized by comprising a rich gas transverse calandria, a rich gas branch pipe and a rich gas side spraying main pipe; the nitrogen purging pipe is also included; the gas-rich horizontal discharge pipe is arranged above the combustion chamber and is arranged along the long direction of the coke oven, the gas-rich horizontal discharge pipe is connected with the gas-rich side spraying main pipe through the exchange cock, and a gate valve is arranged on the gas-rich side spraying main pipe; the vertical flame path partition wall at one side of each vertical flame path is respectively provided with a rich gas injection port, each rich gas injection port is connected with one end of a rich gas branch pipe through a rich gas path extending upwards to the furnace top, and the other end of the rich gas branch pipe is communicated with a rich gas transverse pipe; the size of an opening at the joint between the gas-rich transverse calandria and the gas-rich branch pipe changes according to the taper of the coke oven along the direction from the machine side to the coke side of the coke oven; the nitrogen purging pipe is communicated with the gas-rich side spraying main pipe, the communicated part is positioned on the gas-rich side spraying main pipe at the downstream of the gate valve, and a ball valve is arranged on the nitrogen purging pipe; the furnace top is provided with a coke oven top supplemental heating system, and the diameters of the gas-rich branch pipes are sequentially increased along the direction from the machine side to the coke side of the coke oven, so that the high-directional and long-directional heating uniformity is effectively improved.
2. The coke oven top supplemental heating system of claim 1, wherein the gas-rich side injection main pipe is disposed on a side of the coke oven or on both sides of the coke oven.

The coke oven top supplemental heating system according to claim 1, wherein the number of the gas-rich lateral pipes is 2, one of the gas-rich lateral pipes is communicated with the gas-rich injection port in the singular vertical flame path through a gas-rich branch pipe and a gas-rich duct, and the other gas-rich lateral pipe is communicated with the gas-rich injection port in the double vertical flame path through a gas-rich branch pipe and a gas-rich duct.
4. A supplemental heating system for coke oven tops according to claim 1, wherein the vertical flame path is a double vertical flame path, and the gas-rich injection port is located below the crossing hole of the double vertical flame path.
5. The method for supplemental heating based on the supplemental heating system of the coke oven roof according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) When the temperature of the furnace top space is insufficient in coke oven production, a coke oven top supplemental heating system is started, and more air is supplied into the vertical flame path through an air supply channel of the coke oven for supporting combustion in supplemental heating;
2) The rich gas for supplementary heating enters a rich gas transverse calandria in a side entry mode through a rich gas side spraying main pipe arranged on the furnace top, then enters a rich gas channel downwards through each rich gas branch pipe, and finally is sprayed into the vertical flame channels of each combustion chamber through rich gas spraying ports to be mixed with excessive air in the vertical flame channels for combustion;
3) When the coke oven is heated in a supplementary mode, the gas rich in the singular vertical flame paths or the double vertical flame paths is controlled to be input through the exchange cock according to a coke oven heating system;

6. The supplemental heating method according to claim 5, wherein the rich gas is coke oven gas or other high heating value gas.

The supplemental heating method according to claim 5, wherein the supplemental heating method is used for a top-loading coke oven, a top-loading tamper-charging coke oven or a top-loading tamper-integrated coke oven; when the method is used for top-loading tamping integrated coke ovens, the supplementary coke oven heating system is started only when tamping technology is adopted for coking.
