A chain removing wheel 48 is arranged in the head shell 47, and the top end of the chain removing wheel 48 is higher than a scraper chain guide rail of the conveyor, so that a chain removing function can be automatically realized; since the sprocket 48 does not contact the head pulley 43, it is possible to avoid wearing the head pulley 43 and to prevent the blade chain from "riding up".
The width of the middle section is larger than 3000mm, the height is larger than 700mm, the cross sections of the feeding channel and the discharging channel are in a convex shape, and the two guide rails are arranged on waistcoats on two sides of the convex structure. The embedded scraper conveyor is specified in national standard JB/T10596-2011 that the maximum width of a common embedded scraper conveyor groove is 1250mm, the maximum height of a bearing groove is 700mm, and the width is more than 3000mm and the height is more than 700mm, so that the conveyor with the size is particularly suitable for conveying fluffy light materials such as bagasse and wood dust.
