Abstract

The novel window shade comprises an outer frame and a cloth shade, wherein a cloth shade hole is formed in the central position of the outer frame according to the shape of the cloth shade, the lower end face of the outer frame is a visible end face close to a seat, mounting edges are reserved around the cloth shade, the mounting edges correspond to peripheral areas of the cloth shade hole, the cloth shade is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the outer frame through the mounting edges and corresponds to the peripheral areas of the cloth shade hole, the cloth shade covers right above the cloth shade hole, supporting blocks are respectively arranged on two sides of the outer frame, and the supporting blocks correspond to the position arrangement of a skylight rail.

Light-weight integrated installation sunshade assembly, see fig. 1-9: the seat comprises an outer frame 1 and a cloth curtain 2, wherein a cloth curtain hole 3 is formed in the central position of the outer frame 1 according to the shape of the cloth curtain, a mounting edge 4 is reserved on the periphery of the cloth curtain 2 and corresponds to the peripheral area of the cloth curtain hole 3, the cloth curtain 2 is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the outer frame 1 through the mounting edge 4 and corresponds to the peripheral area of the cloth curtain hole 3, the cloth curtain 2 is covered over the cloth curtain hole 3, supporting blocks 5 are respectively arranged on two sides of the outer frame 1, and the supporting blocks 5 correspond to the position arrangement of a skylight track;
front supporting blocks 51 and rear supporting blocks 52 are fixedly connected to two sides of the outer frame 1 respectively, so that the outer frame can slide smoothly in the skylight track;
the support blocks 5 on both sides are symmetrically arranged about the widthwise central axis of the cloth curtain 2.
Scheme one, see fig. 1-3: the outer frame 1 is provided with a whole-circumference buckling structure 6 corresponding to the peripheral area of the cloth curtain hole 3, a space 7 is reserved between the adjacent buckling structures 6, the mounting edge 4 of the cloth curtain 2 is sewn and connected with steel wires 9 through sewing threads 8, the shapes of the steel wires 9 are arranged in a copying mode according to the shapes of the cloth curtain hole 3, and the steel wires 9 connected with the cloth curtain 2 are buckled and connected with the buckling structure 6;
the position of the installation edge 4 of the cloth curtain 2 corresponding to the buckle structure 6 is provided with an avoidance opening 10, after the steel wire 9 at the corresponding position is covered by the area of the installation edge 4 without the avoidance opening 10 and is connected by sewing through the sewing thread 8, the position of the steel wire 9 corresponding to the avoidance opening 10 is clamped in the inner cavity of the buckle structure 6;
the snap structure 6 comprises a side opening 61; due to the provision of the escape opening 10, the steel wire 9 can be smoothly clamped into the corresponding clamping structure 6 no matter which position the side opening 61 faces.

In a second embodiment, see fig. 3: at least one side opening 61 and other side openings 61 of all the side openings 61 are oriented differently relative to the cloth curtain 2, and in the implementation, the side opening 61 of the fastening structure 6 corresponding to one set of adjacent sides is oriented toward the inner cloth curtain 2, and the side opening 61 of the fastening structure 6 corresponding to the other set of adjacent sides is oriented away from the inner cloth curtain 2.
Scheme two, see fig. 4-6: the mounting edge 4 of the cloth curtain 2 is provided with a corresponding fixing strip 11, and the fixing strip 11, the mounting edge 4 of the cloth curtain 2 and the peripheral area of the outer frame 1 corresponding to the cloth curtain hole 3 are connected in a pressing mode through an ultrasonic technology;
third embodiment, see fig. 5: the fixing strip 11 is axially provided with at least two rows of triangular friction ribs 15 protruding downwards along the length of the fixing strip, the position of the outer frame corresponding to the triangular friction ribs 15 is provided with corresponding triangular inner grooves, and the fixing strip 11 drives the installation edge 4 of the cloth curtain 2 to be pressed in the triangular inner grooves of the outer frame 1 through the triangular friction ribs 15;
fourth, see fig. 6: the lower terminal surface of fixed strip 11 is provided with a plurality of protruding cylinders 16 down, and the lower extreme of cylinder is the sphere, and frame 1 is provided with corresponding inner groove corresponding to the position of cylinder, and fixed strip 11 passes through cylinder 16 and drives the installation limit press 4 of cloth curtain 2 and fit in the inner groove of frame 1.

specific embodiment six, see fig. 9: the positioning strip 13 is specifically a plastic strip 132 with a rectangular cross section.

the outer frame corresponds to the peripheral area of the cloth curtain hole and is provided with a whole-circumference buckle structure, a distance is reserved between every two adjacent buckle structures, the installation edge of the cloth curtain is connected with a steel wire through sewing threads, the shape of the steel wire is in profiling arrangement according to the shape of the cloth curtain hole, and the cloth curtain is connected with the steel wire buckle to be connected with the buckle structure.
