In injection molding of plastic articles, the external threads of the plastic screw cannot be removed from the mold core well after molding. The extraction method adopted at present is as follows: after the plastic part is molded, the slide block is pulled by the inclined guide post, and the slide block leaves the threaded part and then the plastic part is taken out. The extraction method can lead the thread surface and the end surface attached by the thread to have a die-locking line, thereby causing malposition, poor break, water leakage and other adverse consequences, and finally leading to the failure of normal use.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the external thread core pulling structure provided in this embodiment is used for taking out a product 1 with external threads from a mold, and includes a power source, a transmission member, a tooth core 2 and an external tooth insert 3, where the external tooth insert 3 is positioned and provided with an external thread forming portion (the external thread forming portion corresponds to the external thread core for forming the external threads of the product), and the external thread forming portion is located in a movable mold 4 or a static mold 5 of the mold (so that the occurrence of a mold closing and bonding line on the external thread surface of the product can be well avoided); the power source drives the hinge die core 2 to rotate through the transmission piece, the product 1 is connected with the hinge die core 2 and driven to rotate by the hinge die core 2, and the driven rotation direction of the product 1 is approximately the same as the rotation direction of the product 1 from the outer die insert 3. The power source is used for driving the hinge tooth mold core 2 to rotate and driving the product 1 to rotate relative to the external thread forming part until the product 1 is separated from the external tooth insert 3, so that demolding is realized.
The product to which this embodiment is directed includes an external thread portion and other complex structural portions, and the complex structure on the product makes it necessary to mold and take out the product conveniently by closing the moving mold and the fixed mold (a cavity for molding the complex structural portion cannot be provided only on the moving mold or the fixed mold), that is, the product to which the stud or the like can be directly molded on the fixed mold or the moving mold is not directed, and will not be described in detail here.

The inner hexagonal hole and the outer hexagonal clamping part can be obtained easily through the prior art, and the driving and rotating effects are good.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the external thread insert 3 has a disk shape, and an external thread forming portion is provided at the center of the external thread insert 3. The external thread forming part is arranged at the center of the external thread insert 3 to realize the symmetry of the final integral structure.
