6. The organic waste gas treatment process is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps of:
washing the organic waste gas through a washing section; the organic waste gas after washing enters a coke oven through a tail gas pipeline and a shutter for combustion;
the tail gas pipeline comprises a first air pipe and a second air pipe, and the first air pipe and the second air pipe are respectively connected with different shutters;
organic waste gas after washing enters the coke oven through the first air pipe at the first time and the shutter connected with the first air pipe for burning;
after washing, the organic waste gas enters the coke oven through the second air pipe and the shutter connected with the second air pipe for burning at a second time;
the washing section comprises a light tar washing tower, an oil washing tower and an alkali washing tower, wherein the light tar washing tower and the oil washing tower are both connected with an organic waste gas storage tank, organic waste gas in the organic waste gas storage tank is respectively conveyed to the light tar washing tower, the oil washing tower and the acid washing tower, the acid washing tower is connected with the alkali washing tower, and the light tar washing tower, the oil washing tower and the organic waste gas after washing by the alkali washing tower are conveyed to the tail gas pipeline.
7. The process for treating an organic waste gas according to claim 6, further comprising, before the organic waste gas is washed in the washing section:
and introducing preheated nitrogen into the washing working section, and cleaning the washing working section and the tail gas pipeline.
