技术领域
本发明属于净水设备领域,尤其涉及一种净水器。
背景技术
专利号为201210281300.2的中国发明专利提出了一种免拆洗长寿陶瓷滤芯净水器,上述免拆洗长寿陶瓷滤芯净水器包括有底座、陶瓷滤芯和非到磁体外壳;但是,上述免拆洗长寿陶瓷滤芯净水器必须需要人用手推动和旋转外磁环,内磁环才会被同步移动并带动洗刷组件刷洗陶瓷滤芯;不能实现自动清洗滤芯。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种提供一种免拆洗滤芯且自动清洗滤芯并排除清扫下的污垢的净水器。
为实现本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种净水器,包括筒体,安装在所述筒体里的陶瓷滤芯,安装在所述陶瓷滤芯里的旋转组件,安装在所述陶瓷滤芯与所述旋转组件之间的刷子组件,以及固定底座;所述筒体为下端开口的圆管形状,所述筒体上端中心位置成型有出水管,所述筒体下端成型有筒体底座;所述的筒体底座内侧成型有固定圈;所述固定圈与所述筒体底座下端之间形成有定位槽;所述的陶瓷滤芯为下端开口上端封闭的圆管形状;所述的陶瓷滤芯下端固定连接有滤芯底座;所述的滤芯底座外壁成型有外抵壁;所述的外抵壁与所述筒体底座的固定圈配合相抵。

与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:工作时,水从进水管流入至陶瓷滤芯内,紧接着过滤后的水通过陶瓷滤芯侧壁流入筒体与陶瓷滤芯之间,最终从出水管流出;水从旋转杆接头流入,通过旋转杆与连接板,从喷水头的喷水孔喷出,产生冲力,且由于导向滑槽与滑动凸起滑动连接,使旋转组件旋转,同时带动刷子组件一边旋转一边在在竖直方向滑动,此时刷毛就能将附着在陶瓷滤芯内壁的污垢脱离于陶瓷滤芯侧壁,使污垢沉积于陶瓷滤芯下部,通过水从排污管排出。

将30g的分子量为20000Da的氨基葡聚糖、9g的2.5wt%硝酸银水溶液、800g的2wt%的乙酸水溶液混合均匀,在80℃下避光搅拌60分钟后,加入20g的2.5wt%硼氢化钠水溶液,在100℃下反应6小时后,冷却至室温,用丙酮沉淀,过滤、洗涤,在65℃下干燥,得到平均粒径为55nm的氨基葡聚糖-纳米银复合抗菌剂;将10g的1,2-二苯基乙二醇和25g的4,4-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯在65℃下预熔融混合,再于80℃的反应釜中反应8小时,得到芳香型聚氨酯预聚体;按照10∶0.1∶0.5的质量比将上述芳香型聚氨酯预聚体、氨基葡聚糖-纳米银复合抗菌剂和1,6-己二醇用计量泵以25Kg/小时的进料速度注入到螺杆挤出机中进行扩链反应,挤出机的机筒温度,从原料进料口起依次为165℃、185℃、215℃、235℃、220℃,螺杆转速为175转/分、挤出压力为40Kg/cm2、平均滞留时间为6分钟。聚氨酯从喷丝头喷出、用造粒机在25℃水中制得热塑性聚氨酯材料颗粒。
将上述热塑性聚氨酯材料颗粒通过注塑机对刷毛和刷板一次注塑成型,控制注塑压力80MPa,注塑温度为230℃,脱模后形成一体式的刷毛和刷板。
所述刷毛在刷板上以方形矩阵形式进行排列,且刷毛包括有刷洗刷毛和支撑刷毛,所述刷洗刷毛和支撑刷毛在横向、纵向上均交错排列。其中,支撑刷毛的长度为3.0~5.0mm,所述刷洗刷毛比支撑刷毛的长度大0.3~0.8mm;所述支撑刷毛的直径为0.30~0.35mm,且支撑刷毛的端部为半球面;所述刷洗刷毛的直径与刷板相连的后端部分为圆柱形,刷洗刷毛后端部分的长度为刷洗刷毛总长度的7/10,刷洗刷毛后端部分直径为0.15~0.20mm;刷洗刷毛前端部分呈锥形,刷洗刷毛前端端部直径为0.02-0.05mm,相邻两个刷毛的间距为0.5~1.0mm。
所述刷毛在弹性板的弹力作用下端部抵在陶瓷滤芯的内壁,所述支撑刷毛较粗,主要起到支撑作用,使刷洗刷毛不产生过度弯折,确保起到主要刷洗作用的刷洗刷毛的前端端部能够与陶瓷滤芯的内壁相接触,保证良好的清洗效果。
通过前端为半球面的支撑刷毛和起到主要刷洗功能的刷洗刷毛的配合,使得刷毛整体的布置密度不需要过密也能达到满意的刷洗效果,倘若仅设计刷洗刷毛而无支撑刷毛,刷洗刷毛的在弹性体的作用下会产生较大角度的倾斜(尤其在陶瓷滤芯较新尚未有磨损时),刷洗刷毛是通过前端部分的侧面与陶瓷滤芯相接触的,这样刷毛的设计密度得增加2倍以上才能达到相同的清洗效果。
Claims (1)
1.一种净水器,其特征在于:包括筒体,安装在所述筒体里的陶瓷滤芯,安装在所述陶瓷滤芯里的旋转组件,安装在所述陶瓷滤芯与所述旋转组件之间的刷子组件,以及固定底座;
所述筒体为下端开口的圆管形状,所述筒体上端中心位置成型有出水管,所述筒体下端成型有筒体底座;所述的筒体底座内侧成型有固定圈;所述固定圈与所述筒体底座下端之间形成有定位槽;
所述的陶瓷滤芯为下端开口上端封闭的圆管形状;所述的陶瓷滤芯下端固定连接有滤芯底座;所述的滤芯底座外壁成型有外抵壁;所述的外抵壁与所述筒体底座的固定圈配合相抵;
所述的旋转组件包括有旋转杆,均匀套接在所述旋转杆外壁的三个连接套,套接在所述旋转杆上下部的导向套环,以及安装在每个所述连接套外侧的三个锥形的喷水头;所述的旋转杆为上端封闭的圆管形状;三个所述的连接套位于两个所述导向套环之间;所述的喷水头与连接套之间成型有扁平形的连接板;所述的喷水头端面成型有使喷水头顺时针旋转的喷水孔;所述的喷水孔与所述连接板、旋转杆相连通;所述的导向套环外壁成型有导向滑槽;所述的导向滑槽所在的平面与水平面形成有35°~40°的夹角;
所述的刷子组件包括有转动套接在所述旋转杆侧壁两端的连接环,成型在所述连接环内壁且与所述导向滑槽配合的滑动凸起,以及两个与所述陶瓷滤芯内壁配合的刷体;所述的刷体包括多个沿旋转杆轴线方向等距离分布的刷板;各个所述的刷板之间成型有多个沿周向均匀分布的连接杆;所述刷板外壁均匀成型有多个刷毛;每个所述的连接环外壁成型有两块中心对称的弹性板;所述刷体内壁中间固定连接在所述弹性板外端;所述的左右两块对称的刷体之间形成有压缩间隙;
所述的固定底座下端成型有支撑杆;所述的固定底座上端中间成型有与所述旋转杆配合的旋转杆接头;所述的固定底座上位于所述旋转杆接头外侧成型有与所述滤芯底座的外抵壁配合的内定位圈;所述的固定底座上位于所述内定位圈外侧成型有与所述筒体底座配合的外定位圈;所述的旋转杆接头上端固定连接有进水管;所述的内定位圈与所述旋转杆接头之间开设有排污口;所述的固定底座下端相对排污口位置固定连接有排污管;
所述的筒体,旋转组件,固定底座分别采用不锈钢一次成型;
所述的刷子组件与所述的滤芯底座分别采用塑料一次成型;
所述的筒体底座与所述的外定位圈通过螺栓连接;
所述的刷板呈圆心角为160°~170°的圆弧形状;
所述的弹性板呈圆心角为35°~40°的圆弧形状;
所述的进水管位于所述旋转杆接头上端的外壁成型有多个密封圈。
