An orthopedic surgical forceps disinfection device is shown in figures 1-4 and comprises a box body 1, supporting legs 2, a liquid outlet pipe 3, a valve 4, a connecting plate 6, a first bearing seat 7, a rotating shaft 8, a motor 9, blades 10, a sealing ring 11, a sliding rail 12, a sliding block 13, a limiting block 14, an electric reel 15, a pull rope 16 and a hanging rod 17, wherein the left side and the right side of the bottom of the box body 1 are respectively connected with the supporting legs 2, the left side of the bottom of the box body 1 is connected with the liquid outlet pipe 3, the liquid outlet pipe 3 is positioned at the right side of the left supporting leg 2, the valve 4 is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe 3, the middle part of the right side of the box body 1 is provided with a through hole 5, the right side of the box body 1 is provided with the first bearing seat 7, the first bearing seat 7 is positioned at the right side of the through hole 5, the rotating shaft 8 is connected with the, blade 10 is installed to 8 left ends in pivot, right side mid-portions are connected with sealing washer 11 in the box 1, pivot 8 and 11 inner wall contacts of sealing washer, slide rail 12 is all installed to the upper portion left and right sides in the box 1, all be equipped with slidingtype slider 13 on two slide rails 12, be connected with peg 17 between two slider 13, the inboard sub-unit connection of slide rail 12 has stopper 14, electronic reel 15 is installed on 12 tops of slide rail on right side, around there being stay cord 16 on the electronic reel 15, stay cord 16 bottom is connected with peg 17 top right side.
Still including drying mechanism 18, drying mechanism 18 is including mounting panel 181, air-blower 182, sleeve 183, heating wire 184, first otter board 185, connecting block 186, lid 187, second otter board 188 and 7 shape baffle 189, mounting panel 181 is installed on box 1 right side upper portion, air-blower 182 is installed at the mounting panel 181 top, air-blower 182 left side is connected with sleeve 183, install heating wire 184 in the sleeve 183, sleeve 183 left side is connected with first otter board 185, box 1 left side upper portion is connected with connecting block 186, the articulated lid 187 that is connected with in connecting block 186 top, the embedded second otter board 188 that installs in lid 187 top left side, lid 187 top left side is connected with 7 shape baffle 189.
The box body is characterized by further comprising a swinging mechanism 19, the swinging mechanism 19 comprises sliding sleeves 191, sliding rods 192, shifting plates 193, contact rods 194, springs 195 and disc cams 196, the sliding sleeves 191 are mounted on the left side and the right side of the bottom in the box body 1, the sliding rods 192 are arranged in the two sliding sleeves 191, the tops of the sliding rods 192 are evenly connected with the five shifting plates 193 at intervals, the right ends of the sliding rods 192 are connected with the contact rods 194, the springs 195 are connected between the left sides of the contact rods 194 and the right sides of the sliding sleeves 191 on the right sides, the springs 195 are sleeved on the sliding rods 192, the disc cams 196 are mounted in the middle.
The novel box body is characterized by further comprising an n-shaped plate 20, a protective net 21, a supporting block 22 and a 7-shaped clamping plate 23, the top of the sliding sleeve 191 on the right side is connected with the n-shaped plate 20, the protective net 21 is arranged in the n-shaped plate 20, the upper portion of the right side in the box body 1 is connected with the supporting block 22, the supporting block 22 is located below the right side sliding rail 12, the top of the supporting block 22 is in contact with the protective net 21, and the left.
The air blower further comprises a second bearing seat 24, a rotating rod 25 and a clamping rod 26, the second bearing seat 24 is installed in the middle of the top of the air blower 182 with the clamping groove 27, the rotating rod 25 is connected in the second bearing seat 24, the clamping rod 26 is connected to the top end of the rotating rod 25, the clamping groove 27 is formed in the lower portion of the right side of the cover 187, and the clamping groove 27 is matched with the clamping rod 26.
Initially, the valve 4 is in a closed state. When the surgical forceps need to be disinfected, an operator pours a proper amount of disinfection water into the box body 1, then hangs the five surgical forceps on the hanging rod 17, controls the electric reel 15 to put the pull rope 16, and moves the hanging rod 17 and the surgical forceps downwards under the action of the hanging rod 17 and the self gravity of the surgical forceps. When the operation tweezers moved down to suitable position, closed electronic reel 15, the sterile water can disinfect to operation tweezers, so, then need not artifical operation tweezers and disinfect to can avoid the people to infect the bacterium, meanwhile, operating personnel starter motor 9 rotates, drives pivot 8 and rotates, thereby drives blade 10 and rotates, stirs the sterile water in the box 1, avoids the sterile water to deposit, improves the disinfection effect. After the disinfection is finished, the operator turns off the motor 9, and then controls the electric reel 15 to retract the pull rope 16, so as to drive the hanging rod 17 and the surgical forceps to reset upwards. After resetting, the electric reel 15 is closed, the operator can take the sterilized surgical forceps off the hanging rod 17, then the container is placed under the liquid outlet pipe 3, and the valve 4 is opened, so that the sterilized water in the box body 1 flows out from the liquid outlet pipe 3. After all flows, the valve 4 is closed.
When the surgical forceps need to be sterilized, the operator turns the cover 187 upwards, opens the cover 187, and then the surgical forceps can be hung on the hanging rod 17. After registration, the operator closes the cover 187. After the surgical forceps disinfection is finished and the surgical forceps upwards reset, an operator energizes the heating wire 184, then starts the blower 182 to work, the blower 182 can generate wind during working, the heating wire 184 can heat the wind generated by the blower 182 into hot wind, the hot wind can blow the disinfected surgical forceps, and the surgical forceps are dried, so that the drying speed can be accelerated, the hot wind can be discharged from the second screen plate 188, and the 7-shaped baffle 189 can prevent external impurities from falling into the box body 1 through the second screen plate 188. When dried, the blower 182 is turned off and then the heating wire 184 is de-energized.
When the motor 9 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 8 to rotate, the disc cam 196 is driven to rotate, the disc cam 196 continuously pushes the contact rod 194, the contact rod 194 moves left and right under the action of the spring 195, the slide rod 192 is driven to move left and right, the poking plate 193 continuously pokes the surgical forceps, the surgical forceps swing left and right, and the sterilization water can sterilize the surgical forceps more uniformly.
The protective net 21 plays a role in protection, and can prevent the surgical forceps from falling onto the blade 10 when swinging left and right, so that the blade 10 is damaged.
When it is desired to open the cover 187, the operator can open the cover 187 by rotating the catch lever 26 forward to move the catch lever 26 out of the catch slot 27, and then hang the forceps on the hanging bar 17. After hanging, the operator closes the cover 187, and then rotates the chucking rods 26 backward to rotate the chucking rods 26 into the chucking grooves 27 to fix the cover 187, thereby preventing hot air from blowing up the cover 187.
