The application discloses a bone repair material blending device, which comprises a blending body, wherein the blending body is of a hollow structure, and an injection hole is formed in the end face of the blending body; the external part of the blending body is provided with a plurality of chambers, the junction of the chambers and the blending body is provided with a separation plate, the separation plate separates the chambers from the blending body, and the separation plate is a soluble separation plate; and the bone repair material components are placed in the cavity, and after the partition plate is dissolved, the bone repair material components enter the blending body to be mixed. The bone repair material blending device provided by the application has the advantages that the structure is reasonable, the operation is convenient, the soluble partition plate is arranged on the blending body, the injection hole is used for injecting the dissolving liquid, the bone repair materials in each cavity are fully mixed, the operation progress is effectively coordinated, and the treatment effect is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a bone repair material blending device.
Background
With the rapid development of medical concepts and surgical techniques, minimally invasive surgery has become one of the important directions of surgical development in the 21 st century.
In the field of orthopedics, medical staff is used to treat bone and soft tissue injuries by means of as small a surgical incision as possible in combination with injectable repair materials. Thus, the occurrence of large incision, large peeling and large damage is effectively avoided, and the occurrence of postoperative complications is obviously reduced.
In the operation, the injectable repair material is usually a combination of various powdery materials and liquid materials, and the injectable repair material is used by adopting a syringe for immediate mixing and forming; the adoption of the instant mixing mode often leads to uneven mixing and complicated operation, thereby affecting the operation process and the treatment effect.
Therefore, there is a need to design a bone repair material blending device that solves the problems of the prior art.

The application aims at solving the technical problems, and provides the bone repair material blending device which is reasonable in structure and convenient to operate, the soluble partition plate is arranged on the blending body, and the dissolving liquid is injected through the injection holes, so that the bone repair materials in all the cavities are fully mixed, the operation progress is effectively coordinated, and the treatment effect is ensured.

Further, the number of the partition plates is at least one.
Further, the cylinder barrel of the blending body is provided with an injection hole at the end part of the cylinder barrel, and the separation plate is arranged in a penetrating way along the axial direction of the blending body.
Further, the partition plates are uniformly arranged inside the blending body along the circumferential surface of the blending body.
Further, a baffle ring is arranged in the blending body and divides the internal cavity of the blending body into annular cavities; this structure can promote the circulation of the fluid in the cavity to improve the mixing effect of the components of the bone repair material.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a bone repair material blending device according to the present application, which specifically includes a blending body 1, wherein the blending body 1 has a hollow structure, an injection hole 2 is provided on an end surface of the blending body, and medical staff can use an injector 8 to inject a solution from the injection hole 2 or suck out a well-mixed bone repair material.
In the application, a plurality of chambers 3 are arranged outside the blending body 1, a separation plate 4 (as shown in fig. 2 and 3) is arranged at the junction of the chambers 3 and the blending body 1, the separation plate 4 separates the chambers 3 from the blending body 1, and the separation plate 4 is a soluble separation plate; the bone repair material components are placed in the cavity 3, and after the partition plate 4 is dissolved, the bone repair material components enter the blending body 1 to be mixed.
The junction of the cavity 3 and the blending body 1 is provided with a step hole 5, as shown in fig. 2, the partition plate 4 is placed on the step hole 5, and the cavity 3 is clamped in the step hole 5 and is located above the partition plate 4.
The juncture of the cavity 3 and the blending body 1 is provided with a through hole 6, a groove 7 is formed in the outer side of the through hole 6 at equal intervals, as shown in fig. 3, the partition plate 4 is paved in the groove 7 and blocks the through hole 6, and the cavity 3 is clamped in the groove 7.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the bone repair material blending apparatus of fig. 1, the interior of the blending body 1 being provided with a stopper 9 dividing the interior cavity of the blending body 1 into annular cavities. The dissolution liquid enters the annular cavity in the blending body 1 through the injection hole 2, and the structure can promote the fluid in the cavity to form circulation so as to improve the mixing effect of the components of the bone repair material.
In the present application, the partition plate 4 is any one of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and chitosan, and the dissolving liquid injected by medical staff through the injection hole 2 is generally water or ethanol, which can quickly dissolve the partition plate 4 without affecting the properties of each component of the bone repair material.
Meanwhile, the application also discloses a bone repair material blending device, which is structurally schematic, as shown in fig. 6, and comprises a blending body 1, wherein the blending body 1 is of a hollow structure, and an injection hole 2 is arranged on the end face of the blending body; the method is characterized in that: a plurality of chambers 3 are arranged in the blending body 1, a partition plate 4 is arranged at the juncture of the adjacent chambers 3, and the partition plate 4 is a soluble partition plate; the bone repair material components are placed in the cavity 3, and after the partition plate 4 is dissolved, the bone repair material components enter the blending body 1 to be mixed.
The number of the partition plates 4 is at least one. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the number of partition plates 4 is two.
As shown in fig. 6, a cylinder of the blending body 1 is provided with a baffle ring 10 inside the blending body 1, and the baffle ring 10 divides an internal cavity of the blending body 1 into annular cavities; the injection hole 2 is arranged at the end part of the cylinder, and the separation plate 4 is arranged in a penetrating way along the axial direction of the blending body 1; the partition plates 4 are uniformly arranged inside the blending body 1 along the circumferential surface thereof. The dissolving liquid enters the annular cavity in the blending body 1 through the injection hole 2, and the circulation of the fluid in the cavity can be promoted, so that the mixing effect of the components of the bone repair material is improved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the partition plate 4 is any one of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and chitosan. The dissolution fluid injected by medical personnel through the injection hole 2 using the syringe 8 is typically water or ethanol, which can rapidly dissolve the partition plate 4 without affecting the properties of the components of the bone repair material. After the components of the bone repair material are fully mixed, the bone repair material in the blending body 1 is sucked out by using the injector 8 for the treatment of bone repair.
When the bone repair material blending device is used, the components of the bone repair material can be placed in the cavity in advance according to the proportion, when the operation is needed, the injector is directly used for injecting the dissolving liquid from the injection port, the injector is communicated with the injection port, then the injector is repeatedly pumped, the circular blending is formed in the annular cavity, the components are fully and uniformly mixed, the full mixing of the medicines is achieved in a very short time, and then the bone repair material which is uniformly mixed is directly used by the injector in a pumping way, so that the operation process is effectively coordinated, and the treatment effect is ensured.
Compared with the prior art, the bone repair material blending device provided by the application has the advantages that the structure is reasonable, the operation is convenient, the soluble partition plate is arranged on the blending body, the injection holes are used for injecting the dissolving liquid, the bone repair materials in the cavities are fully mixed, the operation process is effectively coordinated, and the treatment effect is ensured.
The present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and any person can obtain other products in various forms under the teaching of the present application, however, any changes in shape or structure of the products are included in the scope of protection of the present application, and all the products having the same or similar technical solutions to the present application are included in the present application.
Claims (7)

The bone repair material blending device comprises a blending body (1), wherein the blending body (1) is of a hollow structure, and an injection hole (2) is arranged on the end face of the blending body; the method is characterized in that: the external part of the blending body (1) is provided with a plurality of chambers (3), the junction of the chambers (3) and the blending body (1) is provided with a separation plate (4), the separation plate (4) separates the chambers (3) from the blending body (1), and the separation plate (4) is a soluble separation plate; the bone repair material components are placed in the cavity (3), and after the partition plate (4) is dissolved, the bone repair material components enter the blending body (1) to be mixed;
a stop block (9) is arranged in the blending body (1) and divides the internal cavity of the blending body (1) into annular cavities;
the separation plate (4) is any one of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and chitosan.

The bone repair material blending device according to claim 1, characterized in that a step hole (5) is arranged at the junction of the cavity (3) and the blending body (1), the partition plate (4) is placed on the step hole (5), and the cavity (3) is clamped in the step hole (5) and is located above the partition plate (4).

7. A method of blending bone repair materials, characterized by using the bone repair material blending device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, each component of the bone repair material is placed in a cavity (3) in advance according to a proportion;
s2, providing a syringe to suck the dissolution liquid;
s3, communicating the injector for sucking the dissolution liquid with the injection hole (2), and directly injecting the dissolution liquid from the injection hole (2) by using the injector;
s4, continuously keeping the injector communicated with the injection hole (2), and repeatedly sucking the injector to form circulating blending in the annular cavity so as to achieve a fully and uniformly mixed state of the components;
s5, sucking out the uniformly mixed bone repair material by using a syringe, and directly using the bone repair material.
