Abstract
The invention discloses a neck anterior surgery working cannula which comprises an outer cannula and an inner cannula, wherein the outer cannula comprises an outer cannula front edge part, an outer cannula finger ring part and an outer cannula extension plate which are sequentially connected into a whole; the outer sleeve finger ring part comprises an outer sleeve finger ring base and an outer sleeve finger ring part; the rear edge of the outer sleeve finger ring base is connected with the outer sleeve extension plate; the inner sleeve comprises an inner sleeve front edge part, an inner sleeve finger ring part, an inner sleeve transition plate and an inner sleeve handle, which are sequentially connected into a whole; the inner sleeve finger ring part comprises an inner sleeve finger ring base, an inner sleeve finger ring part and an inner sleeve finger ring extension part, and the inner sleeve finger ring extension part is connected to the inner sleeve transition plate in a forward extending way by the inner sleeve finger ring part; the inner sleeve transition plate is an arc-shaped plate, the front edge of the inner sleeve transition plate is connected with the extension part of the finger ring of the inner sleeve, and the rear edge of the inner sleeve transition plate is connected with the inner sleeve handle; the outer diameter of the inner sleeve finger ring part is not larger than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve finger ring part; the outer sleeve is sleeved with the inner sleeve.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a minimally invasive anterior cervical surgery device, in particular to an anterior cervical surgery working sleeve, which belongs to the technical field of medical instruments.
Background
With the development and application of the self-locking cervical interbody fusion cage, the cervical anterior intervertebral disc extirpation interbody fusion operation has the minimally invasive operation foundation of under-channel, under-scope and the like. However, the anterior approach to the vertebral body is blocked by the tracheoesophageal wall, and the anterior lateral approach to the vertebral body is covered by the important neurovascular passages, which is not suitable for creating working channels by classical methods of puncturing and expanding soft tissues step by step.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a working cannula for anterior cervical surgery, which is used for blunt separation of soft tissues under finger guidance, and is pushed into the cannula to establish a minimally invasive surgical working channel, so that the prior surgical tool is prevented from puncturing and damaging the trachea, esophagus, blood vessels and nerves at the anterior part of the neck.

the inner sleeve comprises an inner sleeve front edge part, an inner sleeve finger ring part, an inner sleeve transition plate and an inner sleeve handle, which are sequentially connected into a whole;
the inner sleeve finger ring part comprises an inner sleeve finger ring base, an inner sleeve finger ring part and an inner sleeve finger ring extension part, and the inner sleeve finger ring extension part is connected to the inner sleeve transition plate in a forward extending way by the inner sleeve finger ring part;
the inner sleeve transition plate is an arc-shaped plate, the front edge part of the inner sleeve transition plate is connected with the extending part of the inner sleeve finger ring, and the rear edge of the inner sleeve transition plate is connected with the inner sleeve handle;
the outer diameter of the inner sleeve finger ring part is not larger than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve finger ring part; the outer sleeve is sleeved with the inner sleeve;
further, the outline of the outer edge of the front edge part of the outer sleeve is an arc line or a semicircular arc line which is concave inwards.
Further, the outer sleeve finger ring part is provided with a notch, so that the section of the outer sleeve at the notch is C-shaped.
Further, the outer sleeve finger ring part is provided with an inclined section from the upper part to the connecting part with the outer sleeve extending plate, and the inclined section enables the width of the outer sleeve finger ring part to be narrower than the width of the outer sleeve finger ring base.
Further, the outline of the outer edge of the front edge part of the inner sleeve is an arc line or a semicircular arc line which is concave inwards, and the inclined section is an arc surface which is inclined from the upper edge to the lower edge.
Further, the inner sleeve finger ring portion has a cutout such that the inner sleeve cross-section thereat is C-shaped.
Further, the inner sleeve finger ring part is provided with a plurality of sections of arc-shaped sections from the upper part to the connecting part with the inner sleeve transition plate, and the arc-shaped sections enable the width of the inner sleeve finger ring part to be narrower than that of the inner sleeve finger ring base.
Further, all edges of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are rounded.

The working sleeve for the anterior cervical surgery is formed by integrally molding medical 316 stainless steel with certain elasticity and hardness, is formed by die pressing and is subjected to flash smoothing treatment on the processed parts.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the structure is simple, and the cost is low;
(2) the operation is convenient and safe, and the method can be widely popularized;
(3) the cervical vertebra is in line with the anatomical features of the front part of the neck, and is suitable for minimally invasive operation of the front part of the neck.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an anterior cervical surgery working cannula includes an outer cannula 100 and an inner cannula 200.
As shown in fig. 1, the outer sleeve 100 includes an outer sleeve leading edge 102, an outer sleeve finger ring 101, and an outer sleeve extension plate 103, which are sequentially connected to form an integral body.
The outer sleeve finger ring portion 101 includes an outer sleeve finger ring base 1011 and an outer sleeve finger ring portion 1012.
The rear edge of the outer sleeve finger ring base 1011 is connected with the outer sleeve extension plate 103.
As shown in fig. 2, the inner sleeve 200 includes an inner sleeve leading edge portion 202, an inner sleeve finger ring portion 201, an inner sleeve transition plate 203, and an inner sleeve handle 204, which are sequentially connected to form an integral body.
The inner sleeve finger ring portion 201 includes an inner sleeve finger ring base 2011, an inner sleeve finger ring portion 2012, and an inner sleeve finger ring extension 2013, the inner sleeve finger ring extension 2013 extending rearwardly from the inner sleeve finger ring portion 201 to connect to the inner sleeve transition plate 203.
The inner sleeve transition plate 203 is an arcuate plate with a leading edge connected to the inner sleeve finger ring extension 2013 and a trailing edge connected to the inner sleeve handle 204.
The outer diameter of the inner sleeve finger ring portion 201 is no greater than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve finger ring portion 101; the outer sleeve 100 is sleeved with the inner sleeve 200.
Further, the outer edge profile of the outer sleeve leading edge 102 is a circular arc line or a concave semicircular arc line.
Further, the outer sleeve finger ring portion 101 has a cutout such that the outer sleeve section thereof is C-shaped.
Further, the outer sleeve finger ring portion 101 has an inclined section from the upper slant down to the connection with the outer sleeve extension plate 103, and the inclined section makes the width of the outer sleeve finger ring portion 1012 narrower than the outer sleeve finger ring base 1011.
Further, the outer edge profile of the inner sleeve front edge 202 is an arc line or a concave semicircular arc line, and the inclined section is an arc surface inclined from top to bottom along the outer edge.
Further, the inner sleeve finger ring portion 201 has a cut-out such that the inner sleeve cross-section there is C-shaped.
Further, the inner sleeve finger ring 201 has a multi-segment arc-shaped cross section from up to down to the junction with the inner sleeve transition plate 203, the arc-shaped cross section makes the width of the inner sleeve finger ring 2012 narrower than the inner sleeve finger ring base 2011.

The working sleeve for the anterior cervical surgery is formed by integrally molding medical 316 stainless steel with certain elasticity and hardness, is formed by die pressing and is subjected to flash smoothing treatment on the processed parts.
The ring part is of a structure with a notch, so that materials can be saved, production cost is reduced, the process is well controlled, the working sleeve is also suitable for fingers with different thicknesses of different operators, the specification and model of required design are correspondingly reduced, and the suitability is stronger.
The operation method comprises the following steps: positioning the skin projection position of the intervertebral space of the operation under the perspective, making a long transverse incision of 1.8cm along dermatoglyph, cutting off platysma, wearing an outer sleeve on a right index finger, positioning the long tube wall on the radial side of the index finger, sensing a separation muscle gap with the tip of the right index finger, taking out the index finger after the outer sleeve slides in along the index finger to form a preliminary soft tissue working channel, checking the bottom structure of the sleeve under the direct vision of the outer sleeve, separating the intervertebral space, adjusting the outer sleeve to ensure that the long tube wall is positioned on the outer side, inserting the long wall side of the inner sleeve along the long wall of the outer sleeve, rotating the inner sleeve to ensure that the long wall side is positioned on the inner side so as to retract the tracheoesophagus, and establishing a soft tissue working channel so as to further directly look down or assist the intervertebral fusion operation of the descending intervertebral disc. The working cannula is perspective confirmed to correspond to the intervertebral space when necessary in the operation.
The working cannula for anterior cervical surgery provided by the invention can be used for establishing a soft tissue working channel without damaging the tracheoesophageal and neurovascular of the anterior cervical surgery.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the working sleeve is simple and reasonable in design, minimally invasive and safe to operate, accords with the anatomical features of the front part of the neck, and is suitable for minimally invasive exposure of the intervertebral fusion operation of the anterior cervical intervertebral disc removal.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure that various other changes and modifications can be made which are within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
