本发明公开了一种人体电子血压计测量位置的放置方法,包括坐测及卧测时的血压计放置方法,坐测时血压计的放置方法是:1、测血压者竖直坐立,确保上身垂直于地面;2、在手腕处套上腕式血压计或在手臂处套上臂式血压计的臂带;3、以上身乳头位置(心脏处)为水平参考线,手腕或手臂位置与水平参考线的垂直距离,向下小于200mm,向上不大于100mm;卧测的方法是:1、测血压者水平卧躺,确保上身水平于地面;2、在手腕处套上腕式血压计或在手臂处套上臂式血压计的臂带;3、以上身乳头位置(心脏处)为水平参考线,手腕或手臂位置与水平参考线的垂直距离,向下不大于350mm,向上不大于200mm。本发明通过限定血压计的具体使用位置,有效的提高了对血压测量的准确性。

技术领域
本发明涉及血压测量技术领域,具体涉及一种人体电子血压计测量位置的放置方法。
背景技术
人体的血压高低直接影响全身组织器官的血液供给。因此,测量血压是诊断疾病、观察病情变化、判断治疗的一项重要内容。
测量血压现有文献、护理刊物和保健手册等公开的测量方法要求是:手臂放在右心房同一水平(坐位测量血压时手臂放在第四肋软骨水平,卧位测量血压时放在腋中心线水平;腕式电子血压计测量要求将腕带中部与心脏高度保持水平一致)。
目前家庭常用电子血压计有二种:臂式血压计和腕式血压计。在使用上述电子血压计时,人们通常会在家自测血压,虽然血压计上会注明如上段所示的使用姿势,但因每人的胖瘦、身高不一样,手腕和手臂长短不同,故存在一定的误差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种操作方便,通过限定血压计的具体使用位置,提高血压测量准确度的人体电子血压计测量位置的放置方法。
本发明提供的一种人体电子血压计测量位置的放置方法,包括坐测及卧测时的血压计放置方法,
坐测时血压计的放置方法是:
1、测血压者竖直坐立,确保上身垂直于地面;
2、在手腕处套上腕式血压计或在手臂处套上臂式血压计的臂带;
3、以上身乳头位置(心脏处)为水平参考线,手腕或手臂位置与水平参考线的垂直距离,向下小于200mm,向上不大于100mm;
卧测的方法是:
1、测血压者水平卧躺,确保上身水平于地面;
2、在手腕处套上腕式血压计或在手臂处套上臂式血压计的臂带;
3、以上身乳头位置(心脏处)为水平参考线,手腕或手臂位置与水平参考线的垂直距离,向下不大于350mm,向上不大于200mm。
本发明操作方便,通过限定血压计的具体使用位置,有效的提高了对血压测量的准确性,特别适用于中老年人在家自测血压,避免了因误判而导致影响身体健康情况的发生。
具体实施方式
血压是指人体血液在动脉管壁中流动对血管壁的压力值,当心脏收缩送出血液时所测得的血压为收缩压(高压值);当心脏扩张需要流回心脏时所测得的血压为舒张压(低压值)。记录结果写成:收缩压为分子,舒张压为分母。如收缩压是115毫米汞柱,舒张压是75毫米汞柱,即115/75毫米汞柱或115/75mmHg。

如金某,男,身高1.6米,体重78公斤。用腕式电子血压计坐测血压(椅子高450mm)手放在办公桌上(办公桌高760mm)离人体心脏和乳头,测的位置不在一个水平线上,桌面要比心脏(乳头每人的基本准点)低50mm~80mm。往下不同垂直距离和往上不同垂直距离血压值变化如表2、表3所示。

1.一种人体电子血压计测量位置的放置方法,其特征在于:包括坐测及卧测时的血压计放置方法,
坐测时血压计的放置方法是:
(1)、测血压者竖直坐立,确保上身垂直于地面;
(2)、在手腕处套上腕式血压计或在手臂处套上臂式血压计的臂带;
(3)、以上身乳头位置为水平参考线,手腕或手臂位置与水平参考线的垂直距离,向下小于200mm,向上不大于100mm;
卧测的方法是:
(1)、测血压者水平卧躺,确保上身水平于地面;
(2)、在手腕处套上腕式血压计或在手臂处套上臂式血压计的臂带;
(3)、以上身乳头位置为水平参考线,手腕或手臂位置与水平参考线的垂直距离,向下不大于350mm,向上不大于200mm。
